"Specialized Air provides friendly and professional services. Their business was highly recommended to us by a friend, who uses them to service his own unit and mother’s. They installed new air ducts in the crawl space beneath the church to our A/C unit; and ever since then, our system operates at optimum levels. We have an older system, but through regular maintenance — at competitive prices — we are still running. Thanks guys, we appreciate your services. Pastor House"

Our AC unit was running unusually loud. I called out for service. The response was rather quick. The technician explained that the noise was due to an imbalanced fan blade that would otherwise not impede the unit's ability to cool our edifice but that it could shorten the lifespan of the motor, if not replaced. I received excellent service at a reasonable price. Everything was done within an hour from start to finish.

I was extremely pleased with the work of Frank, Lewis and Leo! Those guys were very professional and thorough. I woukd definitely recommend Belle Air yo others.

Jamie was awesome, detailed and super patient especially since I had to run out in the middle to run an emergency errand. He got my AC up and running, was super transparent on the price so I didn’t feel blindsided. AC is working and he even showed me how to troubleshoot some minor issues.

Brian with the cowboy hat was the Belle Air tech to do the semi-annual maintenance on my A/C system. He was professional, respectful of my home & explained all systems were in order before he left my home. I recommend Belle Air because of their professional team.

Guy was nice and courteous but Couldn't clean the mold/mildew in the air handler which was the whole reason we called. Told me he couldn't get to it after he was done with everything. I wound up doing it myself. little to no value in the cleaning maintenance service.. not worth the $276 we paid for a 1 time cleaning / check up.

Fast response, professional technician, and everything was explained clearly. The repair was done efficiently and the system is working perfectly again. Highly recommend.

I was in the market for replacing my old AC unit and decided to try Belle Air to perform the install. I tried other companies and listen to their offers but none of them really sold me with the types of units they were offering. When the sales representative from Belle Air came (Shaun) he gave me a good presentation and various options which made my decision making much easier. Two days later the installers came to perform the job. All three technicians (Marcus, Sean, Abelle) were very professional and did the job right the first time. Overall my experience with the company was five stars all around. I'm glad I chose Belle Air to install my new Carrier Crossover. Excellent machine and great service. If you are in the market for a new AC I recommend giving Belle Air a try.

Saved us by coming so promptly when our unit stopped working the day before we are supposed to be out of town. Belle Air has always taken such great care of us and we will highly recommended their services.

I’ve left a review before when I had my new A/C installed by Belle Air but felt they deserved another. I’ve just had my second maintenance which was included with my purchase. Ashley was just here and was such a delight. Very personable and professional. I continue to be wowed by Belle Air. I highly recommend them.

The Belle Air technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and focused on the AC. He was able to answer questions without pausing his work. He also gave advise for future running of the AC. Very good man.

We had an issue with our upstairs ac unit and Ramon came out to help us out. He was honest and hardworking. Took great care of our home leaving everything clean behind him. Management was great as we had a small miscommunication they took care of the problem with no drama and professionalism. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

The technician was Henry and he was the replacement for the last technician, Ashleigh. Henry was very informative and professional in speaking with me and updated options to improve our air conditioning unit, which your company installed in our house 7 years ago.

Utter waste of time. I called to schedule an appointment to have someone look at our AC that wasn’t working. They gave me a time frame between 11 AM and 3 PM. I came home from my office to wait for them to come. 2pm came around and I didn’t hear anything, so I called, I was told they would be on the way soon. I then called at 3pm, I was told that “I was next” and that they are running behind. 4:30pm came around, they called me, telling me they’re running behind and that I was “next”. I told them that I was told that same thing when I called earlier, they said they’d call to get a more accurate timeframe. They called me back and said it would be another hour and a half. At this point, my whole day was spent waiting for nothing. In the end, I rather not give a company that strings people along my business. We were looking for someone to help us long term, in the end, they presented themselves as an unreliable waste of time. There are plenty of other providers - save yourself the time and ignore this one.

Called for service today and they had a man here within an hour or so. Tech looked system over and cleared up what my immediate concern was. Tech reviewed issues and made recommendations for future consideration. We have used Belle Air in the past and will going forward. Tech was informative and very personable.

Ok we had a new system installed today. Crew showed up around 8:00 am and went right to work. Pulled the old units out from inside and outside while someone was doing the new unit prep. Everything new (copper lines, condensation line) units installed, area was cleaned up, operation explained. All the old equipment was taken away. Crew was very pleasant and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Entire process has been positive from sales through install.

After running the new system for a couple weeks we had Belle Air come out to check it out. We had noticed that the new system seemed louder when it was running. After the tech checked everything and adjusted the grill openings the system is good. We just are not used to the power the new blower has and will get used to it as time goes on. Everything is good and Belle Air was very responsive to our situation.

After a few days with numerous companies coming to our house just to say they couldn't help us because "it was the weekend", or that "this part takes days", or even "you need a whole new system", Belle Air techs got here, identified the problem and quickly fixed our broken AC - during a HOT Florida summer - next day. They were extremely careful with our house, carefully wrapping all the areas they were walking on. All technicians we met were knowledgeable, polite and careful. And Sadie, she is the best. She cares, she called us back to keep us updated and did her best to get us back to our comfortable summer. Thanks Belle Air!!!
