Hugo / Chad / the rest of the crew are professional / polite / thorough / etc. I can't say I have a single negative thing to say about them. I am happy with the entire process. The 3rd party drywall repair company same, no complaints. As someone who dealt w/ a myriad of CPVC issues, yes re-pipes are inherently expensive, but you're getting quality work & if you have CPVC that is 10+ years old, do not wait until it ruins your day, re-pipe as soon as you can! Thx again to Emerald for their quality work. & shout out to the office staff, they were lovely as well!

A residential re-piping project can be a daunting undertaking for many homeowners, but from the first phone call to the final follow-up, Emerald Plumbing truly put the customer first. Darren, the project consultant and estimator, was polite, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented. Despite minimal lead time, Emerald was able to begin the project just two days after we made our final decision to move forward.

Myrna in the office was friendly and professional, coordinating all appointments for the re-pipe as well as the follow-up drywall repair. Onsite project manager Chad did an excellent job explaining the work beforehand and thoroughly reviewing everything once the job was complete. His crew was clean, organized, and respectful of our home, using drop cloths in all traffic areas. They worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.

The subcontracted drywall repair exceeded our expectations, leaving the walls textured and paint-ready, far better than we had anticipated. Vice President Hugo even followed up personally to ensure our satisfaction.

The entire team was friendly and professional, and my wife and I have nothing but great things to say. Our home has been significantly upgraded, and what could have been a stressful, daunting project turned out to be a smooth and positive experience. I have been a customer of Emerald Plumbing for many years and have been consistently impressed with their professionalism- from the initial phone call to the completion of the project. My most recent experience was no different.

I called Emerald last Friday in reference to my garbage disposal not working. I was scheduled for today (Monday). The technician, Mike called to let me know he was en route. Mike arrived promptly and diagnostic the unit. As it was leaking, he determined that it was rusted out and needed to be replaced. Mike had an identical garbage disposal on his truck and quickly replaced the old one. Mike was friendly, courteous, and professional the whole time he was here. All of the work was completed in short order and for a very reasonable price. My experience with Mike was typical of what I have experienced with Emerald Plumbing over the years as their technicians are always professional, courteous, and do excellent work.

Highly recommend Emerald Plumbing! I reached out to their manager Hugo on Friday last week and he was able to give me a quote and get me scheduled at a time that was convenient for me. They just completed a full repipe at my home today in 4 hours and did an amazing job. The team consisting of their lead Owen and his crew Ramos, Ronan & Luis were professional, punctual, and respectful of my home throughout the entire process. The quality of work was excellent, and the cost was extremely reasonable compared to other estimates I received. Everything was explained clearly, and the job was completed efficiently. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone needing plumbing 10/10!

Asked for a quote for repiping my house’s leaky copper pipes. They got someone out in a few days and gave me a significantly cheaper and fairer price than any of the other quotes I got.

They had a team of four guys come over on day 1 and they were able to complete the repipe by 2pm. They had the inspector and dry wall repair guys scheduled to come the following day like clockwork. These guys know repiping and it shows. Recommended Emerald Plumbing to another lady who needed a repipe and they gave a quote 20k less than who she originally got it from.

After trying various plumbers in the past (including the local monster that rhymes with Rank May) each experience left us regretting our choice. We wish we had gone with Shamrock Plumbing from the start. Their exceptional service, trustworthy employees, and fair prices have taught us a valuable lesson. Next time, we won't hesitate to call Shamrock right away. They've proven themselves as the best choice, and we won't make the same mistake again. Our tech today was Rob and he is just the greatest. I would totally have beer with Rob.

Had Shamrock re-install toilets after getting our floors redone - little confusion on the billing side but the office was able to fix it quickly, otherwise we've happy with how prompt they are, communication, and reinstalling our toilets. We've used them for a little over a year and I always recommend to anyone needing a good plumber.

I'm so glad we called Shamrock! The competing quote we got from a big chain was more than twice what they charged us repipe our house, and Shamrock includes the wall repairs, which their competitor didn't. They also didn't need to rip up our slab or floors the way the other guys wanted to - they were able to do it all through the walls and attic with pretty minimal destruction. They even covered all of our stuff up with plastic while they were cutting and swept up the dust when they were done - very tidy and respectful with good attention to detail. They got it all done in under a day, and we're relieved to have hot water and no leak again.

On a personal note, the employees were really nice to us and our kids, and they also seemed very friendly with each other, which was great to see. They were laughing and joking together cheerfully while they were fixing our pipes, and one plumber was mentoring another kindly at one point to show him a better way to do the work they were doing. They seemed like a great team. People who enjoy each other's company and find a way to make hard work fun usually do a better quality job, in my experience.

They also fixed the backwards temperature knob in our guest shower while they were in there, which has always been that way since we bought the place. Doing that little bit of extra work resolved something that's been a small ongoing annoyance in our lives for about a decade, and we're thankful. :)

We just experienced a slab leak in our house and hired Shamrock Plumbing to do a whole house re-pipe based on the owners honest and fair estimate. This company is amazing, they know exactly how to get this job completed in the quickest time possible with quality workmanship. Their re-pipe crew were extremely friendly and did an awesome job getting the house re-piped in 6 - 7 hours' time.

(Kenneth Mills Drywall) are as equally amazing, their crew comes in makes everything look like it was never touched you just need to add fresh paint. Thank you for making this lousy experience a little bit better.

So glad to have Shamrock Plumbing complete the re-pipe of my rental home, they are quick to respond, responsive after hours, and are able to provide an accurate estimate the same day which is very helpful when you are weighing out your options. Mark the owner is fantastic! The estimate was reasonable and the whole re-pipe was done in about 6 hours! Really appreciate the explanation of the process from the office staff Shawn, she was helpful, friendly and put me at ease by answering all my questions and concerns! We are just waiting for the last step of the re-pipe which is drywall repair, I’m sure they will do a good job! This is my first experience with Shamrock Plumbing and it won’t be the last! Called for an estimate to get a smart shutoff valve installed. Price was very reasonable and the service was great. Got scheduled quickly and the work was excellent. I think Donald even left the area looking better than when he got there. Will definitely be my go to for any future plumbing needs.

A big thank you to Shamrock Plumbing and Levi for solving our hard water issue. Levi did an excellent job of installing a Nuvo H2O water softener and filtration system at our new house. The system looks great and works awesome. In just one day we noticed a significant difference with how our water felt and tasted. Outstanding work Levi and Shamrock Plumbing!

I used Shamrock Plumbing for a repipe job and was very pleased. The price and warranty was the best out there. Mark came out gave a quick estimate and no hard sales tactics like one of the other companies that I had come out. He's a professional and clearly takes his business seriously. The repipe team was efficient and courteous and everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. The drywall contractors did an amazing job getting things looking like they were untouched. I would definitely recommend them.

Update: 6/13: Just had Levi come out to auger a slow pipe. He was very professional, pleasant and cost conscious; he took the time to explain the options and his recommendations without pushing anything. Shamrock is my go-to company for plumbing.

It was super easy to make an appointment with Shamrock, and I had good communications the entire time. The office proactively called to tell me the repair tech was running a little behind and updated my arrival time, then called to tell me he was on his way.

When Justin arrived, he explained what would be done and what they'd replace my old faucet with if that was needed. It turned out the fix I needed was so small it did not warrant a charge!

Kudo's for how well organized and personable everyone was. I also found the potential charge to be fair, considering what was involved. I will definitely call Shamrock for my next plumbing need.

Had a leak behind the shower wall. Called Shamrock and Levi came first to assess the damage and provided couple options. He was able to shut the water off on the heater to stop the leak. He then suggested that I had another specialist to locate the exact location of the leak so that it would be more precise for him to cut the tiles. He came back a day later after the leak was located and replaced the pipe. He was professional, courteous and clean the area before he left. Good work and will ask Levi for any future work!

Jackson was PROMPT and did a careful, caring and complete job installing a new disposal. He made sure all the associated plumbing was cleaned out and working perfectly. I highly recommend Shamrock Plumbing! Hopefully, we don't need a plumber anytime soon, but if we do, 100% we will choose Shamrock!

Levi was awesome! Right on time and super fast for both snaking and replacing my toilet. Shamrock made it so fast and efficient and I don't feel like my pocket was gouged.

Mark came out and did a quick walk through and got me an estimate that was well below another company I had out. He did not try and pressure me to do anything additional. The crew that came and did the re-pipe was fantastic. There were 4 guys. They were very friendly and professional. The work was done in a few hours. They cleaned up as best as they could before leaving. The gentleman who came out to do the drywall was very efficient. His work was also done quickly and other than some new paint, you would never know there were holes in the wall. The entire process was easy, and the staff were all wonderful.
