Juan (the owner) is superbly nice and responsive. I was very lucky that at the time of my emergency, he was in the area and came right away.
He has done work for me at another location and it is superb.

My hot water heater went out. Not only did Delta come same day. They quoted me a cheaper price for quilty, work and equitment then 6 other place's I called. Very friendly guys. I called Delta plumbing, but he couldn't make it so he recontract it out to "EMS plumbing" a friend. So they came out and did the work. After talking to the owner Giovanni of EMS he stated it will be $89.00 per hour. 2 hours of work. After to be changed by Delta plumbing for $265.00. After talking to Juan and telling him that EMS plumbing is changing me $89 per hour. He stated it was a misunderstanding and they should have never told you that. He finally changed me $220. Still a little too much but I guess he had to make his share.
Would regarding EMS plumbing.

I had a small big problem. My bathtub faucet configuration was making my renovation project a head ache. The welded piping is hard to remove and even harder to re install in this confined small room. I decided to hire Delta. By the way the only ones that actually picked up the phone out of 4. Same day service . This guy used advance plumbing technology solder free and as a result lead free. Termination looks sharp and it will be easy to replace the faucet when time comes. I am a do it your self with a lot of experience. But I know my limitations especially when I don't have the time. Thanks Delta you did a great job. I definitely put your phone number on speed dial for future projects.

We’ve used Juan and his team twice in the past month for small plumbing repairs and they did a wonderful job both times. They were on time, efficient, and reasonably priced. We will continue to call them for future plumbing issues.

My toilet pipe clogged about a week ago and I found this local company. They come in one hour and they snake to pipe and open the drain. I paid them cash. Everything fine..
AFTER A WEEK
My toilet clocked again. Which is doesn’t make any sense after they clean the old pipes. I called the company and they said THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY WARRANTY. If this has happened two months three months later, I totally understand but after a week having this problem and they are saying we’re not doing any warranty its a BIG RED FLAG.

They installed a water heater, and upon draining the current one, the hose became loose and thus flooded the condo. They did not have the proper equipment to vacuum the water and had to rely on the condo to attend to it. I had heavy loud hot equipment for days and loss of use of my stove for 4 days, plus excessive electricity cost and transportation for driving a total of 4 hours to meet with them. Even tho the general manager, Rick Babcock, who indicated they pay every claim he puts in, put thru a claim and brushed me off for months, only to deny any claim 2 months later. I would hesitate using them for anything major, as they’re not well prepared if something goes wrong.
