I am deeply grateful for David and his exceptional care. It was late into the night when I heard the sound of water coming from one of the walls. We have never used Benjamin Franklin before but I was in a hurry to find someone who would be willing to come out so late while still doing a good job.

David was absolutely amazing. From the start he was professional, kind, and maintained such a calm and playful disposition that brought a great deal of comfort to me and the rest of my household. He was efficient, honest, and handled everything with such care and consideration.

They've earned a loyal customer.

Jimmie was excellent, super friendly, and competent. He worked efficiently and you can tell he knows his stuff. He didn't clear the clog the first try but returned the next day and it seems to be cleared now. He did recommend getting the water blasting done which would probably help long term. My only complaint with this company is the price. It's very high. To snake the drain, toilet replacement and to fix a p trap under the kitchen sink it was $2k. That seems a bit excessive especially when the toilet they got was the cheapest $99 toilet Home Depot sells. Great service, high prices.

Carlos Medina came out to our home to complete a leak assessment. He took his time to speak with us explaining everything he found and his recommendations in detail. He was respectful and answered all of our questions. The next day he had a team out here to resolve our problem. The company has been easy to work with.

Matthew is the best plumber I have ever encountered. Former contractor father would have stolen this gentleman for his affairs and great professionalism and courtesy. Awesome job we'll done for this family greatly appreciate his service and wonderful work for a time constraint issue. Family will continue to use this organization and request always the service of this fine gentleman and must inform you that he is a great asset to your organization. Deserves a pay raise 👏

Unfortunately, I had a hot water CPVC pipe break due to age and manipulation during a recent renovation. The sound of water shooting out of a pipe behind a drywall is always frustrating (clearly, this has happened before). I quickly shut off water to the house and called three different plumbing services. I am not a fan of one of the larger groups here in Central Florida due to a myriad of reasons (price being one of them).

Luckily, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did have a service technician available within 4 hours. Chet (operator that day) was very transparent with pricing as this was a Sunday emergency. He provided options (including availability the following day). After agreeing to the price for coming out on a Sunday I was contacted by David Ealy (service technician) and was talking in person with him around 2-3 hours from when I originally called Ben Franklin.

David Ealy was excellent, very communicative, and explained the process and his work with detail. He was also able to help me understand how I could benefit from their home service program. I signed up for it as it seemed affordable and convenient. All in (including the weekend service call, the actual repairs, and the home service subscription) I paid almost 35% less than with another local (and much larger) service provider that came out about 3 weeks earlier for a similar repair.

Stephan did an outstanding job. He explained everything clearly, provided honest feedback, and expertly installed our new saltless water system. He also took the time to thoroughly educate us on proper maintenance. We’re very happy with our decision to go with Benjamin Franklin Water System and truly appreciate Stephan’s professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend!

He made the process so smooth and I felt completely comfortable with having him in my home.
I just moved to Orlando Florida a few days ago, but quickly found out from my insurance agent that my water heater that worked perfectly fine. Was six months over what it should be in order to be insured. So I had to have a new water heater put in..
It was a little more than I expected Price wise, but I would do it all over again without a doubt… You get what you pay for and that’s what Matthew R provided!!

Bryan did a beautifull Job uninstalling my old water conditioner and replacing it with the new one. He introduced himself when he got here to my home, and was so nice. He explained to me everything he was going to do and let me know he had to turn the water off for a couple of hrs before he completed the job. I was very pleased with the Job he did. It was neatly done and very professional.

We had plumbing service completed, and since then our entire system has failed. We have a well system, and your team advised that we needed an additional tank to support our current setup.

From the first day, the water had a very strong, unpleasant smell, and we noticed the new tank was leaking. We were told this was “normal.” Now the situation has escalated the entire outside well system has ruptured, water is continuously flowing, and we are unable to stop it.

This is a serious issue and causing significant damage. We have attempted to contact you multiple times and have not received a response. We need immediate assistance to resolve this matter.

Phillip was very professional and kind. He worked hard all day on Sunday and I can’t be happier to have my brand new water heater installed the same day as requested. He said if I had any trouble with the water heater to reach out and he could come back to help. A job well done! Thanks again!

Kevin and Robbie was amazing! Kevin was very knowledgeable and talked us through the entire process. He was very professional and kind and helped make a stressful situation less confusing and almost easy. He kept us updated on every detail of the installation process. Kevin did a great job the new water heater looks great! Really enjoyed our experience with Roto-Rooter definitely will always go to them for any plumbing needs.

Roto-Rooter tech Felipe provided excellent service. Have had ongoing plumbing issues that he helped get to the root cause. Highly recommend both the company and him personally.

Pedro was my technician,I told and showed him what needed done.He assessed the situation and recommended the white type of pipe replacing the old copper piping that was present. I would very much recommend this company to anyone that needs services. Thank You,

Filepe did such an incredible job, my family could not be more thankful! He's was so professional, helpful, and kind. He worked his absolute tail off putting in a new hot water heater and fixing all of my grandmother's other problems!! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, especially if it's an emergency weekend job! Make sure you ask for Filepe, he's the best!!!

Felipe came out, same day, after a hole was punctured in my main water piping line, and fixed it in less than a half hour. Also gave me estimates on other projects, explained what he was fixing and what went wrong initially. Incredibly nice man, very knowledgeable, and I will be calling Roto again for all future plumbing jobs henceforth.

We had a busted pipe from the extreme cold. Kenrick, our technician, was a life saver. He was friendly, informative, and efficient. He explained everything in detail and got us and running quickly.

Rodolfo was incredibly reliable and friendly. He gave us tricks to help keep drains clean as well as how to take care of our garbage disposal.

He was helpful in showing us where the drainage back up may be.
