Excellent service from Giuseppe and David – HVAC Department. They were professional, on time, and very clear about what needed to be done. The AC is now heating better and working more efficiently.
They were also friendly, respectful, and very careful inside the house. You can tell they truly care about doing the job right. I highly recommend them for any HVAC service. 👏❄️

Hany Samuel did a great job diagnosing and replacing the blower motor in our A/C air handler. I had thought it was one of the visible relays, but he diagnosed it to the low voltage relay in the blower motor and explained why his diagnosis was correct. This failure required the blower motor to be replaced.
The motor was ordered and he replaced it today, a day earlier than expected. Hany was very knowledgeable, respectful, cordial and easy to work with. He completed the job, demonstrated how it was fixed and cleaned up afterwords like he was never here.

Giuseppe was incredibly helpful helping resolve my HVAC issues in my home. I appreciate the time he took to not only troubleshoot the issue, but to educate me on the source of the issue and provide actionable and reasonable solutions. Would recommend him to have as my tech again!

V. Griffith and E. St. Pierre was truly a blessing to have serviced me. I was in a vulnerable state: no heat and out of warranty on one of the coldest day Central Florida has experienced. They both came with a hunger to serve and resolve my issue. St. Pierre even spent time after his visit to educate me on routine maintenance needed for my HVAC and Water Heater.

These two techs models customer service we rarely see now days. They have a passion for the trade, a care for their customers, and have a desire to create an exceptional experiences with them.

Dionisio was awesome. He listens and patiently solve the issue I was having with my ac unit. My master bed was hot compared to the other sections of the house. When he was done I was very satisfied. Kool as cucumber.

I had some issues with the sink and I had technician Jason come by. He let me know when he was on his way, was exactly on time, and was super polite! He got the job done quicker than I’d thought and gave me some friendly advice/info after he was done. Highly recommend this company, 10/10 :)!

Giovanni and Anthony arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and did a superb job reworking some minor ductwork issues. When they completed their work, they cleaned up after themselves and left everything in perfect condition.

Giovanni and his other 2 colleagues were exceptional! They worked hard all day long and successfully repaired a complicated AC problem. They were professional, courteous and kept us informed of their progress throughout the day. Superior professionals!

He did a great job. Maronda left construction debris (huge chunks of plastic and rocks) in the pipes about 43ft in. Clogged up everything and sewage was coming out of shower drain. He was able to get it all out in about and hour around midnight. Really appreciate the quick response and friendliness

This was my first time using Mechanical One and I am very pleased. Esdras arrived on time and was friendly and thorough during his visit. He explained everything clearly, did a great job performing maintenance on our A/C system and checked the electrical throughout the house. Highly recommend!

I have been in the maintenance business for many years. ESDRAS ST. PIERRE from Mechanical 1 came out today to assess our system on the community clubhouse 5 ton unit. He was professional, polite, and to the point. Unlike competitors out there, Esdras diagnosed our system and did a complete check. He was able to repair the items that needed to be repaired and get part on order that he did not have on the truck to complete the repair later this week. His customer service was awesome. He explained everything he was doing and charged a reasonable price. What he did not do, and this is what most of the competitors do, is spend time trying to upsell me a brand new HVAC system when I didn’t need one. That was a welcome relief because it’s very common in the industry. Esdras and Mechanical 1 did not take advantage or push me to buy something unnecessary. Reputable company and the staff was wonderful.

We appreciate Samuel Keene and his thorough inspection of our HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable about some of our concerns and questions about our unit. He provided feedback as well as pictures of the status of our unit. Samuel also recommended tips and mindful things to lookout for to keep our unit running smooth. Appreciate the customer service.

Montrail Teoli went above and beyond. He thought he was coming out for something simple and it turned into a whole project doing a full maintenance on my air handler that has never been done that way before. I’ve had four different service appointments under the warranty the fan club, and they never even opened the doors on the air handle unit. Montrail came today and he found source of the mold took out the blow wheel cleaned it deodorized it sprayed antibacterial on it and then reinstalled it with a UV light. He was the most wonderful technician I’ve ever had come to my house.

A slight mishap led us here and what a happy accident! We had two of the best guys arrive, Joseph G and Leoandy G, and while they tried to correct the issue we ended up having to get a new hot water heater. This was an after hours job and not once did these guys complain. They were happy to fix our issue. You could tell they worked other jobs together previously because they knew what the other was about to do and right there to assist. If you’re in need of a plumber this is who you want showing up!

Leoandy came out because we had a toilet constantly running. Luckily we called them when we did because the seal at the bottom of the toilet was leaking as well. He had all the parts and tools to get the job done professionally and quickly without killing the wallet! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you mechanical one Orlando for taking care of our issues quickly and efficiently.

We had Mechanical One install a Tesla Level 2 charger at our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and made everything easy.

Zach our installer, was fantastic—friendly, on time, and explained every step without making it complicated. He worked efficiently and left everything clean and neat. You can tell he knows his stuff.

Great AC maintenance work performed by Haney Samuel. He was very thorough and clearly explained all current and possible future issues with the system. Including recommendations for each issue. Maintenance’s work was timely completed and UV lights were installed to prevent mold and bacteria in the HVAC system.

Esdras was great and extremely thorough. He took his time explaining all the work and options and we are very happy with his service. I would highly recommend him.
