Initial great service but the company failed on all accounts to follow up with my Warranty Company. They failed to send their Tech report over the course of 7 days and failed to answer any of my phone/ email correspondence addressing their lack of responsiveness to my Warranty Company. In short, I suffered for over 10 days in the Florida heat without Air while my Warranty Company had no other choice but to reassigned the repair to another company. Don’t ever use this company! I say again, don’t ever use this company!

Tony was great! Gave me and reasonable price and some great tips on how to maintain my A/C. Highly recommend him and this company.

Vincent did an exceptional job fixing our AC unit. Our capacitor had been struck by lightening and Vincent replaced it and got the unit back up and running within 20 minutes, highly recommend.

Dean did a fantastic job, my Ac was straight trippin and he came through and fixed that sucker like no other, preciate the hard work he did.

Vincent Williams was the technician that came to my home. He was very thorough, took his time to explain what the problem was, answered all my questions. He also made sure everything was working properly and made sure to advise me to reach out should I have any problems going forward.

Thanks Jay. Jay took the time to thoroughly evalute my AC and fix it. Just 2 months ago I had another company over and they didn't solve the problem. Jay knew what was wrong just by hearing the ac condenser run.

My air conditioner was not working the air Dr. J fixed it i less than an hour freon added sealed my leak ensured my system is running properly. I recommend this company. The price was not that bad but I need my air.

This was supposed to be a Home Warranty repair. They charged my owner $275.00 it should have been $100.00 The next day the heater went and they have been making all kinds of excuses not to go there, even though it was working when they repaired the ac. I have a confirmation from the company that they would be there. One tech told the dispatch that I wanted a different tech and another tech hung up on me. I will call the warranty company with no other choice because for 2 days I have asked the co owner/ manager to take care of this without a return call. Poor customer service.

The home warranty company dispatched Vincent of Diamond AC, who promptly identified and resolved the issue. He was very courteous and attentive to customer needs. Excellent technician.

Jay was very professional and nice. He saved my day! My ac works now and he was very fast and knowledgeable. Diamond air conditioning was able to get me in earlier than expected and that was a big plus also.

Ryan came out to help with our A/C unit today. He was on time, which was a huge plus. He explained everything to me very thoroughly and in a way I could understand. He took the time to ensure I knew what was wrong with my unit. He also gave suggestions to keep my unit running in prime condition. I would definitely recommend him!
