Polar Express replaced our AC unit over a year ago, and it’s been running perfectly ever since! Heather and her team provide exceptional customer service. When I needed a new thermostat, they upgraded us to a much better model and even included a box of filters that will last us a long time. They stuck to their schedule, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job. Of course, our AC went out in August—but they went above and beyond by providing a window unit to keep part of our home cool while we waited for the new system. Polar Express has earned a lifelong customer!

Our 14 year-old HVAC unit decided to give up the ghost a few days ago. It turned out the unit was never installed properly, even though code's signed off on it. I reached out to Heather at Polar Express around midnight on Monday. Heather reached out to me early the next morning and had one of her guys (Shaq) on site for an inspection early Tuesday morning. As it turned out, not only was the repair going to be cost prohibitive, but our plenum was absolutely infested with moist, black mold. This is because the previous installer, Crums, did not seal the plenum correctly. Sadly, codes never checked it.

Thanks to Heather, Shaq and Mohammad, we were able to select an entire new HVAC system by the end of the day on Tuesday. At 9 AM on Thursday morning, Rafal, arrived and started the removal of the old system and installation of the new Carrier/Bryant HVAC system. Rafal did an exceptional installation of the new system and corrected so much that was wrong with the venting of the old. He completely replaced the plenum and did a masterful, dare I say, artful job of connecting the new system with the upper part of the plenum in the attic. Our air has never been cleaner, and there are no hotspots throughout the home. We can actually run our system in a much more efficient manner now.

We wish to thank everyone at Polar Express for their kindness, prompt arrival and complete professionalism throughout the process. These things are always traumatic because of the costs associated. When you have people that care, it helps to lessen that trauma. My wife and I highly recommend reaching out to Heather and her team for service, repairs or replacement of your HVAC system.

I used Polar Express AC to install a 5 ton system last month after seeing my electric bill go up and hearing my system struggling. Mohammed recommended going with a 2-stage condenser paired with a variable speed air handler which provided increased efficiency and also qualified for a $2,000.00 energy tax rebate. The overall price was much better than quotes received from some of the big name companies and the craftsmanship was stellar. After install he was available to answer my questions about how the different stages work with my zoned system. I have been happy with this purchase since install and starting to see significant savings on my electric bill. Definitely recommend this company over any big name company in the area.

Polar Express is amazing! When I have an HVAC issue, the techs arrive in a timely manner. They are polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. Derick does a great job at troubleshooting and making sure the A/C issue is properly corrected. The other techs are great too! Heather is always helpful and does an amazing job at scheduling and coordinating appointments. I find their prices to be reasonable and competitive.

Frank was the absolute worst call center representative ever!!!! This company had the worst customer service department of any a/c company I have ever dealt with. They set my appointment between 1-4 and advised the technician would call an hour in advance. I called at 2:15 to see if I was still scheduled and they said yes and the technician will be there by 4. I called at 3:44 and they said the technician will call. I called at 4 and they said they will get to me when they get to me. I asked to speak to a manager and the representative said that a manager will call me when they get a chance. I pressed for a timeframe so she transferred me to another representative named Frank. He said that there are no managers and no supervisors that work there. He continued to yell over me (and yes, I mean Yell) that the technicians are busy and they will call when they get to it even though I was no longer asking about the technician but rather the POOR Customer Service. He told me there's 30 girls that work here and I don't know who transferred you to my line. He then said 'You know what, this isn't my problem' and hung up!!!! This company definitely needs to address their customer service reps and the timeliness of getting to appointments. The Technician Never Showed Up!!!!!

Made an appointment over a week in advance. I had a window from 9am to Noon. No one shows up. I called to see what their statues was, they said i was the next house on the schedule and they should be there by 2pm. By 2pm still no show. I call again and say they definitely should be there by 5pm. And of course again, no show..Final time I call, they say they wont make it and have to reschedule..I'm amazed how i had to chase down a company to stay updated and to find out they wont show. I stayed home from work and lost a days pay. NEVER AGAIN

What a great and Honest company! Both times the technition took his time and went out if his way to do the job right. The second time I had another issue with the AC and wasn't even charged. Also very friendly. This is mynew AC service.

Got estimates from 4 different companies. They all came & looked at old unit & Home. Michael was very polite. He seemed to be more knowledgeable & presented his estimate with more confidence. He answered all of of my questions. I would recommend Honest A/C to anyone.

Should not be called honest, should be called (dishonest!!) They installed a new a/c unit cost over $4.000 and had to return many times for warranty.work. Some tech’s are better then others. Did not stand behind their warranty which we paid for. after they said we have a full warranty. They went back on their word tried to upsell us for additional repairs we did not need. Had to call another company to get fixed even with a warranty. Honest A/C of Orlando.the other company said it look like cluster mess up. Honest A/C is not upstanding. The owner Elijah is a sweettalker and salesman. He tells you a lot of lies. And try’s to say it’s not what we did something else Very poor company.Be careful. If it’s to good to be true usually it is. That’s Honest A/C of Orlando.

I just bought my first home. Excited to have new Ac and air handler only to find water dropping down my wall onto a hutch that is now ruined. I find out who did the work and called honest ac the first time. Was told will call you tomorrow. No call tomorrow so I called day after tomorrow only to be told no warranty for new owner " non transferable" ok so can I get some service please. We will call you back I'm told. I own In Phaze electric and our reviews speak for themselves. Now I know why we are rated so high. Good service no matter what where or when. You take care of the problem. Especially if you created it.
