So glad ABC Air was able to fix our AC issue, after having 3 techs from other companies with no resolution. Austin was very professional, timely and knowledgeable! So happy he was able to get our AC back up and running.

I am a contractor that uses ABC for both new construction and renovations… they do great work and are a pleasure to deal with!

We had issues with the blower motor on our downstairs unit. Other companies were attempting to sell us on entirely new systems, but our ABC technician (Mark) was able to diagnose and fix the issue for a fraction of the cost of full replacement. It was clear he had our best interest (getting cold air!) in mind and wasn't simply trying to sell us on something that wasn't needed. We were also under a time crunch to get the issue fixed and Kayla and Andrea in the front office stayed on top of our parts order and service to get the issue resolved for us ASAP.

We called on Monday morning to get a quote. We agreed with the price which was really a good deal.They came the Next day to put in my new system. They gentleman were on time also very friendly. They explained everything. I highly recommend ABC air conditioning.

Dagan was very efficient and professional. He did an overall inspection and tune up on our 15 year old air conditioner and did not charge us anything over the quoted price for a tuneup. He was respectful of our home & property. He was very knowledgeable and gave us information about our air conditioner.

Alex & Jose were amazing! Fantastic technicians! They did a perfect job installing a new mini split A/C unit in our living room! Now our living room is nice and cool!

He was 6 hours late in coming (I understand that he was working alone) but he did the job well and was very courteous.

**UPDATE- Rachel called promptly after my post to resolve this issue. A 2 man crew came out same day. They were very kind. However, there was air duct plaster bits stuck to tile. If I had not been here, my elderly father, their customer, wouldn't have been able to clean up, nor see the original fault in install.

They did an awesome job. They did a tear out and replacement of both units and one day left place clean . I work in construction and they were referral from my commercial HVAC guy . I would definitely refer and use them again

Patrick was knowledgeable and professional. He discovered a flaw in the way my AC unit had been and recommended that it be re-attached for proper air flow. Three teams of friendly but seriously hardworking guys showed up in the morning and, by the end of the day, they had completely replaced the old duct system in my home, redesigned the air flow for better distribution throughout the house, and they replaced the grills in all the rooms. I won’t hesitate to call them the next time I have a problem with my AC. I would highly recommend this company.

Thomas came out within a few days of my request for quote on a new air & heat unit/air handler install. He is very efficient and knowledgeable. Offered a couple of options leaving detailed quotes within 20 minutes right there on the spot. Thomas called within a few days to follow-up. Follow-up... Imagine that! This company was the only one out of three companies to follow-up after providing quotes. As of today, twelve days later, I am still to hear from the other two! Anyhow, ABC Air agreed with my schedule for the install 10 days after the original quotes. The 3-man crew, Luis, Bruce, and Jafar were just amazing. They demonstrated their fine skills and efficiently worked together. Very tidy and cleaned up like it never even happened in about 7 hours! The crew did not have the proper replacement breaker but guess what? Thomas arrived 30 minutes after the crew finished to install. Wow, thank you for the awesome experience with this big investment.

Once again, A++ service from ABC Air & Heat. I am so glad I opted for their bi-annual maintenance service contract, keeping my AC in tip-top shape. Last year, my favorite technician, Aaron, spotted and fixed an issue with the pump during a maintenance visit.. I no longer have to worry about sudden AC breakdowns in the middle of a heat wave. I know that ABC will be there to help 24/7.

Had this company come out 3 years ago to install a new unit. Inquired with 3 other companies who were less expensive (some for better units) and chose ABC based on reviews and reputation. The owner, Eddie seemed tired and unenthusiastic when I met with him, but again, chose them based on reputation.

When the unit was initially installed, they ordered the wrong furnace to match the ac unit and said someone would be by the following Monday to get the furnace working (refer to the pictures for the rig job)..Monday came and nobody showed or called. I texted Eddie several times without a response and texted him a final time to let him know i would have a lawyer handle it..got a call from the office right away.

When the co owner came out, I asked him why the unit was blowing cold air out of the back. His response “oh, the guys probably forgot to tape it”.

Long story short, this is the 3rd summer since and every single one has been miserable. The unit runs 24/7 to barely keep 78. I had two other companies come out and both said that due to the vaulted ceiling and total volume of cooling space, I should have gotten a higher Seer unit. Not sure why the owner, Eddie didn’t account for that. Maybe he was too tired?

Definitely don’t recommend this company. Just another large company with too many accounts to properly service. Thanks Eddie for the mediocre installation of the wrong unit.

Also note the poor job they did cosmetically..the other companies also said that was totally unacceptable. The unit in the back is also installed backwards so the wires face the yard. Guess it was easier for them to hookup rather than do it right. Pretty pathetic.

I recently had a bad coil in my HVAC system, and ABC Air and Heat Company took care of everything perfectly. Thomas Johnson was our service technician, and he did an amazing job replacing the coil, which was still under warranty. Throughout the process, the company kept me updated on when the new coil would be delivered and when the installation would take place. The customer service was exceptional—above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend ABC Air and Heat for their professionalism, excellent communication, and top-notch service. Thank you ABC

These guys and gal's came out and did to me a excellent job. They where on time and there prices were reasonable. I would say these are the Cadillacs of Air conditioner and heating services. I will let the photos speak for themselves.

Recently purchased a news Ac unit from ABC. Eddie was great with the quote, went over everything in detail, answered any questions I had.

On installation today Carlos and D showed up right on time (given 8-10 window, showed up at 7:57am) they also answered all my questions and did a great job!

There was one issue with a factory piece on unit, and management is coming first thing tomorrow to replace. Overall great experience, great people and great prices! We got 6-8 quotes and ABC had the better products at the best price!

Mark did a great job. Looked at my systems and made all the proper adjustments needed to be done. Mark explained everything and took his time to solve the problem.

I had a dryer duct that got broken inside a wall. Needed to rework/replace about 16 feet overall
between laundry room, cross section of ceiling then up through attic to second story roof vent.

It took 3 trips due to some communication issues and the understanding of secondary lint box/trap.
In the end we mutually decided that this second lint trap was not really useful here since it was designed for
surface mounting and not for inside the wall itself. So that lint box was removed and the duct reconnected.

Overall the final outcome was a vast improvement. They added a dryer box recessed into the wall for better dryer to wall
connection and the duct work was mounted in a way to avoid direct contact with wood studs and other materials.

Also they moved the dryer electrical receptacle up due to the dryer box size.

Came out same day after ours fixed unit. The technician was professional highly skilled and a really nice guy, someone i could be friends with. Capacitor for compressor was failing. Capacitors are not cheap.

This company did a great job installing my new and needed AC unit. I had an old unit from the 80s and I thought there was gonna be problems but everything went together quickly without any major problems. I am so thankful for the installers as they were very professional and did an excellent job! They even took the time to create a level foundation to my sinking slab. Thank you so much for everything!
