Anthony was fantastic! He came out and checked the whole unit for us and outlined 3 different options that could be done depending on our budget and time range. We are really happy he came out.

This morning Anthony from Our Place Air & Home Repair service my system. He was very through with his assessment of my AC unit. He also advised me of a few things the would help extend the life of my AC unit. He didn't pressure me to buy. He let me know the pros of getting these two items for the life of my AC.
I must add He was very considerate of my time. He complete the service in very reasonable time.

We had a great experience with Our Place Air & Home Repair. Anthony Maymi was our HVAC technician, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain what was going on with our system, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend both Anthony and Our Place Air & Home Repair for honest, reliable HVAC service.

EDIT: Received a call from Kyle the Service Manager. He apologized for the problems and refunded our entire year's service contract, which was much appreciated. I'll update my review from one to three stars for the resolution to the issue. Thank you Kyle.

Original review: We used this company for maintenance for about four years, and in fact, they even installed a new a/c system in our home. Unfortunately, over the past several months they have become totally unreliable. We prepaid for a maintenance plan and set up a service appointment. Got a call the night before that they had no one available to come so we had to reschedule. No problem, it happens. We rescheduled for the following week. Got a call the night before again cancelling our appointment due to availability of a technician.

Rescheduled for a third time. Got a call the night before confirming our appointment! Yes! Unfortunately, no one ever showed up. Completely ghosted us. Called them back, they apologized, and rescheduled a fourth time. Got a call the night before confirming the appointment. And, you guessed it, they no showed again. No call...no nothing.

I called back asking to speak to a manager and was told I "had to fill out a form to speak to a manager." I was sent a form via text and filled it out. It's been several weeks and no one has bothered to call back.

All I wanted at this point was to cancel the prepaid maintenance plan and get a refund of the unused amount...but I guess this company is just going to keep my money. It certaining isn't customer service of any kind.

OPA&HR had been great so far. Today, we had a regular maintenance service with Anthony who was professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the suggested services and his recommendations.

Another great experience with Our Place! This time I had a duct clean, dryer vent evacuation, sanitize and reseal of system. Johnathan and Kevin did the work and both guys were meticulous and clean about their work. They moved quickly while taking before and after pics of the work they completed. Very professional guys and I will continue to work with this outfit.

We have used this company for annual maintenance for a few years now and they are always on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Recently they completely redid the outdated and worn out duct system in our home. Steven and his crew (Nas and JD) spent two days at our home replacing the ducts and did an excellent job. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. They took care of the property and made sure everything was clean and back to "normal" before leaving each day. They kept us informed the entire time and answered all of our questions to ensured we understood the process and were happy with the results. When we had a concern the following day, Steven answered the call right away and came out first thing in the morning to correct it. Thank you Steven, Nas and JD!
Additional shout out to Rashad who helped us with the review of our duct system and process to get it replaced. And to Christina who is always so helpful when we call and takes the time to explain the process and paperwork.

Luis and nas did amazing on my install. They were very informative and professional. I will 1000% recommend them to anyone. Such amazing guys and an amazing company!!

I’ve had some mixed experiences with Our Place in the past, but Josh W was fantastic. He took the extra time to thoroughly look over everything, answered questions, and made distinctions between minimum necessities and recommendations. He offered more comprehensive services and features, but didn’t scare me into buying something I didn’t need. At one point, I even asked about my return vent size and if I needed a larger one. He answered honestly that it was right at the cusp, but it’s close to the size for the unit and it’s a smaller house. Also put me at ease that I didn’t need full ductwork replacement (had just replaced 2 years prior and was told by someone else that I needed them replaced again due to rodent damage). Josh has been all around the best technician.

Kevin and Anthony were absolutely amazing! They showed up on time, were professional, knowledgeable, and made sure my air conditioning was running perfectly before they left. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need — just honest, quality work.

You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The job was done quickly, neatly, and my home feels cool and comfortable again. I highly recommend Kevin & Anthony to anyone who needs reliable, friendly, and skilled AC technicians. Five stars all the way!

I found this company through the Better Business Bureau and called them to have them come out to give me a price estimate for an air duct cleaning all throughout the house/attic. Josh W. came out whom I had a nice rapport with. He explained everything in detail and informed me of what would be occurring and did a thorough inspection. I would definitely recommend this company for all your a/c and Hvac needs.👍🏻

Anthony M. was extremely informative and helpful. Not to mention, friendly & respectful, as well. He took his time making sure our system was clean and in working order. When going over some different options for us, he carefully explained everything in detail and made it easy to understand. If I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would.

I'm very impressed with my appointment with Anthony M yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and he sat down with me to explain the options and cost. I was very thankful for him and his demeanor. As a young woman doing this on her own, it's hard to find people to trust, much less someone to sit down with you on your couch and explain everything in detail, down to the verbiage (I know what pitting means now!). I got a little overwhelmed by the cost and amount of work that needed repair, and he comforted me like a friend while remaining very professional (I do have fairly bad anxiety). Anthony also mentioned multiple times throughout his time here that he loves his job and he loves his boss, which made me comfortable working with them ethically. I am a local, I enjoy working with locals and Mom & Pop's vs large, franchised corps & hearing how happy he is there as an employee, made me more comfortable moving forward with them. He also called his boss Kyle in front of me, and they spoke like best friends. I can imagine this line of work is hard. Not just labor but explaining to people the costs/impact this will have, yet you have to do it (FL!). They seem to really 'get' how this impacts people and have ways to help. They offer payment plans, and a subscription option that I decided to move forward with - because I hadn't serviced my AC since I purchased and that likely caused this. Overall, I am very happy so far. Thank you, Our Place Air, for helping me, comforting me, and making my house livable again! I can't wait to y'all to arrive this morning to get me up & running again!

Anthony was the Maintance guy that serviced my ac unit today and all I can say is so far from this company Anthony by far has been the best guy… He explained everything step by step. Very respectful (his parents did an amazing job raising him) made sure I understood and was ok with everything he was doing. He was also friendly but professional at the same time. Asked about any concerns or issues that I had. He was here for less than 2 hrs He did his job and kept it moving (He did not waste no time how most workers do when getting pd by the hr.) He did not lagigag to waste time.So Anthony keep up the amazing job you are doing and I hope you will continue to be the only one to come to my house when called again for maintenance work… I’ll turn the other person away if it’s not you (🤣🤣) Anthony I can’t express it enough on how great you were today.. I can't say enough about my experience with Our Place Air & Home. We've had a number of different technicians out to our home over the past few weeks trying to get a problematic system fixed. Theodore and others came out and did some great work, but in the end, we needed to replace the whole unit. Joshua wasn't pushy with my options when we settled on replacement, offering several systems at various price points. When Jose and Luis arrived for the install, they were prompt, respectful, quiet, and informative. I couldn't recommend this company or these gentleman any higher.

They thoroughly cleaned out our entire HVAC system and completed a flawless installation of the Reme Halo, taking the time to ensure everything was done perfectly and with great care.

What truly impressed me was their attention to detail. They had to cut into our crown molding to install new vents, and the precision was unbelievable. The finished result looks completely seamless. You would never know any modifications were made. Their craftsmanship is truly top tier.
