Hired Anelise Cleaning Services to do a deep cleaning following new windows installed. The process started with a walkthrough/estimate by one of the owners. Very professional and friendly. Went through exactly what would be done then sent a very reasonable estimate. Day of cleaning, the 2-person team showed up on time and well prepared with all cleaning supplies. They were very friendly and professional and did a fabulous job!! This is the first time we’ve had our home cleaned by an outside company and very pleased with the service and will be using them on a monthly basis. Most impressive was the cleaning done on our 12 year old glass-top stove which has been pretty bad looking for years despite our best efforts to clean the glass top burners which now hasn’t looked this good in years!! Thought we’d have to get a new stove but not now (wish I had before and after pictures to share). This alone was well worth using their services. Looking forward to continuing using Anelise Cleaning Services on a monthly basis (or more). Highly recommended them!!

I want to start by recognizing that the cleaning team themselves are excellent. They consistently do a fantastic job, and I’m especially grateful that I’ve had the same team cleaning my home for years. Their professionalism, quality, and consistency are the main reasons I’ve continued using Annie’s Cleaning Services since June 2022.

Unfortunately, my concerns are with the back office and administrative side of the business.

First, rates have continued to increase, and when I inquired about the customer loyalty program, I was told it was not retroactive and that I would need five consecutive cleanings to qualify for a free service — despite being a loyal client for more than 3½ years. That approach feels dismissive of long-term customers.

Second, my regular cleaning time has been repeatedly deprioritized. Most concerning is that the back office was not honest about it. I was told the change from my usual 8:15 arrival to 9:15 was due to a team member issue and that it was only a one-time occurrence. After speaking directly with my cleaning team, I learned this was not true — a new client had been scheduled ahead of me. In other words, I was lied to regarding the cleaning schedule, which is unacceptable.

Honesty, transparency, and professional integrity are extremely important to me, and this situation left me feeling misled and undervalued as a long-term customer.

Again, the cleaning staff themselves are outstanding, but the back office experience has significantly diminished my overall satisfaction. I hope leadership takes steps to improve communication, accountability, and how loyal customers are treated.

This was my third cleaning with this company and I have to say I’m not very impressed. They completely missed one of my mirrors and I found multiple pieces of fuzz/ debris on my carpet after they left. They are quick and kind but I feel like they don’t really make much of a difference. I don’t come home and have that “clean home” feel.

Sidney was absolutely fantastic! She got our house show ready just like we wanted. Our pets really liked her also, which is a huge plus in our book. We can’t wait to use Sidney again when we move! Highly recommend Dean of Clean & Sidney!!

I have had an amazing experience using Dean of Clean. All three cleaners they have sent (at different times), Tiffany, Debbie and Kaylee have all been wonderful. Everyone is always friendly, efficient and my shower doors look brand new. I highly recommend them. 👌

This company tried to quote me over $500 for a pre move-in clean. Of a completely brand new empty house. I’ve been paying my current cleaners $200 a month to clean and do laundry and dishes, so I have no clue where they’re coming up with their numbers. And they refused to give me an itemized breakdown to show where the prices came from. Bad customer service and inappropriate pricing for services provided.

Edit to reply to the owner: I never received an itemized breakdown of where the $500 came from. I also stated I was not looking to spend that price to clean the house and had asked for a cheaper option that isn’t as “all inclusive” as I don’t need the inside of the fridge and ovens cleaned and am not going to pay for that, and never received a reply. I don’t need the house to be sparkling, just wanted the layer of dust from sitting vacant since building to be removed. Happy to talk if you offer cheaper options, but your employee did not seem to have any other options to show me.

Given that I am not satisfied with the quote and communication, I felt it was appropriate to leave my review in case other people experience the same issues. Any experience with a company is fair to leave a review on, especially if the initial process leaves you unsatisfied and you don’t plan to hire the company. Leaving a review for that might save someone else this hassle, which is the point of reviews. Sorry it wasn’t a favorable review!

Very impressed with Amber. Had some back issues lately and my bathroom needed some serious attention. Amber tackled it like a pro. Did a great job with light cleaning the rest of my place as well paying special attention to things that have become hard for me to get to like floor and floor boards

Kaylee and Ana did an amazing job with our historic home. They paid attention to every detail, and were careful to keep the age of the home in mind throughout the process. They showed great initiative. It was nice to just relax and trust they had everything handled. My home looks and smells great! Could not be happier. Thank you, Kaylee, and thank you Ana!

WARNING!! Check work before paying. We paid for a (4 hr. 45 minute)cleaning in good faith but once we looked at the job the next day it was not cleaned at all. We sent pictures and requested a refund of some kind, but received 0. WARNING!

I had my first service last week with Sydney and Triston, and they truly did a great job; they were on time, friendly and professional, and thorough. After another local small business (that quoted me just a bit less per clean) performed two biweekly cleans by three different technicians, they still fell short and overlooked basic things (window sills, tops of dressers, spot cleaning cabinets as needed), so I decided to circle back around to DOC — clearly the right decision for us.

From first contact to technicians' arrival, everyone at DOC has been very prompt and communicative. Craig (the owner) reached out directly via text, got us on the books for my preferred date and time, and worked within my ideal budget per clean (very appreciated!). Sydney and Triston completed the entirety of my home within the 2-hour maximum window. Not only did the cover all of the included areas exactly how I was told they would (another issue I had with the previous company), they went the extra mile to clear the shower drain in our master bathroom *and* let me know that they could fit in a good grout cleaning during another visit without going over time. I also really appreciated their transparency: We're all human — one person might notice something that another doesn't, and they made sure that I would feel comfortable enough to communicate any adjustments for future visits.

As someone who keeps a tidy, organized home on a *mostly* regular basis (we do have two boys under 5), it's really refreshing to find a team that knows/believes there are always things to be done and improved, and that doesn't view an orderly home as an easy out or an opportunity for less effort. In general but especially when it comes to thorough housekeeping, I'm a big believer in it being a two-way street — the more organized the home, the better the clean that can be done. I'm confident that they would've done a great job in either case, but I imagine it's helpful when things are picked up and put away to accommodate them (and ultimately us, too).

If you're looking for a team, from owner to technicians, that understands attention to detail, look no further.

The lady did a great job. But I am concerned about when she was done, she said bye and left. Kinda strange.

1st Rate!!

My initial contact was with Mechelle. Since we had relatives visiting from out of town unexpectedly, we needed some support rather quickly. Mechelle responded within the hour and kept me well informed as we went through the process of choosing a date, time, services, etc. She was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Before the end of the day, she was able to schedule a cleaner--Debbie--for us for the next morning.

Debbie contacted us to introduce herself, and she even sent us a picture of herself so we would know who to expect at our doorstep. Debbie was very friendly and personable, and she had a confident air of someone who was very experienced. She asked all the right questions. I also appreciated that she spent a little bit of time chatting with my mother and putting her at ease.

Since time was an issue for us, we chose the "Standard" clean vs. the "Deep" clean. Debbie worked non-stop, honored all requests, and when she was finished, I wouldn't have guessed that we received the Standard clean. The place was spotless, the wood floors were shiny and clean, and the bathrooms sparkled. We couldn't have been happier.

Both ladies with whom I was in contact exceeded expectations throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company. I've already told sone of my friends about them, and I will be calling this company again in the future. Thank you Dean of Clean!!
