This company is a joke. Their service is terrible and completely unreliable. No matter how many times you file a complaint, nothing ever changes. Pickups are consistently missed or not done according to schedule, and drivers operate recklessly through residential streets.

When holidays occur, the company does not provide any makeup days to complete missed pickups, which further disrupts service. I have called customer service multiple times, and the representatives are careless and dismissive. The only response I ever receive is, “I will send a message to the account manager,” yet no one ever follows up.

This level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Don't believe the first price $ 29.95 for the first application, because after they going to rip you off. You're going to see 70 dollar not a month as they mentioned when you call but 70 and 90 and 200 per application and you will get 2 services at the same month, which going to cost you 150 to 190 a month. By the way my yard front and back still the same. I can upload pics if someone interested.....

Bad Experience with them, short story the tech came to do services said she did it but never did she stood in the car tje whole time (I have it recorder)

Trugreen sprayed my lawn with some blue liquid and my grass is brown everywhere that they sprayed it. Very disappointing on my new lawn. They only said they won't use it again, but have not offered to remedy the damage. I see no positive results from their treatment. I could have done better myself.

The service is great. The company has provided excellent care of my lawn throughout the year. I strongly recommend their service if you want a strong lawn in Florida.

Still waiting for that golf carpet green, like promise. I will give it another 2 more months to see results. Hopefully by the end of September or the bugging of October. Keeping my fingers crossed or I will take stars away or add the other two?

Have had Tru Green care some for our others properties. February of this year we purchased a $4,000,000.00 home in Orlando. Soon after we contracted Tru Green to care for our lawn and shrubs. When our lawn began to show signs of stress and dyeing off , caused by over fertilizing I contacted TG and asked for assistance. This was about a month ago. No call and never came out. I have resoded in front off our house and will need to reseed or sod the side. If your asking yourself, how do I know the problem was caused by TG. the pattern of application was identical to pattern dead and damaged grass in my lawn.

if you're heading into Oviedo off of Lockwood, Haggerty high school is on your left and there is an elementary school on your right. At 6:45 this morning this Trugreen truck headed to a housing development on the left-hand side about a mile away from these two schools decided that doing at least 45 in a 20 school zone was a good idea. This company already has a low reviews but to see the disregard that your trucks have for human life, let alone children life, is absolutely disgusting. You can't miss the crossing guards, you can't miss the flashing yellow lights, you can't miss all of the cars around you going 20 miles an hour… No lawn and no customer is worth a child's life.

The reviews are true, DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Had a feeling no treatment was being done at my property because nothing was changing, after installing cameras outside, had multiple jobs “completed” and nobody would show up, their excuse was that they where going to the wrong house, the representative ask me for any distinctive features from my home and as if they don’t own GPS, they tried to blame other factors besides just not showing up and completely just stealing peoples money.

Martin your Technician was very professional and walked me through and explained the yard treatment. The only complaint was your app was down and didn’t know that he had arrived prior to me answering the door bell.

Our Trugreen Rep is the best. We are always advised ahead of our appt day, which really helps us to make sure our dog is safe. Little details are very helpful and make all the difference at our home. Our Rep ALWAYS closes our gate so our dog is protected and safe! Iin addition, he notifies us that he has completed his task, so we will keep our dog off the treated grass until it is safe as recommended by TRUGREEN.
I may not write a comment each time, but the service I receive from Trugreen every session deserves 5 out of 5 stars!
