Elian was both personable and professional. He was very thorough, took pics of everything he saw and provided me with options. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns.

I highly recommend this company. I called them about a freon leak. Mark was great. On time, professional, and very knowledge. I will use them again.

I had excellent service for our AC repair! It was really easy to make an ASAP appointment on the phone, and Elian the technician did a great job. He was incredibly thorough and took time to explain everything to me. We will definitely be using this company again in the future!

My a/c went out last night at 1200am. I called several companies and the only company that could do the same day service was One Hour Air. Joel and Xavier arrived and greeted me with a hand shake. I proceeded to explain to them the issue I was having. They both went right to work and explained all the work they were doing. They were very professional and upfront with the price. Xavier was doing on the job training, but when i asked him some questions he did a great job answering them. I was very impressed with him being he just graduated from tech school. Thank you Joel & Xavier for your professionalism. I apologize to the wonderful lady that took my call. Ma'am I didn't catch your name, but you need recognition for the Professional attention you gave me in my need of service. Thank you again!

Absolute scammers! Avoid One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating at all costs if you don't want to be left with a broken A/C, nearly $700 wasted, and hours of your time thrown away.
I contacted them to repair my air conditioner, but from the start, I experienced serious issues with incompetence and unprofessionalism. Despite multiple visits, they failed to diagnose or fix the problem. Each visit resulted in additional charges—totaling $679—and yet the issue remained unresolved.
Instead of being honest and admitting they couldn’t fix the problem, they kept coming back, charging more each time, and still failed to solve anything. I eventually had to hire another company, which identified and fixed the issue immediately.
Being without air conditioning in the Florida heat is not just uncomfortable—it’s a health and safety emergency. I tried to contact the manager to resolve the situation, but they clearly avoided communication and refused to take any responsibility.
I wouldn’t have been upset if they had simply admitted they didn’t know how to fix it. But instead, they wasted my time, took my money, and left me with no working A/C. The second company handled everything quickly and professionally—something One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating failed to do entirely.
Unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unaccountable. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Check the Better Business Bureau—I failed to do that, and I deeply regret hiring them. Stay far away from One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating.

Eli and Chris did a phenomenal job 100% customer oriented extremely knowledgeable and their knowledge of A/C and heat. We are grateful for such caring and understanding technicians.

Joel and Mark were friendly and fast, diagnosing and repairing our A/C problems. They kept us informed at all times of what needed repairing, and showed us their completed work when they were done. We’ll definitely use them again!

Peter Paulino was one of the best technician with one hour a/c I have had come here for my A/c over the past 4 months. EXTREMELY knowledgeable and picked up right away on what the problem was. Your company is doing well to have Peter as a technician he is not only knowledgeable but very customer friendly and courteous Your company needs more people like Peter on staff along with Elian & Thomas & Joel

Phenomenal job! My former air conditioner was not working and I knew it had to be replaced, Jonathan came out for a service call and learned I was in the market for a new system. I was of course going to shop around, Jonathan was able to get a system installed THE NEXT DAY! VERY IMPRESSIVE and highly recommend this company and you might qualify for a rebate from your utility company! P .S 10 yr warranty!

Mark and Joel came out and fixed our Ac unit today and were amazing! Helped us with a payment plan until payday and still provided excellent service today as well
