Joel and Mark were awesome! They installed our UV in under an hour and 30 minutes, super kind and down to earth. Previously, we had been quoted multiple times, seems the issue will actually be fixed this time! Thankful for them and their services.

Mark and Joel, the technicians from One hour Air conditioning and Heating were in a word, phenomenal. They were on time, courteous and demonstrated tremendous attention to detail They also communicated effectively, taking us step by step through the issues with our system and the various options to repair the system. I also want to commend Mark for doing the extra leg work and saving us money on a costly repair by tracking down the warranty on a previously repaired item. All in all, this duo were phenomenal and I would hire them and this company for any and all of my HVAC needs moving forward.

Mark came out for our biannual inspection and did a fantastic job. We have had other technicians come out before and they all did a great job but Mark set the bar very high. He arrived early, very clean with his work, and explained everything in way that was easy to understand. Also taught me a few things to take better care of my system myself. Shai was amazing at Fresh Air US. Very friendly and obviously a master in his craft. Took every spare second to educate on what to look for, how things should be done, and how to properly maintain. Shai went above and beyond and you could tell he went out of his way to do a good and professional job. I highly recommend these guys especially if you get Shai coming to help.

After months of dealing with major allergies I can finally breathe again! Great team!! The minute they left you can 100% feel the difference in the air thanks to the clean vents & blower. The team was very helpful in explaining everything. They made sure to take care of us & the issues that were causing my allergy issues!! I'm so thankful for their thorough service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service!

They do NOT clean the vents...they 'sanitize' them and charge you to perform that task as well. The never close off the system and don't do the return vents. All of my vents still had dust and dirt up in them after they left. They don't show you their results or the dirt that is removed. It is a scam. Here are my pictures after they left. I had to have another company come out and complete the job.

They were terrific. I called and they came out that same afternoon. They did a cleaning and sanitization. Then we discussed installing a UV light in the HVAC system. They did the entire job in less than 3 hours. I would absolutely recommend them!!!!

I recently hired Fresh Air US for air duct cleaning, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. The team was professional, punctual, and thorough from start to finish. They explained the entire process clearly and made sure to protect my home while working. After the cleaning, the air in my house felt noticeably fresher, and my HVAC system is running more efficiently. I highly recommend Fresh Air US to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality air duct cleaning! Love it ❤️

Reps were nice, but the service as a "get what you pay for" as they came in hooked up the vacuum then did a quick inspection and tried to sale a UV system. After I said I could not afford the system they went to their vehicle and sat there the whole time. Never inspected ANY duct, never closed ANY register (only one in the kitchen, I did the rest), never wiped dust from anywhere on the system (pictures attached were AFTER service), and only vacuumed one side of the unit (feeding the house, not the 'return' side).
Very disappointed knowing that if I had a camera to look in my ducts that they'd still be full of debris and dust. When I asked the technician about all this, he stated that what he did with the vacuum would get everything and I had nothing to worry about. Their vacuum never had 'negative pressure' the whole 25 minutes they were in my house.
This is not to mention that I had to wait a month and a half for service only to have the company have to reschedule because they missed the first appointment. Make sure you research companies and how duct cleaning is supposed to be done properly or else you'll think you're getting your system cleaned and it's not!

Shai and the team did a great job sanitizing and leveling my ac unit. They were very thorough about the process and I hope to get many more years out of my system.

Shai was great to work with during my firstAC duck cleaning experience. He was very responsive when I had questions and was very patient. He worked quickly and very efficiently. Made me an amazing offer for ways to keep my unit clean and out of mold. Being new to Florida, Shai walked me through every step when it comes to keeping an AC clean and working prompt. No question asked went unanswered… and I had so many. He was extremely professional. I will be recommending this service, him and this company to ALL my friends and family.
