Recently had a unit installed. Thermostat stopped working on Sunday. I called first thing Monday morning and spoke with Sadie who was very pleasant and promptly scheduled a team to come out. Carlos arrived shortly after and quickly located the problem which was due to condensation in the floater. He cleaned and suctioned the drain line and even replaced my filter while he was here. He explained everything thoroughly and was very courteous and efficient.
Overall, I have had a very positive experience with Belle Air.

The excellent service I had from Belle Air is outstanding. My 12 year old unit was a wreck, and the inside unit have black mold.It was due for the 6 months service and the tech Andrew, notice the mold. He did anything he can to help but it was to much to handle.So, I bought a new unit.The process took 24 hrs.Special thank you to Andrew,Shaun,Sean and Martin all of them worked extremely well and kept us informed of what was going on. They all did an outstanding job. I will recommend them any time.

Henry made a same-day service call to address an issue with our thermostat. The heat wasn't kicking in. It didn't take him long to troubleshoot the problem and make the appropriate adjustment. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Was looking for service and after I got baited and switched on a low cost tune up, the tech recommended I get my unit replaced. I had one company find it could use some minor repairs and might last a year or two but things the tech was mentioning, two other companies said was a scare tactic a lot of these companies are using to turn a service call to a sale. Got a quote from a few companies and thank God I did. BelleAir was pushing to a carrier inverter side discharge. I didn’t say yes right away and happy I didn’t. Funny that another company I got an estimate had everything from the guarantees to a brand label the same and I learned they are owned by the same private equity group. Their tactics where the same give a price which was high and then heavily discount it after getting their General manager on the phone to drop a massive percentage off my original price if I move forward and sign off. Funny how same ownership same everything but different cost between the two. Felt like very high pressure sales tactics. After speaking to what I felt was the most honest company he explained inverters and realistic savings to me which got me to install an inverter but not a MEDIA branded carrier unit. I found the carrier side discharge inverter is not made by carrier but by media a Chinese manufacture and they come with multiple labels that they can slap on which ever brand they decided to sell that day. Carrier, Bryant, Payne, media and I also found they make the same unit for multiple brands further and carrier has the same model number but charges more for a carrier sticker it seems with this company. Durastar side discharge inverter is the exact same unit as well and the company who offered that was 3k less for see everything besides a sticker change. The company I chose pulled the ahri certificates showing all the brands that match the same model number so I knew he wasn’t trying to lie to me. He even offered to sell one if I wanted but after he explained the units and what makes pretty much every other brand inverter better, I decided not to do that media model carrier unit. If you think you bought a carrier, you did not! You got a media with a carrier sticker and overpaid 3k at least. I do extensive research before buying anything and to find BelleAir and their sister company miss leading customers to buy a carrier when it is in fact not a carrier, just a media with a carrier logo is sad. I even asked the sales guy, who makes it and they said it carrier. Quick google search also confirmed the other company sales guy was telling the truth not BelleAir. I ended up with a more efficient inverter that’s actually made by the manufacture and lied to or miss lead. I got a fully variable speed unit inside and out not a single speed indoor blower with a inverter outdoor which defeats the inverter design but that’s what the media unit is designed to do. Transparency should be key. Not trying to sell a different manufacture and hide behind a sticker. Also if I would have just said yes before he called his manager I would have paid a decent chunk more which leaves an awful taste in my mouth. How often do people just say yes and wind up, they could have saved a lot by not agreeing right away?

I am buying a new system but in the meantime Belle Air got my old one up and running at no charge until my new unit is installed. The prices are good compared to others and they are professional and helpful.
Update: My new system was installed and so far it seems amazing. Abel and Rafael worked 12 hours and were very professional and nice from start to finish. They both have a lot of patience and knowledge about these systems. Louis was also great in the process. I look forward to a good relationship with Belle Air in the coming years to maintain and care for my new system.

Been using them for almost 13,years. Great service. Especially in an emergency. Even on a Sunday. Louis, Martin and Jamie are very smart and attentive. I trust them. Jamie came to reprogram infinity system to blow out more air. He figured out how to get my new system to work better. Thank you Jamie. He is great.

But After contracting for maintenance plan and having them coming to service my unit unfortunately i have to change my review... my unit was not wotking and they told me i have to change it when i change it 7 years ago... so a friend recommended her AC guy and He came and found the cables in my unit were changed of connections and that was why my unit was not working! Very disappointed... Louis has been serving my units for a long time but

I installed my new AC unit few days ago. It was a Carrier 3 Ton 16.9 Seer2 Inverter Variable Capacity Crossover Heat Pump System with Humidity Control. So far so good, I am very satisfied with my new AC system.
The AC techs (Marus and Leo) arrived on time. Both AC techs were respectful, polite, and sincere. They took the time to answer all my questions throughout the day. They did great job installing the new AC system. I took few pictures. Way to go Marcus and Leo.
I went with Belle Air because I trust the owner and I knew Luis for over 10 years. If you are looking for a peace of mind, then I highly recommend BELLE AIR.

Quick and efficient install of new system. Follow up went perfectly and they did everything they said they would. Replaced a 35 year old system with a totally new Carrier 3 ton unit. Not cheap but well worth it.

Had a great experience! The process from sales to installation was excellent. Worked with Shaun to spec out the right system. Shaun was professional, honest, responsive, and accommodating. The two techs that did the installation are Leo Reyes and Yuliet Palomino and they were EXCELLENT!!! The workmanship was superb. They were clean, professional, did a wonderful job, communicative and enjoyable to work with. Bell Air has a top notch team.

Belle Air never disappoints! Had a unit installed six months ago. First time using heat, didn’t feel like it was heating up. They sent out Martin and he explained everything and just checked over the system again for us to ensure everything was working as it should.

When I say, incredible, I mean, INCREDIBLE! We had a chance to work with them for two new units being installed and not only was the install completely amazing, it was done in one day of us placing the order. From start to finish, the entire staff was completely professional, friendly and truly made us feel like family. They walked us through every step and answered all of our questions and made this such an amazing experience for us. We had other quotes from other vendors and they by far exceeded our expectations and lived up to every certificate they brought with them to our home. Such an amazing company and highly recommended!
