Ramon from Belle Air came out to conduct an AC tune up for my system. He took his time and explained everything to me and answered all my questions as a new homeowner. He showed me how to do my monthly maintenance tasks. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Ramon from Belle Air!

We hired them to install new HVAC. It was great service, great product. They came over a bunch of employees and had job done very nicely, very quickly. We remember Marco and other employees ( sorry forgot names), they are so good, provided reliable and high quality service, we are grateful

I knew my AC was on its last leg, I called on Tuesday afternoon and Jamie came out, confirmed my 19 year old system need to go. Work with Belle Air on financing, Shawn did a fantastic job explaining my AC options. Jamie did a temp fix until they were able to come TODAY!!! Jamie and Carlos were amazing getting everything done one a sunny, humid, hot day! Even my dog missed them when they left!

I’ve relied on Belle Air for many years, and once again they came to my rescue. When my AC suddenly started blowing nothing but hot air, I made the call on a Saturday am and within an hour and a half they had a technician at my home.

Ramon was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from the moment he arrived. He even wore shoe protectors to keep from bringing dirt into my home, a small detail that says a lot about the company’s standards. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within minutes.

Since he was already there, we decided to complete a full maintenance service to ensure everything was running smoothly. Ramon made a few smart recommendations, and we’ve now signed up for their bi-annual maintenance plan for peace of mind moving forward.

I truly have nothing but great things to say about this organization and their team. If you’re in Orlando and need reliable, honest, and professional AC service, I highly recommend them.

Henry Garcia and Lem Diggs were the techs that cleaned out the mildew and associated "dirty sock syndrome" odor and any bacteria, etc. They had accumulated in the air handler's blower, coil, and pan. They worked diligently and patiently, cleaning all dirty parts after removing them. They were friendly and knowledgeable during our interactions as they worked with the high tech Carrier Infinity system. We highly recommend Belle Air and these techs.

Bel-Air is a good company and they’re a good installation on my air condition and heating system. I would recommend them to be used by my friends. Initially, the engineered the handler, but when the unit came, it was not going to fit correctly and had to pivot to another. It took a little longer because of logistics, but they got the job done in one day.

Our installers did a great job. Everything was done perfectly. The whole process was so easy. Marcus, Edson, and Zayden did a great job with the installation. They answered all my questions and made the AC replacement process so easy. Would highly recommend using Belle Air to anyone looking to replace or fix your AC.

He was very thorough and informative on the issues with my AC unit. He wanted me to know how bad the coils were in my handler and I was shocked and I didn't understand why the previous company never showed me the coils or tell me that they were rusting a few years ago. I'm so glad that I went with Belle Air and he taught me so much about my AC unit. Belle Air will be my company that will do my maintenance and any repairs etc. on my AC unit. They're all awesome and the office kept me updated as to when the tech would arrive and I love that they communicated with me. I highly recommend them!

Update:
On June 30, 2025 Belle Air's crew came out early to install the Carrier Crossover 3 ton HVAC system in my Timber Pointe townhome. These men worked so hard, basically never stopping to get the system installed. They redid where the air handler was to be installed and it looks very nice. I had 2 bedrooms upstairs that were always hot and very little air flow from the day I moved in 16 years ago. They spent a lot of time in the attic assessing the problem. They found that those two rooms shared the bathroom, laundry room and the loft and they weren't connected to the main box.

They had to come back the next day to finish up those two bedrooms. He discovered that the builder only used 4" duct instead of 6". They installed an 8" drop for those two bedrooms and connected them to the main box and now they both have very good air flow coming out of the vents. Then he fogged all of the duct work because my old HVAC system had a lot of bacteria and mold on the back of the coils and the coils were badly rusted.

These men were very respectful of my property, they always cleaned up their mess, the put tarps/cloth on my stairs to protect them. They all were very friendly and communicated with me so I knew what was going on. They all were very polite and treated me and my small male Shih-tzu like Family. I couldn't have asked for a better company and crew to install my new HVAC system. Belle Air will always be the company to take care of my system and do the maintenance on my system. I highly recommend Belle Air for any of your air conditioner issues. I'm an extremely satisfied customer and their customer for life. Awesome job to all the men that installed my system and thank you to Martin and Tyler for all of your help, I truly appreciate all of you!

After over a year of system maintenance fixing parts and pieces here and there I finally replaced my unit and I could not be happier with the entire process. Everyone I’ve worked with or spoken to has been a delight. The tech Henry was thorough in my quarterly maintenance and helped explain my major issues in easy to understand terms. My CA Gabriel was helpful in guiding my decision making process on such a major purchase for me, although I didn’t use finance options he explained options and add ons which was genuinely helpful. The gentleman who did the install (Marques and another young man) were super friendly and knowledgeable, very clean and waked me though all of the work that was being done. I absolutely hate that I had to make this huge purchase at the end of the year but I’m happy with the service and equipment thus far. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Very grateful for the overall experience and helpful services from Vernon over at Sunbright. My A/C was not working properly but after an evaluation and visit things seem to be in fine working order.

Needed a new AC unit for one of our clients and Sunbright HVAC was able to get the new unit installed the next day for a great price, highly recommend them!

I have been a customer of ABC Air Conditioning and Heating for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of their representatives. I came from a disastrous experience with a different AC service company, and it was Patrick who made everything work out smoothly, not only through a transition but with the challenges I was facing with my AC Unit. At that time, I also did an expansion to the duct work for my AC to work better and everyone, from Thomas, who I met during that unit's installation to all the team of workers that visited my home to do the duct work, were not only outstanding professionals but also very friendly and respectful of the situation at that time.

Since, I have been subscribed to their Maintenace package and I have always been treated not just as "another customer" but have always received a "family treatment".
