Carlos was amazing. Took his time to address an issue with condensation on the inside unit. Added more insulation in a tight area and it seems to have solved the issue. Thank you Mills Air.

The tech Thomas M. came out and was more interested in selling me something that had nothing to do with the current issue. One of the rooms in our house during the winter is freezing compared to the other room. The Tech was trying to sell me a uv system. All the tech did was raise the heat to 80 so the room can warmed up and it made the rest of the house uncomfortably hot. But before raising the heat the tech did agree the room was colder than the rest of the house. During the summer months we also had a tech come out for the same room being hot. That first tech took his hands and bent the ac grills open at little more. As for there manager Brandon our year warranty expired couple days ago he wants $95 to come back out to investigate it more. This is a problem we have been dealing with a while now. Why should I pay for them to come out again? Every time they come out I have to take off of work and lose money. Mills air is unreliable.

Feeling like I was taking for a little ride by Mills and the technician. I was shown 3 different UV lights (1300, 1100,650).
I told technician I would do the 1300 model. However, he installed all three to the tune of $3400. for stuff I am not sure I actually needed. I had Mills out for system maintenance only.
Previous experience with Mills has been positive...but not this go around.

Daniel was the consummate professional and was excellent to work with. He listened to the inquiries about our HVAC system and made solid recommendations, and took the time to explain the benefits as well as the options available. They have done work on our air conditioner and took the time to explain everything to us. In fact, I called about a DIY upgrade I was trying to do myself and they recommended the proper tools I would need. Trust them to help you, not scam you.

Adam arrived right on time, quickly assessed the issue and thoroughly explained the situation to me. He then suggested several options to resolve the matter explaining the Pros and Cons of each. I then picked the best solution for my situation, and he implemented it efficiently and effectively.

We recently had our AC and heating system repaired. Manny was very knowledgeable and extra time to explained how to properly maintain the HVAC system and fan. I highly recommend his services in the Orlando area.

Their technician, Jose, was super knowledgeable and patient. Pinpointed the problem (compressor board and thermostat). Saved me probably a ton of money on getting a new unit. Highly recommend!

I've retracted my earlier unhappy review about an unsolved problem with my A/C Unit. Mike, the service manager, was able to remedy the issue promptly. Communication failure over failure just complicated the problem. Once everything was reviewed, Mike responded quickly with the right service solution. I thank Mills for doing the right thing and I would happily would recommend them. They do take customer satisfaction seriously.

We’ve had a know problem for sometime. Parts were fixed with no resolve. A team of techs came out and tweaked the system a bit. It improved but still no fix. Finally we got Patrick. We showed him everything we had on what was happening. He listened very diligently and then went straight to work. He found the likely source. Once the new parts came in, it took about 4hrs to fix, but once he did, you could immediately feel the difference. Thank you Patrick!!

I’ve been a Mills air customer for maybe a decade. A long time ago I needed to replace my system and they were the most affordable and I’ve been using them ever since. Their prices are always reasonable and the technicians are always very kind and knowledgeable. I love having a dependable business that I can call.

David is an excellent technician! He arrived on the scene assessed the situation immediately, figured out that the motor needed to be replaced. showed me a video of my motor in distress. I was truly lucky that David had the motor on the truck. Truly, a testimony that they keep their trucks loaded with equipment to fix whatever your needs may be. My system is 13 years old. It was up and running in under an hour ! Thanks, David and Mills air

Mills Air is a company of scammers and the management takes no accountability. A few years back I had them fix my AC unit under warranty, the guy fixing charged us for 11 pounds of Freon for 2.5 ton unit. I called and complained to the manager named Mick, they sent a guy over to evaluate the house and the unit. The guy said no more than 5 pounds would be needed here. Mick refunded only the difference, did not take accountability for his employees trying to scam customers.

I recently had my HVAC system repaired, including a TXV valve replacement, and Leonel from Mills Air did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional, and thorough in checking everything. The work was completed neatly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Technican was dope. Joshua L had alot of helpful information on any questions I had and very understanding with my kids running around lol. Yearly maintenance pacakage can't remember the price but I know its was good deal to keep eyes on the system.
