Let me tell you, finding a good plumber can be like striking gold, but Emerald Plumbing is pure platinum! We needed a full repipe for one of my clients, and after getting quotes from several companies, Emerald Plumbing was the best!

Their price was the most competitive, but it wasn't just about the money. From the first phone call to completion, Emerald's customer service was exceptional. They were:

I had emerald plumbing come to my house to fix a broken toilet flange. Jeff was exceptional in doing this. He made a scary situation easy. He was communicative throughout the process of what he was doing and definitely knowledgeable. I will use this company again for future needs.

We have an electric tankless water heater but we were not getting any hot water. We live on the 2nd floor of a condo. The 1st person that came out from another company, didn't know what he was doing. He called someone on the phone then told me it needed to be replaced and would cost approximately $1200. I never got a copy of my receipt or a copy of an estimate. I called another company to get a 2nd opinion. This company quoted me $3,330.00. I thought that sounded high and researched other companies. Emerald Plumbing had good reviews and no complaints (checked BBB). They said they don't sell the tankless units but if I bought the unit they would install it. Mark came out and not only put in the new unit but he also replaced all my old pipes (which another company quoted me $800 just to replace the pipes). He was done in less than 3 hours and my total cost was under $1000. This company has upfront pricing on their website. They do not rip people off like some of the other companies I have dealt with in the past. Thank you Mark and thank you Emerald Plumbing.

Had a few issues with two of our sinks and Emerald responded right away. Sean (hope I got the spelling right!) came out today and was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He walked us through all the issues and went above and beyond to help us resolve them. He was a great representative for the company and left a terrific impression on my wife and I. Emerald has been out many times and they never fail to exceed our expectations! Great company and great employees.

Absolutely loved working with this team!m and they were super quick to come out the next day and take care of my sink. Very informative and the plumber who came out, Alan, was very personable and friendly :) He made sure I understood what was going on and answered any of my questions. I definitely will be going back to them whenever I need a plumber! The pricing is very fair as well.

We just had Emerald do a re-pipe in our older (1987), 4500sq two story home and we expected a long day and a huge mess. We were very HAPPILLY surprised as they arrived a bit early and were done in 7hrs! The crew of 4 worked together like clockwork and everyone knew his job on the their team. They ran into two unexpected "issues" with our split level, crazy layout house and figured out solutions without delay OR additional cost above their quote. When complete they cleaned up SO WELL. My wife commented that it was like they were "working in their own homes" and were polite and respectful of our property. We also got new water heaters and we are super excited to move forward with GREAT water pressure at all the spigots and shower heads and NO LEAKS!! I'm glad we went with Emerald! When the Insurance came back that they would not continue to insure my home without changes to the plumbing, I was deeply concerned. Emerald Plumbing ended up being the answer - from the woman who first took my call to Joel who did the work, this whole experience was great.

The person I spoke with to schedule was very calming and reassured me that the work that needed to be done was not all that unusual. She was able to schedule me surprisingly quickly-greatly appreciated given the timeline imposed by the insurance company. The gentleman I spoke with to schedule the second appointment was just as helpful and calm. (I'm sorry I don't remember their names.)

Joel, who came for both service appointments, was wonderfully patient with all my questions and made very helpful suggestions so I could purchase faucets that I liked for the 2nd service appointment. I really appreciated that he offered a couple options to deal with the issue but was not at all pushy. He did the work so quickly, too! I was very impressed.

Beyond the excellent plumbing service received, their office was able to help by emailing me copies of the invoices so I could send them directly to the insurance company. They were so quick to respond, too!

I called out 3 companies to give a quote for a re-pipe of our entire house. I called Emerald last, when they showed up I was expecting a much higher estimate than I received and I was expecting them to try to sell me other things in the process which they did not do. Some of their competitors recommended I have my main pipe from the house to the street replaced along with the re-pipe of the house. Emerald did not recommend this and I found out it was because the pipes there were perfectly fine and the type of pipe I want in the ground, so thankful I didn’t go with another company who would perform unnecessary work! The crew was a well oiled machine and got everything done within 4 1/2 hours. A competing company told me I would be without water for two whole days. So glad I went with Emerald, 4.5 hours without water was no biggie. I was even able to trust them and leave the house so my young children could get out of the house and go to a playground and they called me to come back about a half hour before they were done. This company includes drywall repair in their estimate (other companies didn’t and their estimates were a great deal higher). The drywall company came and did a great job, took about an hour to an hour and a half. The last praise I will give them is that when the inspector came to check their work he mentioned to me that Emerald is one of 3 companies he never has a problem with.

I feel so fortunate that I stumbled upon this company and will be recommending them to all of my friends. Special thanks to Roger, Mike, Jack and Caleb.

Second experience with Emerald was absolutely stellar.
They set an appointment, were timely (even early) communicated the problem, fixed it within 1.5 hours and were out the door with a friendly explanation of the invoice and a very competitive price point.

I had plumbers give me estimates 5x the price as Emerald, for something relatively simple. I called Emerald and they had someone out promptly and charged me a fair rate. Very trustworthy and I will definitely be using them again as needed.

Emerald Plumbing repiped my home today. The team of Roger, Ryan, Mike and Jack arrived promptly on time. They were extremely professional and courteous, explaining the process and answering all my questions. The team is very experienced, did a professional job and finished the same day. They pressure tested the pipe and no leaks. Water is back on today!
My family would like to thanks Roger, Ryan, Mike and Jack for treating our home as if it was their own and for completing our repiping professionally in less than a day.

Bad experience with customer care lady at Emerald Plumbing in Orlando. Told us she is their office manager. She was rude and disrepectful to us on the phone even though have hired them 2 times in past and plumbers did OK work. However, do not recomend because rude 'customer care' woman who you will at some point have to deal with. Awful woman will ruin your day.

Next time I need a plumber, Emerald will NOT even be considered. Here’s why:
1. I was promised a phone call 20 minutes prior to arrival. The plumber just showed up at my front door with no notice.
2. He looked under the sink for about 90 seconds, then proclaimed that it was probably a problem with the faucet sensor, and told me there’s nothing he can do because they don’t carry Kohler parts. He advised me to reach out to the manufacturer.
(At least he was courteous about it.)
3. This so-called “service call” cost me $180. A complete rip-off.

I recently had my entire house re-piped by Emerald Plumbing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. Chad and his team of five arrived promptly at 8:30 AM with two trucks, ready to get started. After a quick walkthrough to discuss the job, they got right to work. By 1:30 PM, the re-piping was completed!

They conducted a thorough pressure test to ensure everything was in perfect working order and left the area spotless. The next day, the walls were professionally repaired and prepped for me to paint.

Chad and his team are true professionals who clearly know their craft. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. I highly recommend Emerald Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality plumbing services.

I have used Emerald a few times in the past 15 years and always had a good experience. I've used a few other plumbers with good reviews over the years but the service was never as good. This time we thought we knew the problem but it required some sleuthing. Eric & Shawn were awesome. They showed up on time and made quick work of investigating, problem-solving and getting it all done quickly and efficiently. Making note-to-self Emerald will always be my go-to in future.
