I hired Emerald Plumbing for my complete entire house Repipe after doing thorough research . The process was efficient, from the initial sales consultation to professional repiping , drywall( did by Kenneth Mills Drywall) and inspection , everything was seamless . After the project was completed, next day I found master bathrooms sinks leak caused by one of the team member . I called office immediately. My Repipe team leader Eoghan , personally take the ownership of the problem. He demostrated dedication by coming to my house to fix it on his day off at same day . I am impressed with his hard work , sense of responsibility, and skill . Thank you Eoghan and your team .

Professional and trustworthy!
I thought my home had polybutylene water pipes, so I called Emerald Plumbing for a re-pipe estimate. They came out today, inspected everything, and honestly told me the pipes were not polybutylene — meaning I didn’t need any re-piping at all. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I’ll definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs!

They come when they say they will, the technicians are always super knowledgeable and helpful, and we are never afraid to ring them up and ask for help.

hesitated to write this review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.

Last summer, on a Saturday, I needed an emergency hot water heater replacement and contacted this plumbing company. The person who answered asked me to text photos of my existing unit, including the make and model, which I did. I was then told he had the correct unit on his truck, could come out immediately, and I was quoted a price, which I agreed to.

After arriving, he removed my old water heater and began unloading the new one. At that point, he told me the unit he brought was larger than my existing one and attempted to increase the price. This was inaccurate. the replacement unit was the same size as my original heater, as confirmed by the model information I had already provided.

When I expressed discomfort and asked him to leave, he persisted and suggested we could “work something out” if I paid additional money to him directly. I felt pressured and put in an extremely uncomfortable position, especially since my old unit had already been removed.

Because of how this situation was handled and the pressure to pay more than the agreed-upon price, I would not recommend this company.

These guys are the best! I seriously cannot say enough good things about them. SUPER honest Eric was just here because I had some back up issues in my shower n toilet and he was knowledgeable, nice, honest, clean and saved me time n money. I will use only EMERALD plumbing from now on and I will send all of my friends to them. GREAT JOB! I had been referred to emerald by a neighbor who also said they are the best! so glad n thankful. so happy I found an honest gem!

I just want to give a shout out to Emerald Plumbing. We had to replumb our entire house. They were organized throughout the entire processs and were timely every step of the way! They had a crew come in the morning that worked together setting up, then each person did their section of house and flawlessly tied it all together in the end. The whole process was about 5 hours. Every single employee we dealt with was nice and friendly and seemed like they loved their jobs. Today they already have their drywall guy here early and are swiftly repairing the holes. I would highly recommend Emerald Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Great experience and great price.

Our kitchen drain has been an issue for years. We finally spoke with Emerald Plumbing about the issue over the phone, they seemed knowledgeable about the issue and repair implications “ then knew what was wrong and some of the issues to repair it”. The quoted me a price guesstimate over the phone to us and we scheduled it for the following day. They came out, prepared, ready, diagnosed it asked if we were ready to do it today, we were and now it’s fixed. I’m very pleased with the results.

Oh yeah and less than 3 hours!

The plumber Alan had the replacement installed in 90 minutes. Fast, clean, professional, not to mention half the price of the other quote. Thanks Alan for a job well done.

I recently hired Emerald Plumbing to re-plumb my commercial building with five different units, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding.

When I first met with the estimator, Hugo, he was wonderful. He carefully laid out a plan to achieve the best results with minimal disruption to the businesses in the building. On the scheduled day, the plumbers arrived on time, but due to a scheduling conflict with another tenant’s work, they couldn’t proceed. Instead of getting frustrated, they handled it with complete professionalism, kindly rescheduled, and returned ready to work.

When the job finally began, the crew went above and beyond. The team leader “Dean” was amazing. Explained the entire process and work started. They worked from early morning until late at night to get everything completed, and even chose the more difficult route in some areas just to ensure the finished product looked better. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out.

After the plumbing was finished, the drywall team came in and seamlessly closed and refinished all the walls—making it look as if no work had ever been done. They covered the floors, kept the mess to a minimum, and thoroughly cleaned up afterward.

We are extremely happy with their professionalism, work ethic, and the high-quality results. I highly recommend Emerald Plumbing to anyone in need of a top-notch plumbing company. They truly are the best in town and we will always use them in our future plumbing needs.

Have had Emerald Plumbing come out several times now for various issues and each time they were extremely kind they also handled all issues in a timely manner, were open and honest about what it could be without jumping to worst case/most expensive option and actually wanted to ensure I wasn’t spending a lot of money unnecessarily. Today we had Jeff come out and really appreciate how quickly he was able to fix our sink and put my mind at ease.

They are the best!! We need a total re-pipe of our home and Emerald came highly recommended. I called for an appointment on Monday and they were there 8:00am SHARP on Wednesday. The whole process took about 4 hours. The crew (of 4) was very friendly and answered a ton of questions. They are very fair with their pricing and delivered on everything promised. Outstanding company and service. Had my old (1946) College Park home re-piped by Emerald, and if I could give them 6 stars I would. Over the years I have had dozens of rental properties re-piped by several plumbing companies (including Emerald), and Emerald is the best, hands-down. They are a super team, use high-quality components and find creative solutions. Also they cleaned up and included flawless drywall repair in the price, which most other plumbers do not. Had a broken outdoor valve that needed to be replaced. Another company came out first and wanted to sell me a water softener system rather than fix what needed to be fixed so I could have full water pressure in the house. Also gave me a very high repair quote and said they could send someone the next day to repair. I googled and found Reddit reviews recommending Emerald Plumbing. Dave arrived within the time window provided, saw the issue, informed me it’s a known issue and that he could repair it. Within an hour he fixed the issue along with a spigot that has been leaking for almost 2 years. The cost was extremely reasonable. This repair happened a few hours ago and I’ve already told others about this great experience and to contact Emerald for their plumbing needs.

I had my home repiped and trust me, if you need plumbing services don't look any further. Emerald Plumbing is the company to use especially for repipe services. Even Kenneth Mills Drywall did a fantastic job after the repipe. After the walls were repaired you could hardly tell the wall was cut, even before painting. Definitely satisfied customer for sure.
