Alberto I and other man came. They were very polite. They wore their shoe covers that I appreciated. It went quick. After they were done Alberto told me about some work recommended. Kinda pricy. Last years guy was able to explain everything out. I appreciated the details. Alberto didn’t do anything wrong or say anything that was confusing . Inspection went well.

Always does a good job. Always calls before they arrive (which is one of the things I choose a company based on). Devon did a quick and well done job today unclogging my lines and showing me how it works. Likely will go to them when we re-pipe the house.

Excellent service from start to finish! Keith Robinson (OPD-02) took care of my kitchen sink problem efficiently and was very polite throughout the visit. He is highly recommended and was really nice to work with. I really appreciate the quality work and the great customer service. Five stars for Keith!

Keith was great! He arrived on time, communicated when he was on the way, and was very friendly!

Keith was very knowledgable about all the work he needed to do, explained to us everything he was about to do, and was up front about all possible costs. When the service was completed it was the exact cost Keith told us it would be and he also cleaned up all the natural mess that comes with servicing a toilet.

WOW!!! Called for AC service at 2:30 today and was told a tech would be here between 3 and 6. Joe arrived at 5 and promptly diagnosed the issue as a bad capacitor. He didn't have one on his truck. (Busy day for capacitors) But an associate delivered one in 15 minutes!!! Joe was very pleasant and professional at all times. I would give Frank Gay 10 stars if available to do so. By the way... This was on a Friday afternoon! Will always recommend Frank Gay to everyone I know. Great team from the dispatcher to Joe. You guys are great!

Gabriel Korn came out to do routine maintenance on our AC Unit in Mascotte. He is extremely knowledgeable and informative. He was polite and did everything he said he would. We absolutely recommend Franks, however we will be asking for him directly for our future AC needs.

Needed to get an estimate done. Chris was great. He answered my questions and set great expectations for what I need repaired. Also talked through some additional options without a heavy sales pitch. Will definitely use them again.

Did a followup to have the work from the estimated done, Benjamin came out. Did a fantastic followup. Work was done quick and clean. Very happy with it and will continue to do business with this group.

David Alvarez (ops-14) arrived promptly when he said he would and got right to work. We had a leak in the wall behind our kitchen cabinets and he diligently worked to find it while also trying to minimize the damage to our walls. He did a great repair job and we would be glad to have him back for any other repairs.

Ritchie and Mario were fantastic. Ritchie spent days at my house working quietly to repipe the whole thing. He was knowledgeable, personable, kind, and inspired my trust. I'm glad I had these guys working on my house and helping me out. They also cleaned up afterwards, which was very nice. Everything was returned to a tidy appearance.

Micah is an excellent technician who presented an exceptional greeting after waiting for me at my home to arrive from work. Micah throughly explained how to use my Waters Softener & Combo systems. He answered all my questions completely. He just made things very easy. Micah explained what my responsibility is as the homeowner for the system and he explained how to regenerate the system. Thanks a million Micah, keep up the great work.

My husband and I are relocating to Orlando from out-of-state. We obtained quotes from several Orlando HVAC companies for a Ductless mini-split for our garage, which we plan to make into a home gym. Frank Gay Services, in particular Jose Tabora, did an excellent job accommodating us for a free estimate on short notice. Jose was thorough and did detailed load calculations to determine an accurate unit size (the other HVAC Companies provided rough estimates without doing detailed load calculations). I appreciated how Jose listened and tailored his recommendation to what I was looking for (humidity removal, high-efficiency unit, app control) and he also did not try to upsell, unlike the other companies. He also coordinated a plumber colleague to come to our house the same day (we were only in Orlando for two days) to provide a quote for other upgrades we were looking to do. Furthermore, he did not “clock out” at 5 PM, but worked into the evening to ensure that we were satisfied with the estimate and able to schedule our preferred installation date. I was very impressed with Jose’s work!

Jalen was super. Took care of my main blockage and gave lots of advice. Finally, a great repair man that was very nice. I definitely will use them again. I also got the full house protection plan. Very reasonable pricing. Thanks Jalen. Your awesome.

These guys are overcharging. Although I understand the nature of the business, I feel that price gouging is unacceptable and unethical. The specifics: plumber came out opened the cleanout realized I had reached my limit on the tank and dug a hole at my filter (I marked out) and said I needed my septic filter cleaned but that he could not perform the cleaning. Then audaciously charged my $275. Did nothing else.

Keith Bowman came out to give us a free estimate on new air-conditioning unit. Ours is 13 years old and it still works. He did a very thorough assessment of our current unit which overall was still in good shape, except for a static issue, which is causing rusting. He provided multiple options, which is great and what I was really impressed with is that there’s a variety of manufacturers that we can choose from and he made recommendations, but also said if we have any preferences to let them know. He was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. We’re still in the estimate process, so not sure which company we will choose but Keith came across as trustworthy and genuine.

I live in NY and my mom lives out there in FL. The operator who helped was amazing. (Forgive me, I can’t remember her name) but she was awesome. And they had Mario go out to my moms, and let me tell you, he was absolutely incredible. He gave me the courtesy call and then called me with the quote. Professional but also patient and caring. I’m not from Florida but I would definitely recommend Frank Gay services to other family members I have out there. Mario, thank you for your kindness and patience. Appreciate the staff here.

Thank you for your great service. OAC-17 Alexey Peralta was punctual and did a nice job of explaining how my new polarized electronic air filter works. It will save me money in the longrun by not having to purchase filters eveymonth and my AC will work more efficiently with less resistance. I'm hoping it will save energy costs as well.
