Anthony and his team did an absolutely perfect job installing the mini split and 2 exhaust fans inside my garage. His team showed up, worked late and were meticulous in the installment. The team worked efficiently and took their time. They even cleaned up our garage better than the way they found it. He made recommendations for additional support throughout our home like a whole house surge protector and UV light for the HVAC air handler. Couldn't be more pleased and Anthony we will will be calling you for additional work. Thank you and your team for doing excellent work.

I had already made up my mind to go with a different company to replaced my AC unit at my home, but I was browsing on Facebook and so local AC with a system called the inverter system, which carries 2 fans. It piqued my curiosity, so I started an application and stopped then received a call from the company. I spoke to someone but I was also at work in the middle of something, so I told that representative, I would give him a call back later that day. I received a call from the company by the name of Alex, he didn't give me his name but we spoke about the Ac unit and I told him I made up my mind on using a different company. And he said he could beat the prices. I'm like, really. So once he said that, I decided to give him a chance, he sent his representative over to the house. They took some picture and gave me some prizes. So I did return the call to the company and ask for the manager,Somebody else came on the phone. It was not Alex, but I didn't let him know I had already spokem to the owner of the company whose name is Alex and I didn't mention. that I already did a Yelp and Google . Anyway, long story short, this local AC company, has great pricing they sent a guy over today August 04th to do the installation. After two weeks of no Ac i can safely say my AC is back up and running. Alex, the owner of the company did stood up to his word and did
everything like he said he would. l give Local AC a 5 star review if you are looking to replace your AC give them a call. Thank you again Local AC

Good and Bad

Good - they worked with us to find the serial number on our unit since the one on the unit was ripped off and couldn’t be read. This allowed us to get warranty replacement for a part that went bad. They also provided the serial number for future reference.

Bad - we were quoted $1100 for labor, because the part needing replaced was buried in the unit, lots of things had to be removed, the unit would need to come off the wall, and it was a really complex effort. Come to replacement time, tech shows up at 1:54 and walks out the door at 3:09.

My fault, clarifying question should have been how long will this take, does it really make sense to pay $1100 for 1 hour?

Even if we take travel to from home office, we are looking g at $550 an hour.

Called to discuss charge, how this seems high. Nothing offered, told based on the job, not time.

Be careful, make sure you understand the actual costs and times.

Since they did help with the serial number I am appreciative, which is why it isn’t a 1 star.

Had to sleep in the freezing cold for 2 days cause the technician did a terrible job! I’m no expert but the technician look lost and confused! Could not communicate with the technician cause I didn’t speak Spanish and he didn’t speak English it was very difficult and frustrating!! At this moment I wish I would have kept my old ac unit!! I try reaching out to the sales manager Salvatore Albano he read my text messages but no call back! The office employee Frank was nice and very understanding he was the only person who was trying to help us! When I ask for a discount none of the managers want to help us!! Please don’t use this company!! I regret changing my old ac unit!!

A new heat pump was installed in my home today, and I couldn’t be more pleased with both the product and the installation. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home from start to finish. The installation was clean, efficient, and clearly done with care and attention to detail.
