Although Mickey and his team did a great job on the installation of our new HVAC system in 2024, they have been extremely non-responsive in finishing our request. They recommended we install another cold air return for the house. We even have a proposal for the work. They keep giving us different reasons for not doing the work. Not technician avail, too hot in attic, and now no reason. Almost 1 and 1/2 years later, we are still waiting. They won't say that they won't do it but won't say that they will either. We call and they say they will get back to us, but they never do. Very frustrating!!!

I have used Service Star Air Conditioning to service my central AC for the past three years. Recently, I contacted them because my air heater was not working. During their visit, they expressed serious concern about my unit, advised that it was not functioning properly, and strongly recommended that it be replaced immediately, stating it would be best to do so to avoid issues during the winter.
Based on that guidance, I was left without heat for several days during cold weather, and I was also charged $100, despite the issue not being resolved.
Because I was not comfortable with the outcome, I contacted another HVAC company for a second opinion. That technician identified that a cut cable had caused the issue, reconnected it, and confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my unit. They also took the time to explain how the system works and advised that using Emergency Heat would have resolved the situation as well.
Based on this experience, I am disappointed and concerned. I feel the recommendation to replace the unit was unnecessary, and this has caused me to lose trust in the company’s judgment and integrity. Unfortunately, this experience felt like a disservice, and I will not be using Service Star Air Conditioning again.

I had a great experience with Chris. Very knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. Explained things well and was professional and friendly. Worked hard to get me the best pricing possible for an unexpected installation of a complete new AC system.
Installation Tech, Keith was also very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained the system and different features. Also cleaned up and took all trash out with him.

Called this company for quote on basic standard install of a 40 gallon electric water heater.. Price given was highest( $1800) of about 9 plumbers contacted.. they may do decent work but way way off on pricing. This is a $1200-1400 job as quoted by several companies.. I say shop around..

Serviceman was polite and knowledgeable. We found a small 20ml/min leak on a toilet in kids bath, that drain about 220gal of water over night from our well storage tank, causing side effects on the RO pump relay. I thought it was a crack on the supply line from the well bld to house at first. Rinaldi's tech was a huge help to sort out a much more common issue. Second year on a well, so I learned my lesson. My lucky day in the end.

Hired Rinaldi after being taken advantage of by private contractors. Salesman "assured" us that would never happen with Rinaldi. Yea, right!
Brand new A/C has had no heat since install. First told wiring was wrong (they installed it). Rewired, but A/C heat still doesn't work during the coldest days of year so far. Called on a Saturday asking for, "at least a call so we'll know they're aware ". Still no call while we struggle to stay warm. Sad to realize the salesman was playing us like everyone else. I'm getting so tired living in FL and being taken advantage of as a Senior Citizen. Thanks for NOTHING Rinaldi. Guess we should have known. BTW...as of this writing we STILL have no heat!!

We had a tankless water heater installed along with other plumbing needs in a house we just purchased. José did a fantastic job, everything looks great not to mention the placement of the heater inside of our vanity so we don’t even know it’s there!! Highly recommend using Rinaldi’s. Great job great people.

OMG I have just experienced the most gratifying example of 3 men working as a team in perfect harmony for an entire day to install an entire aircondioning system at my home. Start to finish immaculate work and clean up. Flawless!

Our old R-22 HVAC finally gave up after 15 years.
Researched Rinaldi and discovered very high public reviews considering the substantial about of reviews. Still able to maintain 4.5 - 5 Stars. BBB Orlando still has A+. Again, impressive considering the huge amount of customer reviews.
Finally, our family could not believe we could call Rinaldi and 48 hours later we have a brand new HVAC system fully installed and functioning. Leonard was our point of contact. He has 34 years of knowledge. We are now lifetime customers. Thank you, Leonard and Rinaldi.

Ron did a through job and shared the issues and options with our AC system. Very through and common sense explanation. More complete inspection to date. Personable and efficient. Good rep of the company. It was our annual maintenance check.

Hooray for Jose! He arrived on the afternoon of Dec. 23 and worked on my kitchen sink. The undermount sink had come apart. Jose took the time to professionally repair it. He was courteous, happy, and very knowledgeable! From now on, whenever I need a plumber, I will call Renaldi Plumbing and will always ask for Jose!
