Somebody came out and as soon as they found out what job they had to do he put his head up like he didn't want to do it I asked him what was that gesture about and he said I know exactly what's wrong I said okay no problem how much he said $305 I said no problem he then switched again and said no 310 I said no problem I had my service animal with me and he had to relieve himself so I told him I'm going to take a quick walk down the street to the owners brother's house. I never said anything about needing any money and being short of money. The owner's brother owns the whole property on that block. As I'm walking my dog I see the plumber leaving. I was about to call the plumbing company until they called me first. They asked me what was going on and I told them. He made them think that I was the one having a problem paying. I couldn't be more embarrassed and not only that I can't get my plumbing work done.

On 8/16/21 I had a plumber from Harvey Baker Plumbing come to my condo to remove 2 old toilets and install 2 new ones. He arrived in the two hour Window I had been given and went right to work. He did a very professional job and no time was wasted. They quoted the price (which was very reasonable) in advance when I initially called to set up the appointment. When he was finished he cleaned up and carted the 2 old toilets away.

I highly recommend Harvey Baker Plumbing. If I need any plumbing work in the future that is the company I'm calling.

We’ve used Harvey Baker for standard jobs and for emergencies, regardless they provide incredible service. Our last experience, I severed an exterior faucet / pipe, and they were at our house first thing to resolve. They are our go to for any Orlando area plumbing need.

Fantastic. Have used Harvey Baker Plumbing 2x. Both times they were effective and even informative for a fair price. Recently needed main water line shutoff valve installed. Called multiple other plumbers for quotes, big and small who seemed either confused or tried to upsell. Harvey Baker sent Neal who was well informed and did a great job!

We had our sink back up in the kitchen last week and tried unsuccessfully to take care of it ourselves. We called Harvey Baker Plumbing on recommendations from our neighborhood app. We originally had an afternoon appointment on Monday, but received a call that they had availability earlier in the day and we were more than pleased. The technician was prompt, friendly, quick, and cleaned up the area nicely. He was able to quickly solve our problem and the price was very reasonable, actually less than I had anticipated. I would recommend this company for homeowners plumbing needs.

I am now lowering my rating on this company from 5 stars to 1 star after my recent experience. A year ago, when I first hired this company I gave them a raving review and a 5 star rating (see below) but apparently 1st time impressions are not lasting ones.

The pricing for the labor performed this time (there were no parts) was twice as much as it was a year ago for less than an hour's worth of work. So, this company now apparently costs much more than the previous company I was happy with: Emerald Plumbing.

Now, one very basic thing about every plumbing job is to always have a bucket or something handy to catch water when disassembling pipes. Well, that didn't happen and I ended up using my own bucket and several towels to get up all of the grimy water up off of the floors and the bottom of the cabinets. And that is something that should NEVER happen. I called to complain about the pricing and the mess and while they were sympathetic about the mess they did nothing about the pricing even though I paid half as much a year earlier for an hour's worth of labor. So, I'll be going back to Emerald Plumbing from now on and I advise you to do the same.

I was very pleased with the outstanding service Harvey Baker Plumbing provided. I have a highly reputable plumber that I usually use and have been using for 10+ years now but they were unavailable recently so I decided to give Harvey Baker Plumbing a try. I am so happy I did. Their pricing was very reasonable, they were really wonderful to work with, and they were committed to ensuring I had the best customer service experience possible. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. A great value overall and a wonderful experience overall. Seth was the person there who performed my work and he was absolutely outstanding! Paula and Harvey were also outstanding!

Highly recommend! Has a leak in the kitchen and Wayne and Scott were so nice, explained everything they were doing and were very quick with the repairs. They also had great recommendations on what to watch for to prevent future issues. Price was very reasonable and fair.

I have used Harvey Plumbing 4x over the years for various issues. They are always on time, professional and I feel like I can trust them on their knowledge & the costs of repairs. Yesterday morning we had a irrigation pipe that was broken due to a tree root and water was poring out of it onto the street. Team member Juan who we give two thumbs up to, came within the hour that I called, found the issue, repaired it and it did not 'break the bank" having them there on a Saturday afternoon. We highly recommend their services!!

Absolutely the best! I have used them a couple of times now, once for a leak under my foundation and another time for a complete garbage disposal replacement, each time they were professional, punctual, and provided great work. From customer service to the great workmanship they do its so nice to be able to know that you can call them and you dont have to stress. Honest and reliable at a competitive price.

I had a great experience with them the first time I used them a few years ago however the second time I used them I was quoted one price on the phone and agreed however a few days later I saw that they charged my credit card a different price without informing me. When I called them they said they had to charge me more for a special part but that was never communicated to me so I never even agreed on the price that they actually charged me. It wasn't a big amount more so I dropped it but I don't recommend giving them your credit card number bc they might charge you something different than what you agree to.

Edit to respond: that can't be my signature bc I never even met the plumber bc it was a rental property so I gave my credit card number on the phone and then gave verbal approval for the work when the plumber called me. I wrote down the quote he stated and repeated the price back to him to confirm on the phone. I didn't get a text or email with the quote, it was all on the phone. And I only mentioned the special part that needed to be ordered bc that was what was explained to me by someone from your company when I called to ask why the price charged was different than what I was told it would be. So now I find out that your company forged my signature AND lied about the special part.

They are busy after the hurricane, so had to wait a week for service call because it wasn't an emergency. Not a big deal. The plumber arrived within the time window promised and completed the job quite efficiently and for very fair price. Wayne was courteous and good at his job. I'll be using Harvey Baker Plumbing in the future when needed and highly recommend you do too!

Our water heater starting leaking and I knew it was old and probably needed to be replaced. I called Harvey Baker at 8 am on Monday, they were so awesome for calling me back with an opening a few hours later the same day. By 12:30 I already had a new water heater installed! I've always found their pricing to be very fair as well. This is the 4th time I've used them and it's always been such a great experience. It's just really one less thing to worry about when you have a good company to call when something goes wrong!

I've been using Harvey Baker for 6 years. I recently had 2 hose bibs that were leaking. Juan did a great job and even closed up the hole. They are always professional and reasonable and do good work. They back they're work too. The ladies who answer the phone are friendly and helpful. Wouldn't use anyone else. Great company!

My experience with this Plumber outfit was superb! A polite and professional young man showed up early, did a recon of what and where we needed his help and got right to it. He made efficient fixes, asked it there was anything else we needed and provided the invoice. It was the way ALL service calls and customer service should be. I will recommend them to others and keep them in my list of valuable resources for the future

UPDATE: The opener called me and refunded the difference. However I write to explain that I am not confused as to what a business day. The gentleman on the phone never mentioned that the $150 was for “business days” just that if I waited until “tomorrow” i.e Saturday, it would be $150. I am upping the rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

Called on a Friday night for a friend who had a clogged toilet. Was told it would be $225 if he came out that night. But if we waited until the next day it would only be $150. So we decided to wait. The next day comes. He shows up. He charges $231.75. I call him once I’m made aware of the discrepancy. He tells me that I’m wrong and that the $150 is for weekday pricing. Well, my thought is how would I know $150 was his weekday pricing if he didn’t tell me $150. I think he forgot what day it was and told me $150 not knowing the next day was Saturday. Then he got out of here realizing it it’s Saturday and charged us extra.
