Rodolfo did an amazing job! All my sinks were completely clogged and he cleaned every one of them perfectly. His service was outstanding from start to finish professional, kind, and really thorough. I truly appreciate the care he put into his work. Absolutely well-deserved praise. I highly recommend Rodolfo to anyone who needs a reliable plumber!

The service tech came out in 40 mins, making it quick to fix my plumbing issue. Kendrick and Kolton provided friendly service, fixed my issue quickly, and explained additional options that could help prevent an issue in the future.

He was friendly, informative, and fixed our sink in about 10 minutes...we needed someone to come out today and RR was the only company in Orlando that could send someone...he ran a little late, but that was okay, since they let us know and it's to be expected on Black Friday. He did great work, cleaned up after himself and we were very pleased. We will definitely call them again

The first issue is that, without any communication or agreement from both parties, the pipe was changed from the original 1 inch to 3/4 inch. Despite repeated complaints, the issue has not been resolved to date. The second issue is that one of the replaced pipes has no water inside. We have contacted after-sales service multiple times, but the problem has still not been resolved. The after-sales team is unwilling to come on site to inspect and repair it. The issue has not been resolved to this day(1/8/2026).

Polite, professional, and service-focused! Noah was helpful and understanding, a great representative of the Roto-Rooter team. Brian's expertise and extensive knowledge made a stressful situation work out in a satisfactory manner. Well done!

Had a great experience. Once we got the confirmation that a tech was available they came over fast and got to work right away. The work was high quality and Kenrick was very professional and personable.

Outstanding Service from Eric at Roto-Rooter
Eric from Roto-Rooter did an excellent job fixing a broken water pipe at my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue and the repair process clearly. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and everything was left clean afterward. I really appreciated his honesty and reliability. Highly recommend Eric and Roto-Rooter for any plumbing needs! -
Felipe D. went over and above what was expected to install our old water heater. He was prompt, courtesy, respectful of our property, personable, and thorough. Highly recommend. Water heater died at 4am and we were able to shower that evening. Thank you, Felipe!

Tom was very knowledgeable and offered great customer service. I could not recommend them enough based on our experience! My wife and I recently purchased a home and have had nothing but issues with one of our toilets. We were able to get a next day appointment and our technician Tom came out. He quickly diagnosed the issue and discovered some sort of tool lodged in the toilet. We needed to replace the toilet which he was able to do and finish the same day.

He was a professional. He was confident. Walked me through the ills of my leakeage, which I knew to be legitimate... which made him trusting. His approach to pricing was that of non-sticker shock. Shawn you made this service experience, a pleasant one. Well done.

Living in times of polarization from the media, divisiveness, and Americans distrusting Americans, it was a pleasant change in the approach and the overall aura of Shawn. Not only was he a professional, he was confident, exuded a high level of integrity and trustworthiness. I was walked through the process of my needs, which I knew to be legitimate. It's if he makes this human connection, and through this connection he is prepared to know one's thinking and anticipation.
So that I would not have sticker shock, he further more quoted a price, which put me at ease. Shawn further cited additional issues that I should consider in the future. What Shawn has takes skills, and he shows it. He knows how to "read the room."
Well done to Shawn... one with integrity, professionalism, and trustworthiness. -
Very fast response to an emergency drain clean out, of the 4 companies I called they had by far the fastest response time and arrived within 2 hours of calling at 10 pm on a Sunday night. Cristian the technician that arrived was very communicative talking us through the entire process and quickly resolved the drain issue. The pricing was reasonable. My only concern was they came and scoped the drain line the next day to see if there were any further issues but did not receive any follow up from the technician on that, other than a text saying all good after I reached out a day following his visit. Overall a good experience and very helpful with the emergency clogged drain issue

My technician, Kenrick, was wonderful. Focused and friendly. Nice man. The service had been scheduled for the evening prior. The technician worked the job for 5 minutes and the price to unclog a toilet was $300. That felt absurdly high, but I don’t know the going rate. The ease of the job should be taken into consideration and adjusted accordingly.

Rodolfo was superb. My home warranty provider could not provide service in a timely manner and Roto-Rooter provided such same day - within an hour. They also gladly worked with the warranty company for a partial reimbursement as well as finished the job faster and cheaper than estimated.

I'm adding to my previous review below to also recognize Michael and Louis from the Restoration Team at Roto-Rooter. Michael was super friendly and communicative and Louis was such an incredibly hard worker. Together they made an extremely talented and efficient team. Thank you both so much for solving the issue with such professionalism and competence!

I want to recognize Tom Burke for delivering the most exceptional plumbing service I’ve ever experienced. As a long‑time renter who has dealt with countless plumbing issues and numerous plumbers over the years, Tom immediately stood out as a true professional.
From the moment he arrived, his professionalism, presentation, and communication skills were outstanding. He was courteous, funny, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind—qualities that make a stressful situation feel manageable. What impressed me most was his efficiency and technical expertise. He diagnosed and resolved the issue in under an hour, a job that previously required three separate visits from another company. That level of competence, problem‑solving ability, and work ethic is rare.
Tom was also incredibly supportive throughout the process, explaining what he was doing and why it mattered. His combination of customer service excellence, technical proficiency, and reliability reflects someone who takes pride in their work and represents Roto‑Rooter at the highest standard.
Employees like Tom are the reason customers trust and return to a company. I will be using and recommending Roto-Rooter going forward. Tom's performance clearly demonstrates high value, strong leadership qualities, and a commitment to quality that deserves recognition. I sincerely hope management considers him for a raise or advancement—he has absolutely earned it. -
Kenrick arrived same day as needing repair, assessed the issue of our broken hose pipe and made me feel at ease that it could be fixed, and on same day with labor and parts. He made described what he would need to do, gave a quote and made sure we were okay with price before beginning repairs. I appreciate that he not only fixed the issue, he reinforced the installation so the same situation wouldnt occur again (hose ripping from outside wall so that when turning on & off the fixture wasnt rotating pipe each time). He worked swiftly, completed the task and was friendly throughout it all. Together with the water restoration team there was a procedure in place and quick action, turning our not so great day into a better one!

Justin from Roto did an outstanding job with my water heater. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the issue in simple terms, walked me through the options, and completed the work efficiently and cleanly.
What I appreciated most was his attention to detail and the fact that he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. No shortcuts, no surprises — just solid, honest work.
Highly recommend Justin and the Roto team if you need plumbing help. Great experience from start to finish. -
Really impressed with Roto Rooter (especially the work from Noah!). He was professional, kind and super efficient! He explained things carefully and really took the time and pride to take care of our issue. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Shoutout to the manager Bryan who provided incredible service and truly made an effort to take care of our plumbing concerns. Thank you!

My home required a total re-plumb after multiple pinhole leaks were found in the copper pipes, it looked like some areas were already repaired at some point which is why we decided to just go with totally replacing the plumbing, we were prepared for a range of quotes from providers.
After meeting with multiple plumbing companies we decided to move forward with Emerald, best decision & definitely an optimal outcome. Darren completed the initial inspection, we were given options including but not limited to a total re-plumbing, no high pressure sales, the decisions were left to us. Once we decided & chose a date, everything from scheduling to the permit process was a breeze. Emerald confirms the date & the crew shows up to do what they need to do as agreed. I work remotely & this didn’t disrupt our day at all, took a few hours with minimal noise. The crew was kind, courteous & walked us through their work when they were done, the best part is that drywall repair is included in the quote so once the pipes were in I got a call within a day from the drywall contact & it was the same when they came in, very courteous people & they did a nice job on the drywall, all we had to do was paint.
The whole experience was the definition of white glove service, quality work & precise communication from nice people that aren’t looking to pressure you. Anything goes wrong with my plumbing, big or small I’m definitely giving them a call, they earned the 5 star review. -

Long Post from a very satisfied customer!
Our house was built in 1956; we purchased it in 1993. Our long-time plumber said the copper was paper thin and strongly recommended that we re-pipe the house. At that time, Polybutylene was “the next big thing”. We had him replace the water system and all was well. Fast forward to 2020. We had our home inspected in early May in anticipation of changing our Homeowner’s policy. We hired an inspector who said our Polybutylene was no longer “insurable” and if we were contemplating selling our house, lenders would balk or deny loans because of the piping. The inspector spoke from experience, having had to replace it in his own home.
I went to Google and looked for plumbers that did re-piping. The thoroughness of Emerald Plumbing’s re-pipe portion of their website was very convincing; I called them and the next day, Darren arrived, did a walk-through and gave us an estimate. It was apparent that he’d “been there and done that”. He explained the entire procedure in detail: one day to do the re-pipe and the next to replace the drywall including matching the textured finish.
On May 5th, the crew arrived and jumped on it, laying out canvas painter’s cloths wherever work or traffic demanded.
Along with re-piping, here’s what they replaced:
3 hose bibs
Connections and valves for the water heater
Connections and valves for the washing machine including a new box and new hoses
All hot and cold water valves under the bathroom and kitchen sinks and dishwasher
2 shower valves
Both water supply valves for the two toilets
The water was turned off for about 3 hours. When all the connections and other assorted tasks were completed, Eoghan hooked up and air compressor and ran it up to 100psi for twenty minutes; he had me witness this. When no pressure loss was experienced, they turned the water back on. WOOT! We were back in business.
Kenneth Mills Drywall sent 2 artists the next morning. They matched the texture on the walls perfectly. Leonardo Da Vinci would be proud of them.
I want to thank the crew that performed the work:
Office Personnel: Myrna and Ramona
Estimator: Darren

We are in the middle of a kitchen reno and I called them out to hook up our sink and faucet temporarily on plywood while we were waiting several weeks for our countertops. Marc was extremely condescending and immediately said “no- call me when the counters are here”. I also asked him what it would take and how much it would cost to add a line for a potfiller. Without even looking he said “it would be too complicated and I’m not doing that today”. I was in no way asking him to do all of that in one day. I was simply asking for a quote. I’m not sure if the issue was lack of knowledge or laziness. We had a new plumber out the following day who within 4 hours had gotten our sink hooked up and ran a line for a potfiller! Definitely wouldn’t recommend emerald!
