A few days ago, we hired fresh air us this company to clean the air conditioning ventilation ducts. But still very dirty！It looks like it has never been cleaned ！

I had an excellent experience with this Fresh Air USA! They cleaned and sanitized my air conditioner. I also had a UV light installed to kill any mold and mildew. The technician, Shai was incredibly thorough and also took the time to educate me on the proper filters for my unit. I had a few follow-up questions after he left, and he was more than happy to answer them via text, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service, and I’m so grateful for their professionalism and responsiveness. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone in need of HVAC services!

These guys are great. They were onetime and very friendly. Explained what they wrestled going to do. When they were done with vac vents and the dryer vents(about 45 minutes) they explained what they did and what they found. The house just smelled cleaner. Definitely a good choice!!!

Job was not completed to my satisfaction. Was not given a breakdown until I was told the job was completed. A $129 cleaning turned into a $600 bill and ceiling vents and dryer vent was not cleaned properly. Dryer vent and under the dryer were not cleaned

Shai is a very good man for the job, very respectful and patient. He explained very well about the cleaning and sanitation of our HVAC system and taught us some education and recommendation on how to maintain the system. I highly recommend Shai and their company to others looking for their HVAC being service.
