Just had my HVAC system serviced by Duncan. The tech, Gavin, arrived within the time frame specified. He was friendly, courteous and made sure to explain things clearly in terms that we understood. I also appreciate the fact that Duncan has never tried to upsell me on items I don’t need, which happened to me twice with my previous AC maintenance company. Thanks!

I can’t believe I am saying this, but I found Duncan‘s through ChatGPT. I found useful information about Daikin.. They recommended a list of AC people in Orlando, who carried DAIKIN… And they zeroed in on Duncan as a family business With the most positive reviews and happy customers.
I am now a member of that list ….they installed my unit yesterday. The team were excellent, clean and professional and detailed. I feel very satisfied. Their pricing was the most competitive. The representative who came to give me an estimate was by far the most helpful

Alan is the absolute best! We have been with Duncan long enough to be on our second a/c unit with them. We do our regular maintenance with them, so rarely have issues. When we purchased our latest unit it came with a ten year parts and labor warranty. We did recently have to take advantage of that. Alan, who also does our regular maintenance, came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. Duncan got the part so it could be installed the next day! Great service!

Jason Hidalgo (the plumbing tech) was awesome! The plumbing service was prompt. I had a busted valve for my tub that was half broken off. He was very knowledgeable, great at explaining what he was going to do, and showed me what he did to remove it after he was done. I was talked through all pricing options completely before I was asked to approve any charges. I had to pay extra since I wanted it done on a Sunday, but the prompt, professional service was worth the price for me. Thanks!

Friendly and respectful. Jose Deleon provided clear details on issues he found in a nontechnical way that was easy to understand. He provided suggestions and a quote on replacement needed for immediate repairs and a new install for our VERY old system.

This technician Roy Ruiz is extremely knowledgeable and truly knows what he is doing. Another company was trying to charge me a large amount of money for a repair that my air conditioning system did not actually need.
He came in and within 20 minutes he diagnosed the issue correctly. He explained that everything else in my system was working perfectly and that the problem was simply the thermostat.
He accomplished in 20 minutes what two technicians from a very well-known company could not figure out in two separate two-hour visits. He goes straight to the point, is honest, and does not try to overcharge you.
You can genuinely feel that he wants to help, and that level of honesty gave me a lot of confidence. Even though my issue was already resolved when he finished, I still decided to move forward and work with him because of the trust he earned.

Brad Davidson showed up on time, knocked out the kitchen faucet installation and valve replacements in no time. Brad was very professional and a real gentleman. I would recommend Frank Gay Services to anyone.

We had an issue with our AC, and Erick Rodriguez from Frank Gay Services was fantastic. Erick is very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He diagnosed my AC unit and, rather than offering a temporary fix, honestly advised that a replacement of the board was the best long-term solution for quality and functionality. While disappointing to replace, I trust his judgment and appreciate his commitment to providing real value and quality service. 10/10 for honesty and expertise.

Keith was amazing and by far the best service technician regardless of industry that we’ve had out to our house. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Not only did he explain everything in detail, but he actually showed me too. Awesome experience all around.

Our technician was LPLD-03-Lucas Hackney and he was here to fix a leaking faucet and leaking toilet gasket. He provided fantastic service! He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable helpful and patient. Basically everything I would hope for in a service technician. Also arrived early for a job that had to be done today because I’m leaving for the airport this afternoon. The job was done promptly and completely. I would definitely recommend him again. Thank you Lucas!

What a great company, everyone that I had any interaction with was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Audley was the electrician that came to the house, and worked very hard for 3 days to get our electrical panel and outlets in some kind of order for my new kitchen. He did a great job. He was very professional. He worked very very hard. Hard. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Their prices were more than reasonable.
