I have used Duncan over the years, have been happy with them, and have referred them often. However, this company no longer provides quality or reliable service. They installed a new AC system in my 85 y/o mother’s home in Summit Greens, Clermont. There have been numerous problems with the install and it has failed inspection. They rarely return phone calls and never show up when scheduled. I was dealing with Ariana at the company and she has been unreliable and, in my opinion, untruthful. One of the several problems with permitting was that Ariana filed the incorrect AHRI certificate leading to significant delay. Similarly, the installation was shoddy resulting in inspection failure. Dealing with this company has been very difficult and I can no longer recommend them.

What a fantastic experience! Just had a trane system installed. On time. Professional. Great price. Every person knowledgeable and just plain nice. Don’t even bother calling anyone else. Shout out to crystal in the office who always picked up the phone and kept everything on track. Hoping I won’t need them for a long time but know they’d be there if I did.

My thermostat went out over the weekend and I called first thing this morning and they were out by 1pm and had me fixed in no time. Everyone at Duncan's AC is terrific! I would highly recommend them !!

Love working with Duncan, they did a large install on our commercial building and the quality and professionalism of their work is top notch. George has been out a few times to service and follow up and by far one of the most knowledgeable hvac guys we have ever worked with.

Called at 9:00am and tech was here around 10:00. Tech was very polite and listened to my issues. Got on it and while fixing my drain noticed another issue. Had he not taken the time to inspect the whole drain system, I’m sure I’d have the issue again. He explained what he needed to do, was very thorough in making sure everything was right. Took time to reinspect and make sure everything was draining properly. Cleaned up as if nothing happened. Very professional and very solid tech. Thanks Austin for taking your time and making sure everything was done and done correctly. If I need service again, I’ll definitely ask for Austin. You should too.

I have worked with many A/C vendors and Duncan Air Conditioning is by far the best one I have worked with. Debbie at the office is always professional and very knowledgable. Mark the owner has also come in person multiple times to explain and work on units himself alongside the additional Duncan people who are all professional and do a great job. I use them for the storage place I work at on a consistent basis for maintenance and repairs. They are great!!!

When it was time to replace our downstairs AC unit, we gathered quotes from all of the big names around Orlando, but quickly landed on Duncan’s. TJ came out to give us our quote and provided various pricing options to meet our needs as well as answered all of the questions we had. Scheduling the install was quick and easy. The installers arrived right on time, performed a clean install, and walked me through the new system. Overall, we couldn’t be happier. When it’s time to replace our upstairs HVAC system, I will definitely be returning to Duncan’s.

I needed an emergency AC service, and I wanted a Trane Comfort Specialist. However, I didn't want a "Corporate" type company to work with. I wanted to work with folks that are top-notch in their field, but at the same time make you feel more like they're family or friends rather than someone trying to sell you something. So far, I think I've found that with Duncan's Air Conditioning. They responded to my request extremely quickly, and all the staff I worked with from the lady who called me back to the tech who visited were very professional, but very down to earth and friendly. My service isn't complete yet as parts have to be ordered, but so far, very good. In fact, I'm signing up with them to do my annual maintenance on both of my Trane units.

I dealt with TJ, Crystal, Ernie and Isaac and they were all kind and professional. I felt very informed throughout the entire process. The technicians used booties to cover their shoes when coming in the house which was great! TJ was very knowledgeable and followed up once the job was complete. Very pleased customer here and I will definitely be using them in the future.

I needed some help to repair some ductwork that another AC guy damaged in my home. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was especially pleased with the young technician that came to service my Home. Cory was very professional and made short work of the repairs needed to get my AC running properly. I recently had the pleasure of working with Duncan A/C. Our home is less than two years old, but the air conditioner had a flaw and stopped cooling. We had another company that I will not name come out to take a look. They diagnosed the issue, informed us that the part was under warranty, and that the labor to fix the problem would cost just over one thousand dollars. We decided to get a second opinion and I am glad we did. The tech from Duncan diagnosed the same problem, and gave us the same info about the warranty. However, the labor charge was less than half the cost of the first company for the exact same job. The service was great, they arrived on time, they fixed the problem quickly, and all for significantly less than the big name company who gave us the first quote. In addition to saving money I also like the fact that Duncan is a local family owned business. I would highly recommend them anytime you need A/C service of any kind.

Duncan for the save again!!!! This is the fourth time i have Used them. If anyone knows me i fix All my own house related issues, but i only Trust Duncan for my ac needs. My ac went out 6 years ago and i called around to several different companies at the time and Duncan was the only one that showed up, and on time might i add. Quoted me for a whole new AC unit and was very fair on the price. Installed the next day. Fast forward to now, the compressor went out. I never filed the warranty information to train. But the amazing office staff did it years ago without me knowing and they were able to get me a new one that day installed buy the time i got Home from work. Which kept me out of doghouse because the wife and newborn were at the house sweating and upset. They made us a priority and worked late to get us up and running. Thankyou Duncan air, and your great techs for being such great guys. I’m a customer for life.

Duncan provided fast excellent service when my house got hit by lightning. Dallas was super helpful with everything we needed and got help to us right away and Alan was reliable, honest, did great repairs and really took care of us in this stressful time!

Duncan’s was a great experience from estimate to install. Needed a new HVAC system and we called Duncan’s. Install crew of Ernie and Isaac did a great job of installing and clean up, then patiently explained how everything worked. Will use them again if needed in the future.

Duncan A/C has been my go to A/C company for around ten years. They have provided me with multiple new installations, repairs, and a/c maintenance services. I’ve recommended them to friends, family, and neighbors without hesitation. The owners, Mark & Rachel, show they understand that customer service is the key to a successful service related business. They communicate effectively and ensure their technicians show up on time and are well trained. Top notch people running a quality service business.

Orginally called PolarExpress the quoted 1750 after a military discount! Luckily, I did a little research before and knew it repair was covered by Trane for parts only the labor would be the cost. I also knew the repair is a 2 to 4 hour job for a coil replacement. I asked PolarExpress are you sure this is the correct price? Heather said said basically if you think you can do better go ahead. That's what I did and in 30 minutes I had an appointment with Duncan hvac a Trane certified company for the next day. Corey came out and the repair was made 3 days later for 975. That's almost 50% less than PolarExpress. PolarExpress lost a lifetime customer and Duncan HVAC gained one!

We just moved in and our first electric bill was outrageous for an 8 year old system. We called Duncan’s because they had good online reviews and positively checked out with the BBB. Austin, the technician easily found the issue and was straight forward with the condition of the AC unit and professionally discussed options within his experience. We are pending quotes for repair or replacement. Wish home inspectors were worth the same price.

We’ve used Duncan’s several times for AC services. It’s always been easy to get an appointment. They are honest, fair, prompt and professional. Their communication is the best. We highly recommend Duncan’s Air Conditioning and Heating!
