STEVEN, JD & Yeshua came and replaced my duct system. They were so very nice and considerate. I have a home full of children and they did amazing with them roaming around. They were here for two days and cleaned up afterwards. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone asking. Customer service bomb 10/10.

I had a great experience with Our Place Air. They were able to send someone out the same day, which was a huge relief during the heat. Richie quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and he was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He even took the time to show us how to file a claim so we could get a refund for the repair — above and beyond what we expected. Highly recommend this company for fast, honest, and knowledgeable service!

They installed my air system and had insulation in attic, used them for several years now all the techs that I have used have been well knowledge. Joshua Williams had several times is pleasant and knows his job. Have recommended our place to others that have used them. Really great company to use. Have called them with an emergency and they sent someone out that day or night. As being elderly they don't pressure you. They explain everything and answer my questions that I understand.

I had quoted already other companies, before I called Our Place Air & Home Repair. This company was the only one willing to go the extra mile to find what was wrong with the AC unit at my house. Kevin and Anthony were the technicians who came to conduct maintenance on our HVAC system. First they communicated efficiently about their arrival time. They were very polite and friendly. After completing the work they explained clearly and with much detail the conditions of the system and the issues they found. They also provided options to correct the issues. Great experience

I scheduled a maintenance service for my HVAC system and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Mohammed arrived on time, was friendly, and took the time to explain everything he was checking and why it was important. After a recent AC issue, Theodore came back out and thoroughly troubleshot the problem. He discovered that during the prior visit an exposed wire had been left behind, which caused a short and blew the fuse. What really stood out to me was his honesty and professionalism, he immediately took ownership, explained exactly what happened, apologized, and corrected the issue properly.

Mistakes can happen in any line of work, but the way Theodore handled it is what truly matters. He was transparent, knowledgeable, respectful, and made sure everything was safe and working correctly before leaving.

Because of his integrity and work ethic, I would absolutely recommend Our Place Air and Home Repair, and especially Theodore, to anyone needing HVAC service. This is how customer service should be done.

I would highly recommend this place. My air conditioning broke and Mike came out at approximately 8 PM on a weekday. He then stayed until 12 AM trying to fix the problem and was very apologetic when my air-conditioning was completely busted. We discussed replacement and unfortunately, it was going to need to be a custom job. They coordinated obtainingthe permits for my place, finding the provider of the source materials, and dealing with my insurance claim. I then had two men come out and when they realized they needed more help, recruited a third. Jose, Johnathan, and Andy were respectful of my home, diligent, And worked two nine hour days Basically, without stopping to make sure that my air-conditioning was ready as soon as possible, despite how stuck it was in the wall And what a complicated case it was. Even though they knew they would have to come back the next day, they completely cleaned my place before Leaving which was unnecessary because everyone basically went to sleep and came back immediately the next day. In summary, they took a very complicated process and simplified it to two phone calls for a diagnostic and for setting up the appointment. The men were professional, the receptionist friendly, And they are very cautious of my indoor animals not going outside. If you were looking for an air conditioning company, I would look no further.

Absolutely a great service all around. Anthony was very informative and real about everything . Didn’t hold back or hide any bit of information from me . Kept it real ann simple . And super cool friendly guy. Was literally like I was talking to one of my friends about my AC unit . I hope to see him in the future for my next service 5 stars , 12 out of 10 rank for his service !

I want to give a shout out to Rashad who came to help with my AC/Heater when it wouldn't work. Ended up the previous company installed the inappropriate units needed for my dwelling. I had to have the entire system removed and replaced with a new system that Jose and Nas came back to do for me a couple of days later. They were fantastic! They were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient at getting the new system installed. I am a completely satisfied customer! So glad that Our Place was recommended to me.

Anthony came out for routine maintenance and was so helpful! He gave me a detailed overview of what he found, let me ask questions, and thoroughly took me through options to take best care of my system. Very informative and helpful.

Extremely concerning and frustrating experience, I am not sure where all these good reviews come from, but I strongly recommend homeowners proceed with caution.

I contacted this company for an HVAC inspection and service. During their visits, two different technicians were sent to my home. Between both visits, they spent nearly two hours troubleshooting, moving wires and components, and at one point stated they were unsure what was causing the issue. Both technicians concluded that the problem was related to the control board.
Same day after these inspections, my air conditioning system stopped functioning. While it is unclear what specifically caused the failure, the diagnosis provided proved to be incorrect, and the system was left in worse condition than before their visits.
I then contacted Frank Gay Services, a far more experienced HVAC company with an extensive track record and over 12,000 reviews. Their technician identified the actual issue in less than 15 minutes. The problem was found to be related to the thermostat, not the control board. Once addressed, my air conditioning was fully operational again the same day.
Frank Gay Services provided a one-year warranty on their work without requiring an annual membership, offered very reasonable pricing, and completed the repair in a highly professional and efficient manner. In contrast, this company required enrollment in a mandatory one-year membership, and once enrolled, the repair estimates provided are EXTREMELY high compared to market standards.
Beyond the pricing concerns, the repeated uncertainty during diagnostics and the lack of confidence demonstrated during the service visits made it difficult to feel comfortable trusting their recommendations.

When I raised my concerns and requested accountability, responsibility was denied and reimbursement was refused, citing internal policies. Although the membership was canceled and no service charges were applied, the reality is that the issue was never resolved but worsen by this company and required intervention from another provider.

As a homeowner, this experience was stressful and disappointing. I regret trusting this company and would strongly encourage anyone to seek a second opinion before approving major repairs or relying on their diagnostics.
