It was a pleasure to meet with Carlos. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He made suggestions about our project and didn’t push for us “to sign up or let’s do the job”. We both felt very interested in his feedback. We feel he was very honest and offered another alternative in the job by breaking the job into three parts, if that was what we wanted to do. No pressure, we could take time to decide. Complete pleasure dealing with him and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

David Ealy came to the house today and jumped right into the Faucet & Dishwasher replacement. He is very quick to answer questions as well as explaining anything asked of him. He is very knowledgeable about his Art and didn't run into any problems. He is extremely polite and a great listener. We exchanged a few stories and also he gave me some tips on working the new products that were installed. We talked about the products I bought before buying them to make sure I was getting a quality brand.

Our experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing so far has been very poor. We contacted them to have our water heaters checked as part of an annual inspection. Given the age of one of our water heaters we agreed to their recommendation to replace it. They scheduled the replacement for after 5pm on February 4th, 2026. The technician David E. arrived that evening to install the new water heater. Unfortunately he did not place down any padding or coverage for our hardwood floors that we had just installed. When Dave went to install the water heater into the closet he rotated it across the floor, and deeply scratched our floors. There were other issues with the install (a leak occurred at the main water line ball valve which he didn't mention so it went undetected for two days, which they also charged us to repair), but the damage to our floors is the biggest issue. I notified the branch manager, Major, the following day with pictures. Major he stated he would follow up once he "got a call back from a company". That was on February 6th, 2026 and Major has since gone MIA on communication and how they propose to remedy the issue. I have called their answering service several times since, and communicated with other members of their staff asking for Major to please follow up. Nothing has worked, and this looks like I will have to seek other means of remediation. I would strongly encourage you to avoid my situation and avoid using this company for your plumbing needs.

Matt Russell called about an hour ahead of time to let me know he was on his way--and showed up an hour later. He was familiar with the devices that needed adjustment, and he cleaned and fixed them quickly. Thanks Matt, for excellent service!

Excellent customer service. Steffan was very knowledgeable and explained everything for me to maintain the plumbing and tankless water heater. Pricing is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend their services.

The teacher who came to my house to repair David is very professional! I found a leak in the garage floor of my house, and I asked several plumbing repairmen to check it, and they said they had to tear down the wall or the garage floor or even the kitchen floor to find the cause of the leak, which made me very depressed and anxious.… I looked through the home leaflet and found Benjamin, a professional plumbing repair company, and called them as a last resort… Then I met the very professional and dedicated master David. After a series of careful inspections, he found that the leak was the drain pipe behind the kitchen refrigerator！No walls, no floors！He quickly solved the problem that had puzzled me for a few days！Thank you so much! Carlos did an amazing job and got us a great deal for the loan for the water heater. Service was excellent!

I called 6 plumbing companies to find someone who could come out same day after 3pm to fix a leak coming through our ceiling. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was the only one who could so we said let's do it. We opted for the emergency same day service.

David E came out and was wonderful. Did he leave a hole in my ceiling? Yes 🤣 But he was very clear beforehand to ask permission and let us know that as a plumbing company, they wouldn't repair it. We were fine with that so we moved forward. He found the leak, got it repaired, helped us when we asked about next steps for repairing the ceiling, even though he didn't have to.

Hopefully we never need them again, but if we do, I will call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and request David!

10/10 stars if I could! Jimmie was so professional and thorough! He came to the house to fix one issue and with the options he provided I feel incredibly set up as a homeowner for the future with minimal needs. He was courteous and respectful when I had two dogs who didn’t love having a stranger in the house, but he communicated every single step of his resolution of my issues. Although I hope I don’t have to see him again in the near future, I’d be delighted to knowing all my issues would be taken care of … with a smile and a “yes, ma’am!”

Ben Franklin plumber Steve Montes was efficient, friendly and thorough! He replaced the original P trap underneath my guest bathroom sink. He did an amazing job!

Excellent plumbing emergency service! Matt was the technician who helped us, and he was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He explained everything clearly and resolved the issue quickly. Highly recommend their services!

I had my main water line break because of an oak tree and I called Benjamin Franklin. Met with Carlos who switched off the water to the house to discover its the outside line. The two techs that came out (Jimmie T and Nicholas M) were super friendly and walked me through every update there was. Very patient and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend the company and these three gentlemen deserve some sort of bonus or promotions from the company.
The Negative is a Rudeman( not gentleman people) named Major( guess this is a guy that sits in the back office and makes customers feel like crap). Excuse me rude one. Its bc of paying customers you have a job. If Major worked for me he would be unemployed before he could blink his eyes.

To the Owner
Just letting you know I almost halted the work midway because of the way Major spoke to me. My wife was super upset and she is normally the one that calms me down. He made it sound like he cares about money and not me in a highly stressful situation for anyone. You can listen to the phone call where he proposes that they run the line above the cement leave it exposed for now just to get water back and come back and fix it when the roots are out of the way so you guys can get paid. I had the tree guy coming and made three stops at the HOA office. Its not like i was sitting on my hands and knees. Its bc of your three staff members( Carlos, Jimmie T, Nicholas M) your company is getting a five star review and the work was completed. You need to re evaluate who is in your management. I've been in customer service for years and if someone from my staff talked to a customer like that. I promise you they would never work in the industry again bc I would call every company and give negative feedback about that person. Highly recommend you fire Major and promote somebody else to manager.

David Early did an amazing job with what we needed. He discussed options with me. He was friendly and kind, courteous and honest. I appreciated his willingness to work with us. I am looking forward to the projects we have and using his services.

I had an excellent experience working with Benjamin Franklin on a new water heater and a few other minor plumbing updates. Carlos was my sales guy who was truly kind and explained everything to me. He even followed up the day of service. I had Nick and Dimitrious as my two techs. They were very professional, hard working and respectful of my home. They did a great job installing a new water heater, a few faucets and a few other minor updates. Prices were comparable to other plumbers but they shined in service levels with the quote process and provided excellent customer service throughout installation.

Matt and Manny were great and quick! They got what we needed done and were in and out within two hours or so. Matt was all a helpful point person when I was trying to get the work scheduled.

Matt Russell did a fantastic job. His communication, honesty and quality of work really speak to the high caliber of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I will be sure to request Matt specifically the next time I have any issues.

Trystan came out to the home to quote a new water heater and perform a water test to determine if water filtration was needed. He was very professional and courteous to wear booties in the household. He explained the different water heater brands thoroughly and how the whole home water treatment system would be installed. Ultimately, we did not proceed but the customer service was 5 STARS and should be recognized for professionalism.
