Great services. Quick, friendly, and no problems. Arrived within the time frame I selected and left within 30-40 minutes. Had them move two couches, a queen mattress and box spring, and a bed frame. Would recommend if you need stuff gone fast.

Absolutely fantastic experience!! We booked Sunday evening, selected a pickup on Monday evening and had the pleasure of a wonderfully professional, efficient and super careful moving team showing up at our apartment and removing the specified items. The pricing was unbelievably fair and we could not have been happier with everything. Truly a completely flawless and positive experience!! Thank you so much!!!

Our movers arrived within the time window, they were very pleasant and were very careful taking 2 large sofas out of our living room. I will definitely use Loadup Junk Removal, again. Also, their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend their service.

overpriced and doesn’t have a reliable/strong worker system. As in they say they can do your job but it’s to whoever they have as a sub contractor if they can do it so don’t expect big jobs to be done, which is why I prefer ETA Hauling which is a far more reliable and efficient method pricing or done in a timely manner it’s finished by ETA not load up

Wanted pergola relocated, 2 guys were able to relocate and turn to where I wanted it. This is a heavy wood pergola and it was moved without any damage. High recommend them for any heavy weight item movement

They were suppose to be at my house at 8am. Didn't show up until after 5pm. All day long waiting. I call customer service to try to cancel at around 4pm. They said if I did that I wouldn't get my money back.... This company feels scammy to me. I would never use them again nor recommend. They should be ashamed of themselves.

LoadUp was great. I was able to get an itemized online quote, book them for 48 hours later and choose the best time window for me. They confirmed, kept me updated an arrived when they said they would. The guys were amazingly quick and friendly too. I would definitely use them again.

I was looking for a place that would take half empty paint cans (I had over 25 of them) along with household junk that we wanted to dispose of. I was pleased that these guys could handle both. Making the appointment was easy. They showed up in the promised time window and did a great job. I'm very happy with them and will definitely use them again when we have junk to get rid of.

I was very apprehensive finding this site accidentally. I booked the night before and they removed my treadmill the very next day. My only complaint is their communication was lacking. My husband missed the phone calls this afternoon, he tried to return to the message with no luck, then suddenly they were at house. Everything worked out and they were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend in the future.

terrible el servicio que dan algunos de los empleados en varias ocasiones no quieren recojer pequenos trozos de arboles y ahora corto la grama la recojo y la hecho en un tarro y no quieren recojerla ..empleados asi hacen que la compania se vea mal necesitan un mejor entranamiento

Terribly inconsistent. They skip our street at least twice a month, call them and demand refunds when they don't do their job!

Absolutely terrible service. We have called numerous times to see when this will be resolved and have been told repeatedly that the problem will be corrected. It has not happened! this is what the area looks like today, Thursday.
