Amber is a god send. I hurt my back and have had to use a housekeeper and I was a bit apprehensive however, she is just amazing and so flexible. If I could give her and Dean of Clean 10 stars I would. Great customer service and very professional!

This is my second time using Dean of clean, I have to say how happy that I found someone who I can trust from hundreds of miles away. I scheduled cleaning for my elderly grandma, she told me the girls were very nice. Thank you Sydney and Triston! Sydney was so nice over the phone and her prompt emails with any questions I had. I will be scheduling monthly cleaning from now!

I am VERY picky, Debbie did a great job cleaning my house. She made sure to wipe down all of my white cabinets and paid attention to every detail, cleaning all of my baseboards. Great job, would definitely recommend

I would give a zero if I could- The cleaner herself wasn’t necessarily one star-she completed approximately 500 feet of cleaning (each room with minimal items on surfaces and tidy) - This was the THIRD CLEANER because the first 2 were NO SHOWS (one last year and one earlier in the day). She had no glass cleaner, no mop, no paper towel- none of the necessary cleaning items! I can go one and on but all I can say is DO NOT EVER USE!! Perhaps they have good cleaners for their regular customers but not at all recommended for one time/first time clients!

Nancy was assigned to clean my home by Craig. She did a great job! Craig communicated all the details to me and kept me informed. Nancy showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the home. She was very detailed. She even cleaned the tracks of my sliding glass doors! She was a pleasure to deal with and I will be requesting her services again. Craig followed up with me and I would highly suggest Dean of Clean. Thank you for a great job!

Debbie did an amazing job doing a detail clean of my apartment. This is the second time I’ve used them for detail clean when I’ve had company coming, and I can tell you I always can breathe a little easier knowing that my house is completely clean, it looks great. It smells clean. It is totally worth it to take the burden off when you know you have a bunch of guests coming over. Would definitely use these guys again.

Dean of Clean was very helpful with getting my townhouse organized. They are very professional and treated me with courtesy and respect not just as another customer. The prices are very reasonable and whoever they send to clean your place does a very thorough job. I had a deep cleaning and the service they provided went far beyond my expectations. They also ensure safety by contacting when their tech is on the way and sending you a pic of the person as well as their name. I will use them again and have already referred a couple of people to them.

Customer service was on spot. I had the pleasure of being sent Laura to my home to help with my project. Laura was friendly and helpful with suggestions to assist me that I plan to ask for her in the upcoming weeks. Dean of Clean did not disappoint!!

This team is amazing. I work full-time and just don’t have the energy to keep up with deep cleaning. They come once a month now and it’s the best decision I’ve made. Everything from the bathroom tiles to the inside of my microwave looks brand new every time. Highly recommend!

We scheduled for a Friday for them to come and clean. I needed them to come because we had a party that same night. When I texted them to confirm that the cleaners would be there, they told me they were unavailable. They didn't tell me this the day before or anything, it was only because I texted them and asked.

We hired Dean of Clean to clean the new home we bought. It was completely empty when the cleaners arrived. We went to do a walkthrough after they told us they were done and the floor was still very dirty- granted, we had just had new flooring installed and there was a solid layer of dust. We asked them to go back over the floors again. It appeared they were just using a mop pad instead of a proper mop and bucket for a heavier clean. We also had to ask them to go back over all our blinds as it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned, as well as our fans.

When I went back a second time after they told us they had mopped again, my socks still came up black after just a few minutes. Additionally, we found they had missed cleaning out several drawers and a large spot in our freezer. When we called and explained, the owner sent a cleaner out for a third pass the next morning. The floors were still gritty with dirt, but it was our moving day and we had movers coming so we had to let the cleaner go.

Setting 3 stars because they did come back out and do three passes, but still didn’t get the floors fully clean. They offered to take 10% off our invoice which was kind. But they seemed rushed and the clean wasn’t very thorough. We still have to mop again, which is frustrating bc we were trying to have a clean house to move into.

Destyni did an amazing job with getting the house nice and clean. Very pleasant, friendly and timely. Definitely would recommend and use Dean of Clean again.

They did not do the job they told me they were gonna do.And they have not refunded any of my money. I had to actually hire another company and I provided the cleaning material. And it worked. I would never use Dean of clean again.Total scam
