I have always had a wonderful experience and customer service with Rinaldi. All techs that have come out have been very knowledgeable and courteous. Always honest and has never tried to upsell me something I don’t need. Highly recommend as I have tried other companies and they are by far superior. Even their after hours assistance is quick to respond back and schedule an appointment. 5 stars!

My HVAC recently took a turn for the worse, and I immediately reached out to Rinaldi’s for help. From initial diagnosis to final instillation, every member of the company was friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. Issues and options were thoroughly explained. The patience and care on display during this time left me feeling both confident and informed.

Rinaldi’s customer relation and support services truly are exceptional. They are more than happy to work with you to ensure your needs are met, even if that means after-hours phone calls (Thanks Richard!). Steve was great! Came out to stop a leak from outdoor spigot we had from pipes placed in Dec.2025 when our house was repiped. No charge. Very pleased with previous work from Rinaldi's.

This company far exceeds my expectations for amazing customer service for sure. I called them because our gas company shut off gas to our water heater (neighbors had same issue). We had been thinking about getting rid of gas anyway. The day I called they came out accessed the issue and gave us a quote. We agreed and they were here the next day to install electric tankless water heater. The guys were professional, prompt, didn’t lollygag, got the job done e cleaned up after themselves!! We also use them for A/C never had a bad experience. Would and have recommended them many times.

We called Rinaldi on a Saturday evening and they were very responsive. Gabriel arrived quickly and was very kind and helpful. They helped us restore water and their pricing was very fair. Would definitely call them again!

What an incredible before and after experience! I knew my A/C was coming to the end of its life but when it did I was devastated! I immediately called Rinaldi’s to come out to see if repair was possible and within 2 hours they were troubleshooting possibilities. Unfortunately the age of the unit made only 1 option possible! Buying a NEW unit. They immediately scheduled me for an appointment the following morning with their specialist to help me figure out the most affordable option and I was their first job Saturday morning! I couldn’t have asked for a better level of service from a family owned business! I DO recommend Rinaldi’s A/C to everyone that asks! Fastest service, incredible quality, and BEST OVERALL! Thank you for making this big investment smooth and painless!

We have been using Rinaldi's since they installed our new cooling and heating system in 2011 and do our yearly checks on our unit! Today we had them out for a plumbing service and Gabriel was fantastic!! Very professional , courteous and did everything in a timely manner !!! Didn't make a mess!!

River provided great service with completing the General install, testing stsyem, and providing me with great insight and guidance on generator usage.

Electricians that were here. Few days ago not so pleased. Yes, they completed electric hook up but did not provide any explanation that they disconnected the breakers in my external breaker box and installed a new breaker box and installed/labeled new breakers.

I was very stressed in anticipation of this appointment because I was anticipating the worst.
No need for worry. Jose quickly assessed the issue and made the necessary repairs at a fair price.
Have no doubts contacting Rinaldi's.
Jose made the dreadful experience of a water leak stress free once he arrived.

I have been a customer of Rinaldi's for over 20 years. They are very responsive, friendly, and very professional. The technicians are very knowledgeable. The communication is very good. I look forward to using them in the future.

Price seems a little high for the maintenance but we did upgrade to premium which resulted in a free coil cleaning. Anthony was very professional explaining everything clearly and set some good expectations preparing us for the future. The outstanding service justified the price.

Things started out a bit rocky with the pricing but the technician called his boss and it was made good by him. There are companies that would have not done that. Great costumer service. The technician said he should have it done in a hour. He was spot on and worked really hard to make that happen. I would absolutely call Rinaldis again and would be more then happy to have the same technician come out again. They did a great job getting my kitchen sink draining properly again.

Fantastic service! Provided choices of products that suite my specific needs for tankless water heater and was very respectful to my home while completing the installation very quickly.
Brandon and Gabriel were definitely customer friendly and left me with the warranty material as well as the manufacturer information. Price is very good for work provided.

Gabriel, Lukus, and their helpers were very nice and helpful. They did great work and got our house re-piped in two days. I am happy with Renaldi's.

Josh is a great technician and amazing communicator who seems to truly enjoy his job as it relates to getting to the root cause of A/C and heating issues. He was sure to check in often during his 2.5 hr repair visit and kept us informed of the various diagnostic procedures he was conducting. My service was expensive but over half of cost was due to the price of freon.

Short Story Long.
Been without an A/C since Nov of last year (stopped blowing cold air). Because we were entering into winter it bought me a few months to figure out how in TF we were gonna maneuver moving forward. As the months move along and the weather is starting to Heat up, it’s time !! I called 4 “Local-ish” HVAC companies to quote me on a FULL System Replacement (indoor & outdoor unit). Our current system is mismatched and verryyy OLD. I interviewed 4 companies all professional, all incredibly informative, and learned. However there was ONE MAJOR STAND OUT. Ray Brown A C Heating & Refrigeration. Their technician Kory came by at 0930 this morning and when Kory left at 1030, our A/C was Blowing sweet cold air ❄️❄️❄️. MIND YOU!!! I had 3 other companies come by over the course of 3 days every one stayed around an hour and left with their $10,000-$25,000 quotes for a new system, RB Air was THE ONLY COMPANY WHO GAF that our house was a stifling 85 degrees. Kory stated, I couldn’t leave you like this knowing I could do something about it. 😳😳😳Blown Away , Literally and Figuratively🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Bravo Kory, Shout Out to Ray Brown Air Conditioning. Moving forward this Will be my GO TO company for ALLL my HVAC needs. RB you’ve got a winner on your team, treat him well and know what you’ve got.

These guys were great. I had a problem with my central heating They showed up within few hours and got the heat working within 15 minutes few loose wires. Only got charged the the service call fee. Very honest and reliable and good people. Highly recommend good service and fair price

My technician, Stephan, Pisaio arrived after working at another location for two hours. However, his attitude was very positive and pleasant. His thorough use of time was amazing and he ended up replacing two different toilets in a very old building with incredible skills, ability to problem, dedication to excellence. He cleaned up every wet spot on the floor and construction debris in both bathrooms, which were spotless.He is an excellent worker, agent for Rinaldi and their credibility, and I will ask for him to come to all future plumbing repairs.

Had an issue with our unit not connecting to a power source and turns out a wire completely fried within the unit! Zach was completely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. I had been meaning to get in contact with a new company to schedule routine maintenance and had just been forgetting to do it. I’m happy that we will now be using Rinaldi for those needs.
