Carlos did a fantastic job during the most recent Gold Club maintenance inspection. He was informative and gave me some energy saving tips. I really appreciated his knowledge and the time he took to explain everything.

Carlos was the technician who performed the semi-annual maintenance. He did a very thorough job and gave a report breakdown which was a first for me. Riley helped me with the follow-up. She was very helpful and insightful in explaining Carlos’ findings. She was very friendly and patient with me. Highly recommend.

We had a new Lennox A/C installed today. We received excellent customer service. Top notch installers. Both Ryan and Shaun did an absolute outstanding job. They maintained a professional attitudes and ensured the work neat and well presented. The work area was clean and organized. Their level of experience was amazing! It appeared effortless, primarily because of their level of experience. They both genuinely cared about the job they were doing. We would highly recommend this Team of Two. We are more than please with the service we’ve received. Upon completion everything was explainedt to us in a manner we would understand. True professionals. If I could rate more than 5 Stars, I definitely would give them 10 STARS!!!!!! Well done, gentleman…well done!

Jox our AC technician was very professional and cordial in carrying out The servicing of our newer AC unit. He was in and out of the house and less than an hour. Jox also made some suggestions relative to system protection enhancements.

I can’t say enough good things about Carlos with 4 Seasons. He was by far the best service provider we’ve ever had for our air conditioning. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. His explanations were clear-no jargon overload! I had a terrible experience with a home them. The first technician that came to my house didn’t know what he was doing and falsely claimed that the air conditioning issue was an electrical problem. I called an electrical company for a second opinion, and they told me that technician should be fired. After diagnosing the issue, they confirmed that the unit does indeed receive electricity.

I then reached out to the AC company again and was fortunate to get another technician. He diagnosed the problem correctly: the compressor had failed. However, the issue didn’t stop there—this technician failed to submit the report to the warranty company. I have been trying to contact them repeatedly through calls, texts, and emails, but I haven’t received any response. It has now been over a week with no resolution. I recommend staying far away from this service.

Ryan arrived earlier then anticipated which was perfect for me, sent me a text to let me know he was on his way. Very professional, polite, and informative of the situation. He was quick to fix the problem with my AC unit, and was able to answer any questions I had, and recommended a good thermostat for the unit. Much appreciated, Highly recommended.

Sam's heating specialist expertise became evident when he identified an issue three other companies missed and his repair has lasted two years while previous fixes failed within months repeatedly frustratingly before unfortunately!
