Latest Final Update - they sent an excellent cleaner today and made this situation right. She did an excellent job. Thank you Craig for fully resolving this issue. I have changed the stars to 5 and appreciate your professionalism.

UPDATE - Craig called me directly, he is the owner and seems to want to make this right. I hope to change this review to something more positive in a few days. I understand things happen. I will know more soon and hope we can get this issue on track so I can make this a positive review in a few days.

INITIAL REVIEW - - They were 1.5 hours late and left before the job was finished. They took a 25% deposit then charged me $415.00 for a poor job. They left many areas dirty. I think they use bad cleaners. Now they want pictures and are trying to wear me down to prove it was a bad job, instead of sending a supervisor to see how poor the cleaning was.

We had Debbie from Dean of Clean come to our new home and clean it from top to bottom. She was amazing. The house sparkled and smelt so refreshing when she was done. We highly recommend Debbie and Dean of Clean

I had three appointments scheduled with the company. The first appointment, they did not come out on the agreed upon day, they came the next day. The second appointment, they were four hours late. On the third appointment, they said they were running late again, and I told them not to bother. They sent someone anyway, which honestly, incensed me more. At that point they had lost my business. When they show up, they did a decent job. If you have flexibility, maybe this will work for you, but if you are a busy professional, this is definitely not the company for you.

Paid $349 for a deep clean of my 3bd/2ba rental home before moving in. I specifically requested a deep clean because the previous renters had the house in a deplorable condition. I wasn't around to check up on the work being done on cleaning day due to work commitments. I came to check on the house 2 days later and see a kitchen drawer full of dead roach eggs. The baseboards were still dingy, and the insides of the closets were still dusty. Creases in the windows panes were also still grimy. The only thing that was cleaned to my liking were the walls. I am very disappointed with the service I received for all the money I paid. I would recommend making the time to clean your home the way you like it instead of hiring out.

I don't normally hire cleaners, but the house desperately needed a reset ahead of a Christmas party we are hosting. Cadence and her partner arrived promptly and made every corner of the house sparkle in ways that it hasn't in a long time. I can't recommend them highly enough and will certainly use them for cleaning needs in the future.

Amiee came and did a move out clean and did the most amazing job! I 100% recommend her! She walked me through everything and even worked around my family moving things in and out of the house! Great price and perfect service!

Craig, the owner has been incredibly thorough with communication as I needed a deep clean at my sister’s house and I live on the other coast and found him on google. Pamela and Connie did a fantastic job getting my sister’s house sparkling clean. The before and afters were amazing!

We had to have someone come back out to clean over some things but they handled it so professionally and sent someone out the next day. They understood us and made it right. Really happy with how they fixed it so quickly and respectfully. This is a great company.

I love this company. They are very flexible. Customer service is great. They also do very well to communicate when my housekeeper is en route. Sydney is our housekeeper. She is very professional, considerate and does amazing work. I shed lots of hair when styling my hair. I don’t know how she does it but she gets every single strand.

If I could give this business more than 5 stars I would! The company has made it so easy to communicate with and they have such an easy system to pay on. Every cleaner is always on time and very professional I always get a reminder when I have an upcoming appointment and even before my cleaner shows up, I am notified when they will arrive. I have tired a few other companies in the area and this one is top on my list out of all of them. Coming home to a sparkling clean home is the best thing ever, especially before the holidays. My appliances were streak free and the inside and outside of my refrigerator and freezer, oven and microwave were cleaned beyond what I was expecting and they even organized everything and threw away any bad stuff I had! The cleaners are very easy to communicate with when they arrive and they all have gone over everything they will be doing with a personalized checklist. Thank you for making my home amazing and in better shape that it has been in years! I would very highly recommend this company to anyone in the area.

Cadence and Alexis did a great job. My dad can't move around too well. They cleaned around him without making him feel like he was in the way. They asked me if there were any areas that needed special attention and they were pleasant. The house looks great. We were pleased with the experience-thank you :)

I really wanted to like this company. I did at first. The communication was good and the cleaners were prompt to arrive. Unfortunately, our move out clean left a lot to be desired.

Two cleaners began at 10:00am and ended at 2:30pm. After they left we went to have a look. They did get some things right, but it didn't take long to notice the let down. They didn't pull out the fridge or oven after the person I booked with said, "We can definitely note behind the fridge and stove as a focus area for our cleaners.". There was urine left behind on the outside of a toilet, significant dust on ledges, crumbs on the counter and in the cabinets, and the edges of the floor never got vacuumed. I could go on. My wife ended up having to take another half day to clean up after what they left.

To give them an opportunity to make things right, I sent an e-mail with photos and the descriptions. All I got back was a "heart" reaction. There was no effort to make things right. Instead, the only follow-up we continued to get was asking for payment which was $439 plus the option to leave a tip.

We hired Dean of Clean for a move-in cleaning service on our new home in Florida. The invoice was close to $1,000, and based on the services listed (including refrigerator cleaning, bathrooms, and baseboards), we expected a thorough, professional job.

Unfortunately, several of the included areas were clearly not addressed. The refrigerator was not properly cleaned, the bathrooms were not completed to professional standards, and the baseboards appeared untouched. For a move-in service at this price point, those are basic expectations.

To be fair, the owner did offer to send someone back to address the missed areas. However, after walking into the condition of the home and going back and forth about what should have already been included and completed, we were frustrated and no longer comfortable moving forward with a re-clean.

What was most concerning was that despite the clear issues, the owner maintained that the full invoice of nearly $1,000 remained due for a service that we believe was not completed as outlined.

This was our first day in our new home, and instead of feeling excited, we were left stressed and disappointed. We believe in supporting local businesses, but quality, accountability, and professionalism matter.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.
