Received an estimate recently and found the experience very pleasant. The 2 gentlemen that were sent, Carlos and Quae, were thorough, friendly and very professional.

I give a 1 because there is no 0… Very dishonest .. quoted me approximately 6k then dropped it to approximately 3k within 2 mins… worst than a use car lot … Please be aware .. just from hearing the manager speak , you can hear the dishonesty .. other than that they might do good work 10x the regular honest price .. Good luck

Terrance came to my house, helped diagnose an issue that I was unsure of and provides no-pressure options. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I did end up purchasing the service which he did not rush through but instead took the time to do it correctly. Thanks for the help! I will be calling again for any future needs!

Carlos, Shawn, and Terrance showed up same day, did a very thorough inspection, and worked out a price that was competitive to other quotes I had gotten, and worked for hours to get as much of the job done before stopping to wait for additional parts to be ordered. They did a great job explaining each step of the process and why you would want to take advantage of certain services and letting me pick which ones I would like to bundle together for the biggest savings. I am glad I got recommended Air Pros and would definitely use their services again in the future.

Carlos was a great tech and gave me plenty of options for a new system! He found that my old system had torn ducts that needed replacement along with two compressors. He showed and explained why it needed replacement in clear terminology. No other company ever pointed out the serious issues that were present with my Air conditioning system. Kudos and much appreciation to you Carlos!!!

originally gave this company a 5 star because of the service call but it’s everything that’s happened since is why I’m giving them a 1 star. I called a plumber to diagnose a leak in my home and he found that my ac was leaking and causing a huge mess. Air Pros (sister company) brought their techs out who did a good job but also confirmed the ac was leaking and needed full repair. They said fixing it is the same price as new.

They then called the owner who said because I was a veteran he would give me a good deal because they veteran owned. I did not shop around on prices (my fault) and I paid for it. One ac unit costed me the same price as my neighbor who replaced two units on their home a week after me (ouch). Fast forward 5 months later and I call for service and this company went out of business! Air Pros Orlando no longer exists. In fact I think the entire Air Pros company went out of business so now I’m dealing with a new company who supposedly took over and it’s been a headache since. I would warn to not call this company but you can’t anyway.

Made a phone call Sunday, and by Monday they were out here. I had Carlos and Quae come out and give us a quote on what’s going on with our AC unit and they were quick and thorough to get results. Would recommend the quick service

Air Pros came out on the weekend and charged a reasonable service fee. Carlos, the Technician, was nice and polite, but immediately quoted us over $6,000 in repairs and called his manager Leo, who strongly recommended replacing the whole unit for $18,000, saying we also needed new ductwork and that multiple components were failing. This was very concerning since our unit has always been well-maintained and working fine up until then.

We declined and called another company for a second opinion. Within 12 hours, they diagnosed the real (simple) problem, a bad capacitor, and fixed everything for under $200 within 30 minutes. They also confirmed the system is in fantastic shape, the coils are clean (Carlos said the coils were “very dirty”), and there was no need for the extensive repairs Air Pros claimed. The company that repaired the unit even showed us pictures of the coils - they are indeed in great shape. My house is at a comfy 75 degrees already.

Be aware: this company tried to sell us thousands of dollars in unnecessary work. Dishonest and disappointing experience.

I do not recommend Air Pros because they don't honor their word. I spend over 20K for a new system and broke down in less than 2 years. Duke S. Came out to check on my system and was very professional and on time. Duke S, fixed the problem that was causing the issue. Then I mentioned to Duke S about a couple services that still needed to be completed post the installation of the brand new system that was installed. I explained to him that Ryan was supposed to have a crew come out to fix some duct work, the drain and seal all the duct work as was part of the install going from a 3ton to a 4ton unit. Well Duke S reached out to his supervisor Jonathan and Jonathan explained to me that Ryan was nolonger with the company and that he would honor the work that still hasn't been done as Jonathan was on speaker with Duke S, my wife, and myself and gave us his word and said he was updating it into the system. Fast forward 2 months later the work still hasn't been completed even following up with customer service 3 different times. I have requested to have Jonathan call me and explain what is taking so long and still haven't heard back from Jonathan. I called Duke S and spoke to him about the day he was out at my property repairing my system and told me that they have a bad habit of not honoring their word. Duke S said he still has the text messages where Jonathan confirmed the repairs that would be honored and if I need them he would send them to me as proof. I have spoke to an attorney and I was told to give Jonathan one more chance to honor his word and if he doesn't he will file a lawsuit as I'm not the first to reach out the this attorney. So on 10/29/2025 I will call in and give one more chance as instructed by the attorney.

Quae was kind, professional, knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed with how thorough he was with the inspection. I would definitely reach out to him for service in the future. 10/10 would recommend 👌🏾

Carlos with air pros was a great technician who came out to help us with our a/c when we were having some issues. He was very polite & took his time with finding out a solution for our family in a reasonable time. He even made the extra effort to clean our outside unit for us which allowed our a/c unit to start back blowing cold air in no time. He explained everything to us that was going on & made it to where we didn’t have to pay anything. I would recommend this company or technician any day
