Angel was back to install the UV light as he had noticed on the bi-Annual service call that mold was starting to show up inside the air handler.
He gave me all the information about the benefits of the UV light as it would keep the coils and interior parts from rusting and needing replacement. Which is very expensive.
Angel is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in the way that I can understand, which is not all the technical words that I wouldn’t. I am so thankful to find a company that provides excellent service in all ways.

Angelo & Rodney came out and diagnosed my issue quickly. They made recommendations for a new unit and were able to get my installation scheduled for the very next day! Couldn’t be happier.

The cold snap hit hard this morning and a critical error showed up with respect our heating. Our response tech, Robert, was superb! He took the time to check out the problem, review our two main systems , and diagnose the problem. He noted several issues which were expertly resolved and explained, then assisted us with several updates so our phone app would communicate with the home office as to a critical alert could be received for resolution. We could not have had a more professional, courteous, and knowledgeable tech! We give him 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Jox did a great job making sure my system was thoroughly cleaned and functioning properly.

We had an excellent experience with Angelo!! He figured out the issue with our AC very quickly and was so incredibly kind and explained things thoroughly! He also didn’t mind kids running around while he worked, which is a big plus! 😂. I’ll be requesting him for all visits moving forward!

They were very responsive, gave me a narrow arrival window, and kept me updated with regular communication. The technicians, Angelo and Robert, arrived at the early part of the window and immediately impressed me with their professionalism and efficiency. They quickly identified the issue and resolved it without any unnecessary upselling or pressure—just straightforward, honest service. They also did a great job of explaining what they found, what needed to be done, and even took pictures to walk me through everything carefully. Both were courteous, respectful, and clearly skilled. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend 4 Seasons Air.

Had Angelo come out and give me a second opinion on a repair quote given to my by another ac company. They were able to give me confident and fair advice on investing money into my old unit vs purchasing a new one. They also were able to make some adjustments to my current system so we could get by as needed the next few cold nights. Will be calling back in the near future for a new system

Joe and Carlos came to my house for my bi-annual servicing. While doing their cleaning, they noticed a couple of issues with my unit. They were very professional and thorough on weighing out the options of what to do next. Very happy with my service and will continue to use them.

We’ve been with 4 Seasons for a few years - their subscription/membership makes regular checkups on our units super easy! Scheduling is convenient and our techs (Angelo & Rodney) are professional with clear instructions on what they needed to check and why. All around great team and great service!

Carlos S. Came to eval both of my ac systems. Found that the newer system was in great shape and needed nothing. My older system was also working in great shape, and we came up with a plan down the line for better efficiency. Was not pushy in his recommendations and made sure that I understood everything that he was talking about.

Huge shout out to Carlos from Four Seasons AC! After several frustrating service visits, he was finally able to resolve an issue with the heating system on my new unit. We rarely use the heater here in Florida, but during that unusual cold snap I discovered something wasn’t right with the thermostat. After multiple attempts to fix it, Carlos stepped in and got everything working properly. I’m incredibly grateful for his persistence and professionalism. Great service!

Jox showed up on time and did a very thorough job. I have other technicians come out and only spend 30-45 minutes working on my unit. Jox spent almost 2 hours making sure the job was done correctly and thoroughly. I appreciate this because I have had issues after other technicians have been out and had to call them back out.
