Top notch business right here!! They installed a new system for us last year and have been great with customer support!! I’ve had a couple of “issues” and Anthony was here the next day.
Anthony is incredible with explaining everything and showing me exactly what to do to maintain the system properly. He is a crown jewel for this business and I’m so grateful for his help, kindness and support.

Dylan found a secondary line that was clogged, causing our system to shut down. He drained it and now we are cooling off! No charge for this service as they were out last month for the same issue. Thanks for making it right, Service Star!

Came out late Friday evening after I had someone else attempted to fix the issue the previous week only to have the same issue again this week. They diagnosed the issue and a provided temporary fix and set an appointment to complete the job when the needed part is available. Great customer service. I wish that I called them first…they will be my first call next time.

This is the second time we have used this company. Very professional, quickly responsive, 100% satisfied. Had Anthony come out this morning to look at what ended up being a lizard frying the fan motor. He taught me ways I myself at home can keep the drain clogged and how to keep the lizards out for next time. Even told me to hang on to his personal number for any questions about products to purchase. He was professional and informative. I would 110% recommend this company to anyone in the future!

This is the best place for your A/C needs. Service Star is truly deserving of 5 stars. They are reasonable, reliable and their work lasts a long time. Donnie, the service manager, is extremely knowledgeable and treats you like a person and not a number. I've tried other service places but Service Star is hands down the best I've dealt with. All of my A/C needs are met by these guys. Even the yearly maintenance is affordable and scheduled quickly. Try them out!!!

Our ten-year-old air conditioning unit experienced operational difficulties, prompting a service call to Service Star. I spoke with Anthony, who promptly visited our residence that afternoon.

The necessary replacement part was costly and unavailable; however, Anthony diligently sought solutions, understanding the holiday constraints. He was also aware of my husband's serious medical condition, and we are both seniors. He recommended a complete unit replacement, prioritizing our peace of mind. He offered to perform the installation on the Fourth of July, without pressuring us. He provided his personal cell phone for any inquiries.

We decided to proceed with the replacement. He assembled a crew and gathered the necessary equipment. On July 3rd, they arrived and replaced both the exterior and interior units. I was impressed by the team's work ethic, including their cleanup and removal of the old equipment. In a touching moment, I learned Anthony was taking the check to his mother-in-law. Service Star operates as a family-oriented business, reminiscent of the one my husband and I previously managed. Shortly after moving into our new home the A/C died. I had found a reminder letter that the previous owner received advising that it was time for a system check. So I called Service Star and they immediately came to our house and sadly determined that the 12 year old system needed replacing. The technician gave us a good quote for replacing the old system and replacing the ductwork. The workers completed the entire job in one day and we slept comfortably that night! Recently we found that the unit wasn’t cooling and I called for help. They responded immediately and determined that there wasn’t anything wrong with the system, only that the circuit breaker had tripped. There was no charge for the visit and we are very happy with everything. So if you need anything with your current system I recommend Service Star Air Conditioning.

Chris went out of his way to find a part for our old AC Unit. He has been our technician since we purchased our condo 3 years ago. As an elderly woman I have trusted him from the beginning to service our AC. He is confident and knowledgeable of his field. Thanks Chris!

We decided to use service star to replace our 20+ year old Rheem air conditioning unit, the staff and Installers were nice and respectful and answered any questions we had. They were quick to respond and showed top notch work, we could not be happier with the experience we had. Highly recommend for anyone looking for their services.

Have called them for the second year for maintenance never disappoint, very knowledgeable, today we had the luxury of installing a new system ! The team came in and installed an entire new system in under 3 hours.
So far we are very happy!

I had called Service Star and asked for an inspection of my HVAC system. I had climbed around in attic and found some of the hoses had fallen off the vents. I had also notice other problems that needed attention. I received a quote from them and it was thorough.
I received two other quotes and Service Star included other items the others did not with no added cost.
Called them two weeks later and in two days they were here to install a complete new system and it took two men to install the outside unit, heater unit inside the house, and reconnected all my air vents.
We were very pleased with their job and they cleaned up after the job was done.
The new unit is working great.

What an great company to work with. We started off with just wanting a tune up on our unit before the big heat of the summer hit. During the inspection Anthony found mold in areas there shouldn't be for starter's. The unit was also 2 sizes to small for the sqft of the home ( yes we researched it). We were offered a great deal on a 3.5 ton unit with duct cleaning. James and his partner performed the cleaning while install was happening and was very thorough, which was greatly appreciated!! Lemeul and his partner did a fantastic job with the install. Start to finish 4 hours. That was inside and outside unit. Lemeul was also very thorough in explaining the care and what to look for each month. These guys care!! Thank you to a great family owned business with a great team backing them up!!

Their business model is to sell cheap ac units rather than fix yours. Mine had a refrigerant leak and rather than fix it the owner Donnie blew up my condenser. Like an idiot I let it slide because I couldn’t get over the ridiculously cheap price he offered me to replace it. I should’ve known better. 5000.00 for a five ton unit in 2025 is very cheap so I overlooked his transgressions. They didn’t bother replacing the original refrigerant line so mine had the same problem about a year later. Guess what wasn’t under warranty… so I had another company come out who showed me everything that their one-man install team failed to do properly and had to rebuild my entire unit. Now I’m more money into this system than I would’ve been if I had just used the other company in the first place. I would run far far away from these people especially Donnie. If his big black lifted truck parks in your driveway turn him away.

I've been a customer of Service Star for a couple of years now. Today, Anthony came out to do preventative maintenance service on our system. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing to me. I appreciate the time he took to do that, as well as give me some suggestions to optimize our system so that it will last as long as possible. I really appreciate his attention to detail. Service Star sent Chris to our home to inspect our AC units which we knew had serious issues. He introduced himself then proceeded to inspect the outside unit and unit in garage. He confirmed what we thought our 2015 units were in need of major overhauling of everything. He then gave us the quote to repair all the items and provided us with a quote to fully replace both units with brand new and get a 10 year Warranty. Investing thousands of dollars into 2 old almost 12 yr old units just seem like a good investment. So we asked Chris when could you just fully replace both with brand New RHEEM units. He said tomorrow morning at 10am sir. So we opted for that. Next morning at 10am Chris and his team of 2 men were at our home and busy removing all the old and quickly installing all the new 4ton AC units. By 2:30pm they were done trash removed and we had cold AC in our home again. They even replaced both the breakers and installed the UV light system inside our unit in garage! They were very professional from start to finish and answered all our questions and concerns fully.
