We have had a great experience with Bruna’s team cleaning our home over the last few months. They’re always on time, thorough, and professional.

There was no detail cleaning done. All surface cleaning. Not happy. The fans weren’t touched at all. Dining room table was not touched. We are not going to be using your company again.

Really happy we found the team at Annie. Services are reasonably priced and the crew does a great job. I really enjoy the communication that I receive from the company before, during and after the cleaning. Our favorite part of the service is that Annie sends a team into our house to knock out the clean. No more 4 hour awkward sessions with one cleaner. 3 team members show up, they get right to work and in an hour they are done and gone. Love it. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased. READ BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY SO YOU CAN MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION

I have been using Anelise Cleaning Services since July, and unfortunately my experience steadily declined after the first visit.

The very first cleaning was excellent, which is why I continued service. However, things went downhill quickly after that. Scheduling deep cleanings became extremely difficult. I was repeatedly told someone would follow up within a day or two, but that follow-up often never happened. I had to initiate contact multiple times, which became exhausting.

Despite this, I continued with biweekly “regular” cleanings, which were consistently subpar. I was told the cleaning crew only speaks Portuguese, which made it impossible for me to communicate concerns or instructions directly.

Before service began, I specifically asked that cleaning products with bleach be used in the bathrooms and in the kitchen and was assured they would be. Based on visible results, this did not happen. Areas that would have been cleaned with bleach clearly were not. Here are some specific examples of where they fell short repeatedly:

* Floors are only mopped with a wet Swiffer cloth. After every visit, I re-mop using my own steam mop, and the pads are always dirty, indicating the floors were not properly cleaned.
* Stainless steel faucets in all 3 bathrooms appear to have a cloth wiped over them, but were not actually cleaned, leaving visible hard water residue that wiping it thoroughly for a few extra seconds would have cleaned. Gross!!!!
* The master bathroom shower floor never looks truly clean after service.
* The area next to the shower was only partially cleaned.

I am posting photos to document at least some of this.

I also made a specific, reasonable request regarding how the floors were mopped. I asked that the crew not mop their way out the front door, which leaves me trapped in my office (located next to the front door) and prevents me from checking the quality of the work throughout the house because the floors are wet. All I asked was that they let me know before mopping so I could do a quick walkthrough. This request was followed one time only and then never again.

When I brought these concerns to Anelise’s attention, she apologized and stated it would be better next time. However:

* The crew was never sent back to correct the issues. In fact, she refused to send them back.
* I was then immediately asked for a 50% deposit to book the next cleaning, despite unresolved problems from prior visits.

Based on my experience, this level of service and lack of accountability and righting the wrong is unacceptable. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

I communicated with you via text several times and it was always "noted", but carried out once, at best, but certainly never carried out consistently. I even used Google translate and handed the ladies a hardcopy to be sure they understood.

You NEVER EVER mentioned anything to me about calcifications being an issue until right here in this Google review. Interesting because when I scrub the shower, I am able to get it nice and clean. I can also assure you (since you have never been to my home) that bleach was never ever used. Again, you were never inside my home. Not. Even. Once.

I would have had no issue with the 50% deposit; however, my problem was with you not making it right - AGAIN...asking me to trust the team will do a better job once again but not showing any gesture of goodwill on your part. Asking me for a deposit on the same service I was unhappy with again the previous time shows that your care more about the money than you do about your customers.

I’ve been using Annie’s cleaning services for over 2 years. We’ve been biweekly cleanings at one point and monthly cleanings at one point. I also just did a move out cleaning since we just moved out of state. The work they have always done is amazing! Very good attention to detail. The scheduler is very communicative and replied quickly. The ladies who come are very nice, courteous and clean my home like it’s theirs. I would HIGHLY recommend them. My only complaint is that I moved out of state so I won’t be able to use their services again :(

The ladies did such an amazing job! Everytime they leave it feels like a whole new house. This was the best thing this bachelor pad could have hoped for!

I recently had foot surgery and wanted to find a company that could get to all the places that I’m unable to reach! ( which is quite a few when you can’t put weight on your leg) From the initial inspection and quote (the gentlemen did a walk through and gave me a quote and there were no surprises when the two gems Dominique and Julie came to get the job done! They knew what I wanted and they were both so professional, personable, and they cleaned and dusted places I’ve never even looked at. I highly recommend Annie’s and they have a life long customer’.

Constant communication with office and cleaning team. Worked quickly. Very professional. Girls are great and super friendly especially if you are looking for housekeepers who are good with pets, we have 3 very large dogs. Always receptive to requests and attentive with detail.

Had the house deep cleaned today and well, I have felt happy all day. These ladies came in, got to work, did the little things above and beyond and well, I am so appreciative. First time using Annie's services and I'll be using their services going forward.

The team did a excellent job today. My house is very clean and smells great! They worked really hard together to get everything done very quickly and in a very organized way.

I've been Using Annie Cleaning Services after going through several companies and being disappointed by the quality of their work and the reliability of the service (not showing up when they said they would, etc.).

Annie's has always been on time in the window they provided, and texted with about 30 minutes notice that they are on their way. They send three or four cleaners and they work HARD for HOURs. Annie's is not the cheapest cleaner we have ever hired, but they are definitely the best. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

From little touches that make our house feel like a fancy resort to organizing all my crazy sticky notes into a nice pile, Annie's does a fantastic making my home feel brand new.

We are not rich people but we keep moving things in our budget to accomodate this service because it improves our quality of life so much. I highly recommend Annie's!

The ladies did a great job. I am very pleased with the cleaning at my short term rental property today, 01/08/2025. I wish I could afford to have them come in more frequently.

I have been using their services now for about a year. They do a better job than any cleaning service I've ever had and when I have issues I contact them and they take care of the issues immediately every single time. Their customer service is some of the best I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend using this service

They are just wonderful! The cleaning is top-notch and professional. They are punctual, polite, and show respect to my pocessions.
