Specialized Air was very responsive. They arrived and repaired my unit the very next day (I had called in after business hours). My AC was up and running within an hour after they pulled my part from their warehouse.

We had an amazing experience with Specialized Air. Great response time when our A/C went out during a heatwave. Even with a busy schedule we got excellent service in amazing time.

I was worried to say the least when my AC went out in the middle of July Specialized Air Conditioning came right out and fixed it immediately I’ve never had a faster better or cheaper service. I’ll call Specialized Air Conditioning for any AC problem I have.

Taz was great. He was efficient, diagnosed only what was wrong with the system, and fixed the problem immediately. Everyone I spoke with from start to finish was extremely professional and was great to work with. Will come to them any time in the future we need HVAC service.

We have use them serval times in the last 6 years and every time we have had a great Experience. We have an old unit and they have had to replace many parts and have never pressured us to buy a new unit. Taz has taking care of us many times even working us into his schedule when he’s in the area.

We have used their services before. They are very professional, courteous and timely. Mike and Taz are really cool. They installed new ducting beneath our church. It was very tight under there, but they got the job done. We now have unrestricted air flows and it blows cool. Thanks guys.

They came out same day when everyone else had at least 2 to 3 days before they could think of coming out. Also was really priced well and Paul how worked on our stuff was easy to talk to about what was going on and made sure to keep us in the loop with what had to be done and what he was going to do.

They installed our new units or breeze aire on our roof. We originally had mastercool but decided to go with the fiberglass unit. We had them on service calls, and response time or call back was with in a day or two. They told us what was going to go on and when it will happen for installation and demolition. We appreciate what service they had done for us.

Taz took the time to call me and explain exactly what he did to repair the AC at one of our apartments. That was very considerate especially since the details are also on the invoice and it was a fairly inexpensive repair. Greatly appreciated!

Called for service of our unit and our technician came quickly. Paul was awesome! He was professional and friendly, he did a great job changing our thermostat and tuning up our unit.

We have a zone unit and one zone was not getting any cool air. We actually received next day service and discovered it was just a bad thermostat. Replaced in and out in about an hour. I have used them a few times and have always received great service.

My 100+ y/o house has a wall furnace almost as old, lol! Went to turn it on this year, and no dice. Specialized Air was recommended to me by another company, and so I gave them a call. They immediately sent out one of their senior employees (Taz) to handle my issue. Rather than throwing in the towel and telling me to buy a new furnace, Taz fixed my old furnace and saved me considerable money in doing so. Works like a charm now - thanks, Specialized Air!

I have been using Specialized Air for all of my properties for the last year or two and have been very pleased with their promptness, professionalism and quality of work at a very fair price.

Came out quickly as scheduled. Professional and communicated clearly what was wrong and what needed to be done. Gave great recommendations on what to do next and how to maintain air conditioning and heating system. I was made aware of their preferred customer service schedule to get priority care in case anything comes up in the future that needs immediate attention. This is helpful since their busy season tends to be when weather gets very hot for prolonged periods of time. They are much appreciated!

Taz was up front and honest with his findings. I did not feel pressured in any way and he made my wife and I very comfortable reviewing his suggestions. He answered all our questions and was very thorough. Very punctual and look forward to him serving our AC unit again.

Paul came and serviced our unit. Very professional. He took the time to do some things that I’m sure weren’t part of the normal. And was meticulous about cleaning up. Just a great guy and a very positive experience. Will definitely use them again.

It was 106 and the AC failed. Specialized Air came out the same day, within a couple of hours, and had the unit repaired quickly. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. I recommend them highly.

Taz & David are great! This company is prompt, courteous, and professional. They aren't the cheapest and they aren't the most expensive, but they are fair and very responsive!

We called them when one of our units at one of our stores had issues, they showed up the same day within a few hours. Trust me, you won't find that kind of service from any other HVAC company in Fresno. Most other guys take weeks to get back to you. If I could give 10 stars I would! Highly recommended in Fresno's hot climate!

Specialized Air has been taking care of our HVAC needs for 19 years. They have installed and maintained a new system. Three years ago they re-ducted the entire home. It was done in one day! They are always punctual, courteous, clean, professional, honest, and always give top notch work. I recommend Specialized over and over!

The response time was fantastic! During this heat wave (August 2020) our ac stopped working. It was forecasted to be 107 degrees. I called several contractors. Specialized was the first to respond! And as promised a tech was at our home within the hour. Our ac issue was diagnosed and repaired quickly. I am beyond appreciative! Also, I received an email with the details of the appointment both before and after service. This email included the tech’s name and photo, which realty made me feel comfortable.
