I read some of the reviews and I was sceptical calling. Called anyway after all with a name like Honest ac. Sure enough pleasant surprise from the initial tech that Showed up within the window that was set and the price was way lower than the first 2 companies that came earlier. thank you for great service I will recommend.

Michael was very efficient and courteous. He inspected the AC unit which was very dirty. He cleaned it and all my vents. He took the time to explain what he was doing and told us how to maintain the unit.
We would and will recommend him to anyone he needs AC service.

It is not an Honest Company. They installed a year ago but never kept their one year warranty parts and labor. We called maybe 15 times but only got the call center. Never use them. Do not recommend...

Price is too good to be true.
The service is so poor that it explains the price.

I booked an appointment back at the beginning of June for basic AC service and cleaning. They never showed up. I was called by the worker HOURS after the appointment window to explain that they were running behind, but they would be there that evening. Okay. Never showed. Never followed up and didn't return any calls. I made the mistake of setting a new appointment time. Can't fit me in for 2 weeks. Day of appointment comes and worker actually shows up! But he doesn't stay because he is from the emergency repair department and not maintenance, so he can't provide the service we requested. Call dispatcher and end up re-booked for 3 days later. 9am to 12pm window. Called at 12:47pm. "I will be there between 4 and 7pm" Ok. Whatever. Called at 6:38pm. "On my way from Daytona Beach" I'm 80 miles from there. "Be there in an hour". Not safely you won't. Get a text at 7:05pm. Tire blowout and stuck on roadside with no spare tire. Sorry about that, but what a joke! Not prepared to deliver on their empty promises.

Avoid this company. The "deal" is way too good to be true. Because it isn't.

Wow! I am been spending money after money with no success I contacted Honest A/C I don't regret it this is the first time I am satisfied a work done without complaining first. They are very knowlegeable, Professional & the cost is affordable & the job was well done. I thought it will take days but I have A/C the same day. I was looking for a new ac unit called a few people honest ac was one of them their tech jacob was the only tech that went up in my attic i was confused at first but he explained me that before they install a new unit they check for leaks in the duct work right there i knew i liked that, he gave me a great price with no pressure. I called them after a couple of days to schedule the install a tech name dennis came with great smile 😊 and ready to work. A few hours later i was cold again. Thank you guys i will recommend.

Overall is a good company, I wish they would be more responsible with schedules. They did a good job in one of my houses installing a brand new unit. but for my other house I called them more than 4 times and scheduled a regular clean up/tune up, but no one time they showed up I believe because was a promotional price for $89.00. Idk... And right after I need they to come bc my AC frozen, the guy charged me $190.00 do clean the pipes and trail. I asked why so much if the other house they did once for free, he said was the price, I believe bc was really late around 8 pm. But the next day I called the manager and asked how much did they charge for the service and he said was $125.00. Anyway service is good, but it is a hassle to get them on your house and always is a charge of more than $100.00 ate least.

I had two AC units replaced in my home one week ago. They were very prompt to install them but when one of the unit failed to work, they couldn't fix the issue. I had to call the Trane to find out that they wired the unit incorrectly. Failed promises and numerous no shows.

Update: 6months after the installation, the heating failed and they refused to come to service their work. The warranty means absolutely nothing. Tried threatening them with legal action and media involvement with no luck. I have to pay for the repair with a different company. Absolutely the worst company.

DO NOT USE THEM. WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS!!!!!!!!!

Great service, great price. I scheduled an appointment with them to get an estimate and they were prompt and honest. Got the A/C installed and the price was accurate, representative was professional and got back to me right away. I would use them again. Thank you!

I wish I knew before using this company. I thought it was a different one but I was wrong! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
We paid $1200 for service including a service contract. After getting the 1st cash they stopped showing for appointments and did not return calls nor advise they were not coming. We have been waiting to pay them for the last part and have our coils cleaned since may. I called today as my elderly mother was getting the run around the "manager" was rude and told me only God is above him...helpful. I just want my service contract money back so I can go to a company that shows up. I will be going to the bbb

Our Ac broke down the other night I called few companies in this magazine I received home none of them picked up accept honest Ac. Serviceman showed up in less than an hour for same $49 service fee for regular work hours. He clean our drain line and we were back on in no time. Thank you Honest Ac especially Jacob.

This is an excellent company. The technician, Michael, called in advance to confirm our appointment, and then was on time. He was knowledgeable and professional, courteous and kind. He was happy to explain what was important to maintain my system. I highly recommend this company!

Honest-ly the best A/C company I've used. The tech was on time, knowledgeable and nice as can be. So refreshing! So was having my AC back in no time. I definitely recommend and will continue to use them when I need my AC repaired.

Would not call the business or staff "honest". About a year ago, I had a new system installed which included a year labor warranty. Two months later the furnace in my garage started making a loud buzzing noise, when I called and spoke to the owner, I made sure that he could hear the noise. He advised that someone will contact me within 48hrs when they are on their way to my place. To this date, no one called or attempted to come and check the system. I called several times later in the course of 4 months to get an update; I gave up and knew I am dealing with DISHONEST people when the dispatcher said to me verbatum:"we are coming to fix your AC for free, we will come when we are available". I explained that no one is coming for free since the labor cost would be included in the $5K I paid when I bought a new system. MY RECOMMENDATION, FIND A REPUTABLE COMPANY TO GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Purchased a brand new AC unit on 12/27/16 with 10 year parts and 3 year labor warranty, and duct cleaning was thrown in for free. Made 2 appointments to get ducts cleaned and they were a no show both times. AC stopped working and I made a tech appointment and he was a no show and I took off work to meet him at the house. Final straw was I couldn't take the head so I called AGAIN to get a tech out and the manager (Elijah) said he would have a tech out within the hour and they were a no show again. 4 times in a row. Do not use this company.

Made 2 appointments with them, I took off work for both days. First appointment they were a no call no show. I called and asked if they were still going to make it. They said sorry they were busy. I simply asked for them to give me a courtesy call if they aren't going to make the appointment. I rescheduled later that week. Again they never called and never showed. So I called and asked and again they were busy, so I asked why didn't I get a call? The gentleman said that wasn't his fault it was dispatches fault for not calling me and that they were focusing on people with out AC. He asked if my AC worked and I said yes but it's 17 years old and getting ready to quit. In the end we were both yelling and he hung up on me. Absolutely horrible customer service would not recommend to anyone.

Oscar was very professional very polite, and took care of my air conditioning problem immediately. The installation crew that he sent to my home showed up on time and did a very professional installation job. I would not hesitate to recommend then to any of my friends that have an AC problem.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER GET IN CONTACT WITH. They do not honor warranty, if they install the AC wrong, they will say its not their fault (its your house because they have done this before) if you try to contact them (they will be impolite and would not care at all for you, the customer) and after chasing and making appointments that they leave you hanging, still you will have to spend money somewhere else to be able to have your ac working. In my entire life never have dealt with a company so misleading and unfriendly. Gosh. (If you do read comments, believe me I will do you a favor if you do not choose this company)

A Few people on my street have used honest ac and recommended their service some of the reviews were not in their favor but I believe in word time mouth more than anything I'm what they call old school. Well I'm glad I called super fast service very clean and professional installers yurii was outstanding in explaining the functions of the thermostat and warranty. I will definitely forward. Thank you honest ac.

Since we got this air conditioner, it’s always something with the AC/ we even got insurance from them. Last time we called for maintenance it took repeated calls before someone came here.. Again like the fifth time or more since installed that AC goes out again.. This is a company should be sued for what they’ve done to the consumer ..Its been 5 years since Honest AC put our ac and even buying their maintenance package they never ever fixed it Elijah the owner should be ashamed of himself he just wants to make money (steal) from helpless hot consumers. Please Help Ruthie

Mario and his crew did an Outstanding job! The guys were All business courteous and professional. A pleasure to have in my home. I will recommend Honest AC from now on to all my customers, friends and anyone who has AC needs. Thanks again, Great job!
