Duncan's gave me a good price and the installation of my new unit was very professional. The owner came out during the install to make sure we were completely happy with the work being done. Duncan's believes that quality, customer service and price are the only way to do business and that philosophy shows in their work.

I have used Duncan's for repairs and maintenance so far. All of the staff members that I have encountered have been professional, understanding and extremely helpful. They have made a life long customer out of me and I will continue to refer them to all of my friends and family. I will be replacing my AC system with them soon as well! Keep up the good work!

I was already frustrated having had another AC company out the day before, who said they couldn’t find anything wrong with my unit. When the problem continued that evening I reached out to them for help to pretty much be blown off. So when I called to make my appointment with Duncan I was not happy about them being a quite bit more money for a service call on top of my frustration with my ac not working properly. Fast forward to the end result, I could not have been more pleased or happy with their service. Jose spent a little over 2 hours trying to diagnose the issue and help me get to the route of it. He didn’t once try to sell me anything. He was very patient and understanding. The extra money charged for the service was well worth it. In this case you do get what you pay for! ( my neighbor recommended Duncan and now I will be also)

They do excellent work and I never feel like they are trying to up sell me.

Update 1 year later, just had Duncan’s out for our semi annual maintenance and once again the tech was awesome (Ruddy) and still highly recommend Duncan’s.

Update in a future year (lol) had Corey do some duct works, still extremely happy with Duncan and Cory.

Alan from Duncan's Heat and Air performed a fantastic service on my heating system today. A true professional who spent time assessing and troubleshooting before going for the easy fix. His deep knowledge and careful systems testing had things working smoothly in no time. Alan mentioned he treats customers as he would want to be treated - and this goes a long way toward my loyalty to Duncan’s. Great job. Highly recommend!

The people at Duncan's AC earn their five-star reviews every day. I highly recommend the company because it's the people within the company who make it great. All of their technicians are some of the best-of-the-best. A big shout out to Corey and Gavin. Dallas in the office keeps things humming; She alway adheres to a scheduled time or calls if there is a delay to let you know. Great communications! I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Alan. He recently did the bi-annual maintenance on my two AC units. Alan would be a good man to have in a foxhole. He's a straight shooter and a real pro. He knows how to get the job done right and within the quoted price. You simply can't go better than Duncan's.

Duncan has been great with the maintenance of our 3 systems for our office. All 3 are past their typical lifespan yet Duncan has kept them working well. George is our maintenance tech and he is awesome! Great guy who is knowledgeable and friendly.

Very good experience. I was able to get hold of someone right away and get an appointment scheduled for the following morning. They provided automated emails and texts confirming the appointment which I always find useful. The tech showed up on time and was able to get it working again in a short period of time. It is an 18 year old unit so I thought for sure the tech was going to try and talk me into a new $8 unit. Instead, he said it was fixed but given the age, there was no guarantee of how long or what would go wrong next. I really appreciated that.

Duncan Air was great to work with. They respond very quickly, have great communication, and make sure to explain things well. Our AC seemed to be out so we called and had someone out the very next day. They assessed the situation and were able to fix it. Today's call was for our annual service. Wayne, our technician, was timely, professional & friendly. He asked if I had any questions and responded to all of them with patience and clarity. I purchased my unit from Duncan and have used them for all annual maintenance. I can honestly say that every experience that I've had with them has been 5 star. Prior to purchasing our unit, I had an issue with uneven cooling. Mark solved that and our home has been evenly cooled ever since. I highly recommend Duncan Air Conditioning.

Alan came over and had our unit double-checked, confirming what our AC service had said. He was upfront and honest about their prices and even offered to assist with the warranty situation. I have had absolutely wonderful service from Duncan's from day one. Everyone from the office staff to the repair team to the maintenance staff has always been friendly, professional, and given me confidence in all our interactions.
Duncan's has been so great to work with that when I needed a replacement AC system, they were the only ones I called.
They were out today to provide annual preventive maintenance, and George the technician, did his work very thoroughly and professionally, and I couldn't ask for anything more. George hasn't been here for a while, so it was great catching up with him.

If you are on the fence about using this company then ignore all the 5 star fluff reviews and read my review, and then decide for yourself if you want to take the risk using this company.

This company ended up costing me about ~$8000 in damages due to negligence, which caused water damage which led to and a good many weeks of stress and busy work to have to repair the mess.

This all started back in Feb 2022 after I decided to join the service program where every 6 months Duncan's AC will come by and do an HVAC inspection. This is pretty standard stuff which involves cleaning the HVAC, drain line, and checking for any potential issues. Unknown to me, after the tech came and completed the work, the tech left the drain line pipe in the 2nd floor HVAC closet up in an elevated position (See attached photos). I know that Duncan's AC was responsible for doing this, because the photo of the pipe elevated was taken by the tech who came by and did the work on that day, and included a photo of the pipe at an elevated angle in his completion photos. The elevated angle of the pipe caused all the condensation water to drip back into the HVAC and then down the main duct down to the first floor where the water began to pool. The water began to pool for about 3 months before I noticed that there were some water stains beginning to appear on the first floor ceiling. This led to needing to have a water restoration team come out and cut open the ceiling to drain all the water that was pooling and bursting out of the AC duct and identify the source of the leak. Both the water restoration team and another HVAC company both confirmed that the drain line angle was what caused all of this water to leak. Long story short, we had:

This was about 1.5 months of work to get everything resolved and with the insurance claim and about ~$8000 in total damage.

I will never use this company ever again as they perform negligent / unprofessional work and didn't really take responsibility for helping me through this (nor would I ever trust this company to repair the mess they created since they can't even do the work correctly to begin with).

Don't take the risk and end up in a situation like I was in, use a different company.

I found Duncan AC from a neighbor who recommended them highly. It was easy to schedule a maintenance visit. The worker was professional and polite and took care of the service. I believe his work was very thorough and neat. He answered all my questions thoroughly and explained what he did. I inquired about a new thermostat and he provided an estimate of the job. I declined getting a new thermostat, which was more a convenience than necessity and the price was more than I wanted to pay. Their pricing seems high to me but the work is excellent. Recommended.
