It was Sunday night 38 degrees outside and freezing cold in my home I called this company and the gentleman said he would be here in 1 hr. True to his word Carter was here did the repair work at a VERY reasonable price. If you ever need work done I highly recommend him I have already booked a maintenance check before the hot weather comes

Great job! Clear comfort really helped us out when our upstairs AC stopped working.
They were able to make it to the house very quickly, and Carter was able to diagnose that we had a bad condensor. He was in touch with the manufacturer and helped us get the part and installed it perfectly!
Carter was great with communication and staying on top of everything which needed to be ordered from the AC company.

Had a New 5 Ton Carrier unit installed summer of 2025. Carter removed my Goodman 5 ton Heat pump unit and installed a Straight Cool Carrier unit without my knowledge. I found out about the sneaky install of a Straight Cool Carrier unit recently during the cold weather. Straight cool units do not heat a home similar to a heat pump unit. The Biggest Disadvantage is the cost is 4 times higher than that of a Heat Pump unit on your utility bill.. When I asked him why did he pull a fast one on me ?. Carter's response was it is cold for 1 week in Orlando throughout the year.

That was a decision, I, the Home Owner should have had the opportunity to make. He also installed the new unit without pulling a permit. It is required by Florida law to pull a Mechanical permit to install a new A/C system. When I asked him to swap out the current Straight Cool Carrier unit for a heat pump unit, he demanded that I pay $12,000 for the new unit. I also Called Carrier Customer Service and they advised me that only Clear Comfort can make good on a bad situation. No such luck for me. I am stuck to suffer every winter moving forward in Orlando with very high heating bills.

I highly recommend this business. We weren’t fortunate enough to install our new AC unit with Clear Comfort but we used them for different services after from regular maintenance, to fixing issues related to leakage, wiring and heating. Carter is so knowledgeable and is able to provide reasonable solutions in a timely matter that works for you without over selling. We are very happy we came across Clear Comfort and will definitely keep using their services.

I am not one to hurt any business, but I do not want anyone else going through what I did and reading more of their negative reviews, I feel the moral conscience to address this:
If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. Short answer: STAY AWAY & DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE !!!! Here is the full scenario: I had LEO come out and give me an assessment on what can improve the air flow in the home, promising me the world and how everything will be done quick and they only work with top professionals and I will only see AIR PRO trucks outside my house as they do not subcontract to other companies. I paid the deposit and was told I will be called for a start date. This was on a Friday. On Monday morning a crew shows up unannounced, only one truck was from Air Pros, the other two were a subcontracting company JACK RABBIT. The guys came in to rip out my AC unit to start the job, only to leave it DISCONNECTED over night in the heat of summer (JULY). I was specifically told that would never happen. I was also informed BY THE ONSITE contractors that ONE. They are, in fact, a subcontractor hired by AIR PROS. and TWO. That there are issues working with the company, the managers not organized, and that AIR PROS were supposed to send another crew to help them so I would not be left without AC overnight. The next day three contractors came back to reinstall the AC and then had some fight with AIR PROS and they ALL left the site. I was then left with the AC connected back but not working properly and had to call another company (KALOS) to repair the damages (over $600 worth ). The manager, Terrance, took a day to get back to me only to blatantly lie and say that 50% of the job was complete. I had the contact for the contractors who confirmed that nothing was done towards the project other than rip out the AC and put it back (improperly BTW). Terrence then apologized and said they will refund me any amount I paid and will terminate the project. I have now waited nearly two weeks and have filed a claim with VISA to dispute the charges. Even though I will not pay for this financially, they caused a lot of grief and unnecessary stress. They not only screwed up on the project, they wanted to charge me for it still. I am lucky to have found another company whom are great and the difference in professionalism is NIGHT & DAY!!! Goodluck :)

I was taken advantage of by this company. They oversell and are high priced. Trying to pay off chapter 11 debts? Plus the installers put a hole in my roof and did not tell me. Did it right b4 hurricane Helene. Then came back 2 finish showed them damage inside and they still did not admit it. I have proof of the damage now that roofing Co came 2 repair it. Skill saw cut. Costing me $$. Could have had a new system cheaper. Can't sue as they r in chap 11 bankruptcy.

Very disappointed with the first technician that was didn’t know what he supposed to do, over charge me with small leaks, today I have Albert he come in for maintenance service, he did clean condensing units outside, clean fan blowing, changed air filter, with no charge, and he explained what was going on with my unit, I am very happy with Albert!!

Albert came out to my house to perform a maintenance went over full details of my unit. Did a whole home inspection and I really recommend it to anyone. Albert did outstanding work. This is the owner of Edward Kelly and I’m very pleased and happy with everything you’ve done for me so I give him an outstanding 10 star five star whatever it is review OK.

Carlos & Terrance came out so fast, resolved my issue with my drainline & thermostat they also did my annual maintence not too long ago! Love airpros!
