Excellent and fast service! Rodolfo came out to our home and quickly found our issue. Our service drain lid was hidden and covered with grass somewhere outside and he was able to dig it out and fix our issue with the right tools and expertise. Very professional and excellent service that I recommend to anyone.

I called at 7:30am, a plumber came around 10am, worked until 12noon in an effort to unblock the pipe. He explained that a manager has a better camera and will see the problem in more detail. $489 for that. The manager came at 3pm. After placing the camera, it showed that the outdoor sewer pipe was blocked, broken, needed to be replaced, that a crew has to work in it. He gave me the quote.I found the price high but the job needed to be done. The final price was for $4500 with a $350 discount. I did not have the $$$ and had to apply for a loan to have the job completed. That crew came around 5pm and finished the job around 8pm. They worked as fast as possible to restore the use of the toilets. It was a relief to have the job done!!!

Rodolfo was very quick and his knowledge and service in what to do and what not to do was above and beyond. Any type of plumbing issue you might have I 100% recommend him and Roto-Rooter. Call with confidence!

Rodolfo was excellent! Showed up right away, was very communicative about what the problem was and how we was going to handle it. Finished the work quickly and solved the issue right away, even gave us a few tips on how to avoid it in the future.

I want to be clear up front that my experience with the plumbing side was positive. The plumber who came out, Eric, was patient, respectful, and very clear about what needed to be done to resolve the issue. He took the time to explain things and treated our home with care.

Unfortunately, my experience with Roto-Rooter’s water damage remediation team was the complete opposite.

The initial assessment felt heavily driven by fear and urgency, with strong pressure to make immediate decisions before it was even confirmed what would or wouldn’t be covered by insurance. While the sales rep did assist with calling insurance and helping articulate what happened, once the claim was filed and payment confirmation was secured, the level of urgency and care dropped off significantly.

After the initial setup, communication essentially disappeared. We did not hear back from the original rep who helped us start the process. The team that installed the dehumidifiers and fans told us to expect a 4–6 day dry time, but during that period:
• We needed assistance repositioning temporary ducts to continue proper drying
• Critical drying hours were lost due to delays
• Follow-up visits and moisture readings did not happen as expected
• No one came out to check progress until the final day

It was frustrating that the team could be onsite within an hour to start the job, but when we needed help to ensure the drying process was actually working correctly, support was slow or nonexistent.

In short:
• Plumbing service: professional and respectful
• Water remediation service: rushed on the front end, inattentive on the back end, and poorly communicated

I would recommend Eric and the plumbing team, but I would think twice before using Roto-Rooter’s water damage remediation services again unless their follow-through and communication improve significantly.

They came out to our call quickly and resolved the problem. Both technicians Kendrick and Colton were knowledgeable and friendly and it was truly a pleasure to work with them both.

As always was extremely pleased with my service. Eric was very informative, very efficient in explaining and performing the work, and a pleasure to speak to. Highly recommended, will always go back to my local Roto-Rooter for any of my plumbing needs.

Kendrick and Noah came out for a leak behind the wall by our kitchen skin. They were very knowledgeable and got everything diagnosed and repaired quickly. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again and would absolutely request these same two gentlemen for future work.

Really fast service! rodolfo was really friendly and got my kitchen done fast. The estimate was not more than i thought it was going to be but i had recently payed for other plumbing services for my bathroom so i knew plumbing work was expensive. Still less than 600 to fix my kitchen drain was really awesome. Thank you!

The technician’s were great. We had a toilet drain cleaned. Price seemed a bit high but I don’t know what the average is for this service. We called Roto Rooter because of the commercials we grew watching on TV.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. From the start, I felt taken advantage of as a "woman scheduling service without my husband present". They refused to provide a price over the phone, and when they arrived, the technician “thought about it” (didn't even show me a menu of services) and quoted me $480 just to snake our sewage line. He then quickly added that it would be $589 if they scoped the line and snaked it too. I politely declined the scope, but they went ahead and scoped it anyway (they only charged for the agreed $480).

After showing me a video of a supposed blockage and “explaining” the situation to me over and over, they told me the only fix was to dig up the line, install a trench box because it was “OSHA required,” and replace the entire section of pipe—for a whopping $4,200. While they were mansplaining the situation, my husband was listening through our doorbell camera. He does this type of work for a living and was quite disturbed to hear them admit, once they thought I was out of earshot, “we didn’t even have the right tools to do this job.”

Thankfully, I got a second opinion. That plumber actually opened the septic tank (which had just been pumped in May), identified the real issue in under 20 minutes, and had it fully resolved within 48 hours. It still cost thousands, but it was the correct fix—nothing like the unnecessary work this company tried to pressure me into.

This company preyed on what they assumed was my lack of knowledge, tried to upsell me into unnecessary, outrageously expensive work, and acted unprofessionally behind my back. Get a second opinion before you let them near your home. The only reason they got more than 1 star is because they were able to get to my home within 2 hours of calling to schedule them.

Call Roto-Rooter from now on!!! Rodolfo saved me today! I called Frank Gay for toilet water backing up in the shower....😳 and they charged me nearly $1000 but the problem wasn't fixed and he took short cuts.....so mad!
All my issues were resolved, explained, and they helped me file a homeowners claim for the moisture in my floors to prevent mold. I could not be happier or more impressed with Rodolfo and the company over all.

One star is too generous. This is the most unprofessional and fraudulent organization I have ever done business with. They not only did not perform the contracted services, they attempted to overbill us and our insurance company by $2,000, continuously harassed and insulted us, attempted to have our insurance adjuster fired for doing her job, and also attempted to put a lien on our home after they took weeks to correct their invoice. They should not be allowed to do business in the state of Florida or elsewhere. It’s companies like this that are driving up insurance costs and leaving homeowners with incomplete work.

RotoRooter came to my house an hour after calling them on a Friday night to help with a leaking water heater that caused damage. They installed a new water heater and replaced the piping along with it. They also assisted all weekend with water damage control and were very knowledgeable. Michael Crowder was a pleasure to work with and helped alleviate a lot of stress that came with dealing with insurance claims. They are an honest, reliable company and I will definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs!

Fantastic service. Kendrick installed a new spicket I had purchased and did it in less than three minutes. Also gave me a discount. A true professional.
