Fantastic experience with Rafael for our maintenance. He informed me of his ETA, was timely and respectful. He was thorough and took his time to explain everything clearly and concisely. He offered me additional services that would benefit my system but was not pushy about deciding on anything today.

Hany Samuel was a pleasure to have in our home. He serviced our A/C with complete professionalism, courtesy and knowledge. Hany took the time to explain everything he was doing and the need for a UV light to reduce and help prevent the build up of dust, dirt and mold inside the unit.

Jose A. Vasquez was fantastic. He came and fixed all of my electrical concerns/problems quickly. He was happy to answer my questions about the safety of my electrical appliances, and explained how my exterior outlets worked. He even quickly replaced one of the outlet covers that I realized was cracked while he was here. He was super nice and very thorough! Thanks Jose :)

I was honestly skeptical when the manager said they were sending “another tech” after all the previous issues, but this guy completely changed my mind. From the moment he showed up, he spoke with confidence and really knew his stuff. He quickly figured out the A/C problem that no one else could solve and actually fixed it. What impressed me most was how clearly he explained everything so I could understand what was going on. On top of that, he spotted a crack in my roof truss I had no idea about, which could’ve cost me thousands later. Super efficient, knowledgeable, and just easy to work with. Definitely the real deal.

Esdras was great. Very polite and kept everything clean during his whole visit, including putting booties on and off whenever he went inside the house. That may seem small but many vendors just don’t do that anymore. Fixed the problem and gave me a high level assessment of everything he did with pictures to show step by step what everything looked like when he was checking everything.

Cole, Scott, and Kenny did a great job installing my new system. They took the time to answer all my questions and worked around a handle of little surprises that made the install a little more complicated, like digging up a gravel pad to make sure they could appropriately run the new drain and copper lines. I wasnt sure how long it would take, but they ended up being here all day, but still took the time to get things cleaned up, put back together, and walk me through the use of the new thermostat.
MechanicalOne wasnt the cheapest option, but Joe seemed really knowledgeable and trustworthy when he gave me the quote and the installers were knowledgeable as well, and didn't try to BS me if they didn't have an answer to my question.

Thank you for finally fixing the issue with my air conditioner. The attention to detail was much appreciated. The service techs were on time, courteous, and respectful, keeping me informed of the issue and what needed to be done. A job well done by both these men. Thank you, thank you! I have nice cold air again!

Tech was great, and very thorough with the unit. Walked me through everything I needed to be aware of. Also educated me on the uniqueness of the unit that was installed compared to what I’m typically accustomed to. In addition, made a recommendation to improve the life expectancy of our air-conditioning condenser which will be considering for early next year. Service is always high quality consistent with this group.

First time using Mechanical One services. Initial response was immediate. Norm was here quickly to evaluate & install of my level 2 EV was scheduled. Norm was here promptly, install was efficient & he answered my questions. Zazmyn was very helpful as well. I thought price was reasonable. Very happy customer.

Giuseppe Frigolino & Luis Solorzano were incredible. They explained exactly what the problem was to us and went to work to get the air flow in our home exactly the way we wanted it. They were very efficient and cleaned up any debris that came along with the job. Very satisfied with the service they provided!

Joe performed a thorough inspection of the plumbing system at our home. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable, and walked me through the details of each item on his inspection report. He even pointed out a safety concern he noticed at my neighbor's home! I will use this company again.

Fantastic service, attitude, and knowledge about our situation. Arrived on time, was very conscientious about tracking dirt through the house and presented several options for us to consider for our HVAC system. This was our second call to the service and have been very pleased thus far.
