Did not have any issues. Simple and straightforward process. I called them the night before and they came first thing in the morning. I had bunch of tiles that needed to be thrown out from a kitchen remodel and the agent was able to do it with no mess or hassel.

Dont waste your time. Rude, unprofessional, fine if they dont make any mistakes, but if they damage anything they could care less, dont stand behind their service, and are horrific. Dont bother.. so many people who do what they do.. Cant support such a poor franchise

I was a little skeptical when I used Loadup to remove the garbage from recent renovation. I was more than satisfied by this company.
