Had shamrock plumbing come out because hot water heater was tripping circuit breaker. The tech came spent 5 minutes checking and said it was a bad circuit breaker. I had and electrician come and it was not the circuit breaker and he went above and beyond and replaced the bad heating element. Have emailed and called Shamrock Plumbing twice and no response.

Shamrock Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Inc. came out today to fix a broken toilet flange seal and a snapped bolt, as well as replace the shutoff valve. Jason, the technician, was incredibly professional, informative, and honest throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, let me know up front about the potential high cost just in case, and kept me updated every step of the way. He went above and beyond to get the job done right. The quality of work was top-notch, and the pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Shamrock Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing work—great service, honest people, and excellent results!

Carlos fixed our emergency leak in our pressurized hot water line the same day within hours. He is fantastic, honest, and fairly priced!!

Carlos did a great job fixing my kitchen sink and installing my bidet. He gave me great advice on a much needed future repair that I plan to use Shamrock for.

I was charged $615.34 for unclogging my toilet that took the technician 1 hr and 15 minutes. They don't charge by the hour. I had waited 2 days and unfortunately I had to pay because I had no working toilets. Last year I was charged $175.00 to unclog a sink from same company but the technician told me a bath is more due to he had to use a machine. I am sure the technician who cleared the sink clog used the same machine. ON top of all that they charged me 3% because I used a credit card and I wasn't told this when I made appointment.

I used them for a tub trap replacement years ago. That went well. This time we had some minor repairs and they missed the first appointment and I called them to reschedule. They showed up after the appointment window It was very expensive but at least it’s fixed.
Upon several requests to clarify the exorbitant charges they never returned a call.
They are no longer family owned and never using them again.

I had my home re-piped by Shamrock, a team of three, in July 2024 and while they did successfully complete the job it wasn't without some issues.

Mark was knowledgeable, estimated quickly, was able to answer my questions, and he offered a reasonable quote for the work. The team was able to replace all PB with PEX to every fixture in the house without any leaks or poorly compressed fittings. The new main looks better than it originally was. They even removed some decommissioned tubing from a previous remodel.

I am incredibly grateful to the drywall subcontractor, Justin Matos, who did a great job closing over 20 holes. The house looked like Swiss cheese and he did miracle work as Shamrock did not make it easy for him with the crooked cuts.

Job well done, right? Not totally.

This was not an easy job due to the team accidentally cutting the HVAC drain line and knocking out the air conditioning half way through causing poor working conditions in the summer weather. They repaired the line with some hose clamps and a coupler from the store at the end of the day instead of right away.

I am without a frameless mirror which was broken and was told it would be replaced despite the contract saying they are not responsible for broken mirrors. There were numerous other mishaps that happened throughout the day. In fact, I was surprised that no supervisor from Shamrock came by to actually look at the work for quality control before the walls were closed up.

Luck of the draw, I guess. They did complete the job, the price was good, the level of service was average, but customer satisfaction does not seem to be a priority for Shamrock. If the company would like to contact me in regards to these issues, I would be glad to elaborate further.

Easy to schedule with the office. Our technician Levi was on time and thorough in assessing our slow drain. He cleaned out our main drain outside and made sure everything inside was working properly in a timely fashion.

Set up an appointment , was confirmed to come out between 2:30-4:30p Did not show up. We called them at 4:45p. We were told by Destiny that the technician would call back with an ETA. We never got a call. We called back at 6:30p Destiny told us we need to reschedule. If you want reliable service-call someone else!

We experienced a leaking pipe beneath the slab beneath our house. They were very prompt is providing service. The quoted a price that did seem high but we didn't have to accept the price...so I'm not complaining about that other than in the context of my complaint...which is that they did not provide the service they agreed to. The quote covered breaking through the slab to access the pipe, repairing the pipe and restoring the slab...but not repairing the tile damaged in the repair. The worker came out promptly and on schedule and was very cordial. However, they did not replace the slab so left us with a gaping hole. They did reduce the agreed price by what they figured as the price relating to the slab repair. Of course, their cost already on the property is a far different price from getting someone else out to the house to make the repair. I am very dissatisfied with their service as they didn't perform the agreed work and think an adjustment relating only to what they didn't provide was good enough...especially because we paid a very high price and expected the job to be done as agreed. I do not recommend this company.

Shamrock plumbing arrived at my home to removed the polybutylene piping in my entire 2 story house with PEX In one day. They were very clean And professional. Along with piping they fixed and repaired some issues. Communication was one of there great key points. I will highly recommend them as well as use them for any type of plumbing issues. They are the absolutely the Best. After interviewing several different plumbing companies they by far had the Best pricing. Plus if you qualify you can even get financing.

Stephanie was quick to provide information and set up an appointment for us, and Ralph the plumber was both kind, informative, and was able to not only quote up other repairs we wanted to ask about, but also complete on site.

He explained why they used certain product lines for best value to us as customers. An additional faucet leak fix and a spigot and water line repair were also done at the same time. Spigot in particular was good because of it being a commercial business, reinfoced pipes and a removable knob to keep water from being wasted or taken.

Good company, good people, good service!

Shamrock Plumbing is a great company. When I bought my home and needed to repipe the main drain under my home to get rid of the cast iron, I called several companies. The owner of Shamrock came out to assess the work that needed to be done. He was very detailed in his explanations and suggested to start small and install a new clean out in order to be able to run a camera where it was otherwise impossible because of buildup in the old cast iron. Because of this, I was able to save time and money because we were able to identify that the scope of the project was much less than we expected. They are honest and ensure that they get the job done right and come back to fix it if something ever goes wrong.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Shamrock Plumbing since early 2024. This is a highly competent customer-oriented company that always goes the extra mile I'm every service it provides. Recommend highly.

We had a wild thing happen this afternoon with a pipe in our wall and we came home to water everywhere. I called Shamrock after hours. The moment The lady took my call. I felt like we were in pretty good hands. If they use an answering service, it’s probably hands-down the best answering service around. If not, I really applaud them for exceptional customer service, and having someone answer the phone after hours. She informed me the technician would be reaching out to me within 30 minutes. 10 minutes later, I received a text message the technician Shawn Was on his way. Not only did he come and fix the problem very quickly from the super con, super knowledgeable and friendly and was very affordable for after hours. I highly recommend this company. Exceptional customer service. I will call them again and recommend to all I know! Shawn—- you rock!

Levi was fantastic! Efficient and helped walk us through the repair clearly. Ry fair price by Shamrock for the initial service fee that was waived once we moved forward with the repair. Would recommend both Shamrock and Levi for any plumbing needs.

Shamrock is a company based on bait-and-switch scams! It's almost certain that the majority of their positive reviews are bought and paid for.

Plumbing tech exaggerated the scope of the repair to give an extremely high estimate for repairing a small pipe leak outside. I was inclined to reject it, but then he offered a substantial discount to get me to agree.

On the day of the repair, the tech only worked for 30 minutes while talking on the phone with someone about how easy it was and that he'd be done early. Then when the bill came, he not only reneged on the discount, but charged even more than the original severely inflated estimate. Tried to contact a supervisor the same day, but was ignored, indicating to me this kind of behavior is company policy. They intentionally did not send me any paperwork or receipt to cover their tracks.

I called shamrock plumbing to have a tub installed. Carlos installed the tub without issue and was very pleasant and professional while doing so. He charged a fair price. I am very pleased with his work and Shamrock plumbing overall. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

In the past we have always had great service from Shamrock. We used them for a repipe and a renovation. In addition we have referred numerous people to them. Unfortunately something has changed. We are about to begin another renovation project which means moving some water lines and drains…so we reached out to Shamrock. Shamrock scheduled to send someone out to do the estimate. Last Friday, October 24 Jason from Shamrock came out…my husband walked him through what we needed and emailed him the plans. He told my husband he would have an estimate over by end of day. We were shocked it would be so quick and were not really bothered when it didn’t come. By Wednesday when we still had nothing I texted Jason and called…but no response. On Thursday when I still had no response from Jason I called Shamrock directly. I was told they would reach out to Jason and call me back. When I had not received a call towards the end of the day I called Shamrock again…and once again was told they would call me back. Today (Friday) my husband called Shamrock and he was told Jason is out sick today…He was not out sick yesterday…I am so disappointed in complete lack of response….i have never had to do so much follow up to pay someone to do a job…that they are in the business of doing.
