Local Air was very professional and efficient in helping us decide on our new AC unit. They explained every step including the financing. We can't wait to have our new unit installed. We also saved thousands and will also be able to claim a tax credit on our taxes.

After a little back and forth with the cost of some repairs we needed on our HVAC Alex the owner personally came to our house and assured us that customer service was at the top of his list. The part was replaced and was still under warranty and the technician Julio was very professional and worked quickly. Very happy.

Sal came to my house and we just clicked from the start. He’s awesome and upfront with all the details! Definitely recommend these guys.

Salt came out and got me a new unit in the works financing done no haggling just prompt and curious service.

Showed up late for the job, then wanted to drive across the yard. When I told them it was not permitted, he acted like it was the only way to deliver the unit. Then he went over to the old unit and started in with comments like " I don't know about this, I will have to see when I remover this one." I asked him about the new vent that was supposed to be installed, he told me that was not on the job order. I told him to leave and have his boss to call me. I will go with a different company, I am in no hurry to change this one out, this old unit is still working.

Update. I had the unit installed. James, the installer, came out and did a very professional job. The only issue I have, is with the company, and not the installer. I was promised a new vent installed in the Lanai. I was told that this vent would be installed without any further charge. This is not the case, now I am told the vent cannot be installed, the company wants to charge me extra to put a split unit out there! So much for the free vent!!

I highly recommend Local AC Heating & Cooling. This company was very knowledgeable, professional, and affordable. Sal, the sale advisor went above and beyond to ensure that I was a very satisfied customer. Sal, didn’t pressure me at all. The installers arrived very promptly and completed the project within 4hrs.they were very clean.

Where do i start! I was without air for two weeks found the number to this company on Facebook and decided to try this company .I received a response very quick got a same day appointment. Once the sales rep Sal came out he was very informative and straight to the point he advised me that I needed a new unit.. I was not prepared but Sal made the process extremely easy and without stress also the installer James was the best his character and dedication was superb. Now I am sitting nice and cool

My AC went the way of the dearly departed. So after contacting some repair specialists around town I contacted Local A/C to discuss the installation of a new A/C. Kelvin, one there Comfort Specialist arrived as scheduled. He was super knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. I elected to proceed with the purchase. Kelvin and Christian. the Office Manager answered all my questions and were super responsive. Two days later, the installation was underway!!! Juio's teams was prompt, tidy and completed the install without a hitch. I can't say enough about these guys. Excellent company to do business with. If you're looking for responsible, customer oriented HVAC company, give these guys a call.

My daughter had a brand-new AC installed by this company, and within just two months it has already broken down multiple times. She has called repeatedly to get the issue resolved, but they rarely follow through on their promises to call back. The manager, Sal, does not answer phone calls or text messages, and it seems like there is no communication within the company. The management is very poor, and the service has been extremely frustrating. Do not do business with them unless you want a constant headache. My daughter should not have to waste more of her time—we want our money back.

Local AC is an amazing company. From the office staff Frank and Chris, to the salesman Sal and the technician James who installed my unit. The customer service was incredible, I know all their names. In today’s fast world it’s nice to see such great service. And well my unit is wonderful. Plus they did not upsell me. I had a 5 ton unit and my house is to small for a 5 and installed a smaller unit and explained to me why I needed a smaller unit which I never knew. I liked the honesty and of course the savings.
I highly recommend this company if you a new system or even someone to work on your ac.

There was an issue with my heat it would not shut off I called and spoke to Frank the next day he had Hoang come out fixed the problem within a minute and the heat is working great

Steve was a very polite young man who came to my home and completed his presentation like a pro. His was very respectful and broke everything done in clear details of how the company works.
He did a great job and all was explained and fully understood throughout the time he was in our home. A really nice young man and that's why we give him a five star review. Thank you Steve and let's hope we can work out a fairly good pricing for the near future!

First time leaving a 1-star review. We had a brand new AC installed in my rental just two months ago, and it has already broken down multiple times. Ac broke again this week, My manager and I called in the morning and were promised a call back, but no one followed up until I escalated the issue myself.
Because of the delays, I had to hire another AC company to inspect their work. They confirmed that the blower motor was already dead. I finally got manager on the line, was also promised that a technician would arrive first thing this morning, but they didn’t show up until late at night—leaving my tenants to suffer in extreme heat all day.
On top of that, their AC unit has caused my breaker to burn out twice, which was never an issue before this installation. To this day, I still haven’t received a proper explanation from them of the root cause or how they plan to fix it. I have to ask ChatGPT. BUYERS BE AWARE

Kelvin was great! Had an awesome selling point just in the showing of his personal experience I wasn’t able to make the original appointment but he made time to come back an hour later

The worst experience ever!!! I purchased anew outside unit as well as an air handler in March of this year. I have had 12 repair visits since. My a/c is currently not working. A brand new unit shouldn’t need 12 repairs. Every time that I call for service I get the same guy who just play word games. I can’t get a name or number for anyone that can fix this problem. He just tells me that we will get someone when they are available. I checked their website and they say that they have 24 hour service but this is not true. I was told that they only operate during regular business hours. I want my money back so that I can get a reputable company to install a unit that works.
