Everyone I interacted with was really friendly. The price to replace my AC unit was competitively cheaper than other businesses I called. The technician came out the night before to make sure there would be no surprises with replacement/installation of AC unit. Communication was great, and timely. I really appreciated my experience with this company, and will continue to do business in the future.

We had a great experience. We had a non emergency on a Sunday night. They had someone out at 8am the next morning. He left by 8:39 with a fixed unit. Of course, the speed was lucky due to what needed fixing, but the service man was very professional and quick and didn't complain about my very friendly dog. They sent the invoice via email and payment was online and very easy. I would use this company again.

James worked by himself and seemed to know all about this system. Weldong and connecting like an everyday thing. I appreciate what he did for me in about six yours where i expected hours. Thank you.

I found this company online and it looks like they have a good reputation, after working with then on my condo I can see why!
I called them after business hours and they still were able to come on the same day! Omar the technician was very polite and knowledgeable, and he fixed the issue in less then an hour. I thought it’s going to cost me an arm and a leg but the price was surprisingly low.
I am glad I found them and keep using them in the future👍👍👍

Sal is a good salesrep for Local A-C. My problem with the company is when there is an issue or concern nobody wants to talk about it. Two calls to Sal on 3/11/25 still have not been returned and when I called Chis on 3/17/25, Chis stated that Sal would be the one to answer the concerns. Still no reply from Sal.
Since they do not want to reply, here is my review:
Sal verified to me prior to the installation that Local A-C would add 13 inches of blown-in insulation to my attic space over what old insulation was already up there.
Upon inspection, I found that they folded over the cardboard rulers or buried them down into the existing insulation. The upper markings showed the 13 inches they stated they added, but when I slowly moved their insulation away from the rulers they stapled to the trusses, I found they only added 8 or 9 inches of blown-in insulation not the 13 inches of insulation I paid for.
anyone wishing to use Local A-C might want to make sure they are getting what was paid.

Well the AC was professional installed and running cannot say enough positive words but this installer was so great from start to finish every step planned and perfected which ended up being perfect result the entire local ac team from start to finish just awesome and truly understand customer satisfaction which is 10 star beyond thanks again. These people do what they say and more thank you
