Absolutely the best HVAC company I'm the city!! Herb, Brandon, Trip, and Corey are the best in the land!! Let me tell you, they were able to put in a brand new system for us, new duct work throughout the entire house, and install a new thermostat that works with our phones!! So amazed by the work they put in!! They are literally my friends at this point!! Could not be happier with the service we received!! Rachel with financing is an absolute pleasure to work with! She made sure we got the best pricing for all of our needs and helped us every step of the way with the county survey! 10 STARS honestly!! Love this company!!

First AC maintenance last Dec 2025, after 4 years that i bought my new Carrier from ABC. The service guy put my AC Filter on my Carrier facing downwards, even if the blower is above the Filter and duct vents are on the Ceiling!! Its supposed to go upwards and I just changed it today and saw his error!! And he's supposed to know it more than me!!

Had 2 A/C units that were 20 years old replaced with 2 New Units. ABC'S Crew made it look easy and seamlessly. Excellent Customer Service and Quality. They are True Professionals in their trade. I highly recommend if you are looking to get your installs done the right way the 1st. Time. A Very Special Thanks to: Nichole, Thomas, Rachel, Eddie, Brandon, Jean, Jaime, Tripp & Jojo. We are very pleased with you all.

Eddie came out to look at our old unit and recommend different brands for replacement. He filled us in on three different brands that he recommends and told us which is arguably the best. He informed us that they would replace EVERYTHING, down to the concrete pad, the plywood under the air handler, and the entire air intake duct. Some other installers would reuse all of these old parts and not put in the due diligence. They delivered on everything he said they would do plus more. They even re-sealed and repainted the area under the air handler. They did a phenomenal job. I didn’t catch the names of the two gentleman who installed the new unit but they were quick, efficient and very professional. The total install only took about 8 hours. Overall a great experience with ABC. I would definitely recommend.

First of all, this company got me on the schedule the same day I called which I was happy about. But they did one better. They called and said they could show up even earlier if I was available and since it was the coldest day of the year and I didn’t have any heat, I was really grateful for that. My technician, Tommy, is a guy who knows his stuff. He was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately. And he repaired it really fast too. But the thing that impressed me most about him was that it’s very obvious he truly cares about his customers. Unfortunately, you don’t see a lot of that these days so it was very refreshing to have a technician who sincerely cares about his customers and his work. Thank you for a great job today.

Jean and his partner started my installation at 8:45am and finished at 9:50pm, they never stopped working. Jean ate his dinner while he worked. My air handler is located in our garage ceiling in a horizontal position and in my opinion this was not a straight forward install. I am very satisfied with the neatness and appreciative of the time he devoted to insure everything was neat and that the immediate working area cleaned up after a 12 hour day. I hope someone from ABC Air will contact me on Monday so I can share a few other comments. I would not hesitate to have Jean do any type of work in my home as he is a detailed craftsman. Please know that it was his birthday day too.

ABC Air Conditioning and Heating Specialists is a genuine business that cares for the customer first. I was in an unfortunate situation with a different company who came and installed a different brand unit than what I had purchased, completing a poor job in the process.
ABC was a God sent. From the moment I spoke with Talia in customer service I knew ABC was the company I had been searching to install a new AC Unit...Friendly and very helpful Customer Service.
The following day Thomas came to my house and completed a thorough assessment providing an estimate with the scope of work. Thomas listened to my needs not only from the perspective of my home, but he also considered my health challenges within the project. Thomas was Prompt, Thorough, and Accurate. I agreed to the contract and within a day, Talia had a permit number... Efficient and Friendly!
Joel was awesome following with calls, emails, responding to the needs of the moment without neglecting a single call... Always Consistent and Caring!
Bruce and Alvino, I can't say enough..They began the project and did not leave the site until it was completed. They replaced underground pipes, rebuild a return box, and carefully installed a beautiful unit (inside Air handler and outside condenser). They cared for my home as if it was their own...LONG HOURS to say the least... Wise, Respectful, Dedicated, and Determined!...
A day later came Rob to do a walk through of the site, making sure that everything was completed accordingly and to the owners satisfaction. Rob's attention to details was unprecedented. I did not have to point out minor concerns because it was already noted on his end and corrected right at the moment... Detail Oriented, Efficient, and so Pleasant!

We will always rave about Polar Express Air Conditioning & Heating every chance we get! Heather and Derick were very professional, and genuinely honest. We trust them with all of our A/C needs and recommend them to everyone we know. They make it so easy to make an appointment and don’t keep you waiting around for them to arrive - certainly a plus! You can’t go wrong with this company!

Polar express showed up the same day we had an issue with our AC. Technician (Mohamed) was very knowledgeable and honest about repair. Capacitor was replaced and unit was up and running in no time.

Heather was very caring and helpful on the phone. She understood the urgency to repair the AC for my 94 year old mother. The tech Derick was courteous and explained what he was going to do and why. He didn't try to sell us a whole new unit ! He was efficient with the job, and cleaned up after himself. From start to finish a 10!

They were very quick and efficient. After diagnosing the issue, they were quick with the repair.

I was having a family dinner party on a Thursday evening & on Wednesday evening my air conditioner wasn’t feeling right. 🫣 By Thursday morning we knew we were in trouble & contacted Polar Express Air Conditioning & Heating LLC very early in the morning.

Heather was very accommodating & scheduled us in to get a service call. Mohammed showed up within our scheduled time frame & found the issue in a few mins. Fixed it & within 10 mins our house started getting cooler again! 💨 Our night was saved & nobody even knew we had issues earlier! 😮‍💨

I don't think I can say enough good things about this company If you are in need of AC repairs or if you were scammed and your AC is not up to par by other companies please call polar Express. This company goes all out and knows what they are doing. Polar Express came out to my location and saw what kind of hack job pure energy solutions did. they immediately got one of their contracts guys to come out and did all the necessary repairs and upgrades to get my air conditioning back to code.

Please please please use polar Express for any A/c issues you have. They are so worth the money!! You won't be disappointed.

I am not the type that normally writes reviews. But realizing that there are others out there, as I was a few weeks ago, searching for a good HVAC contractor, I felt compelled to share my thoughts. I needed a new HVAC system to be installed in my house. I contacted several contractors for quotes on different systems. What I got was several sales people trying to sell me systems that I did not want, or were not suitable for me. Polar Express turned out to be that HVAC contractor that I was hoping to find. They run a real professional company. They listen to what the customer wants. They do not try to push you in a certain direction that may be more beneficial for their interest. They offer a good selection of brand name equipment at good prices. And they have highly skilled installers. They keep their promises and make the entire process hassle free. I most certainly would be recommending them to friends and family, who could use their services.

I called Polar express this am and Derrick was able to come out this afternoon.
He was so friendly and explained everything to me which I appreciated. Very open and honest and will send me a quote on other maintenance things that didnt need to happen at this moment but will help prolong my AC life.
Which is good since ACs are so expensive. Totally recommend!
