Had a hot water heater issue and they responded quickly with a gentleman who knows what he was doing and didn't try to sell me. Office staff is always kind and always friendly and understanding. I have used them before and will use them again.

Harvey Baker Plumbing assisted me with removal of a toilet and installed a new toilet. Wayne was extremely professional, courteous and efficient. I was given a base price for the work and only a small additional charge was added after I gave my permission to reinforce a plastic flange that had cracked. I am very pleased with the service and if I ever have a future plumbing need, I will definitely call Harvey Baker Plumbing.

We have always called Harvey Baker for plumbing needs. Last night after returning home we noticed an outside pipe gushing water at 7:20pm and needed to turn off water to house. We immediately called Harvey Baker and left a voicemail. We never had an issue with contacting them after hours/weekend. No one ever returned our call that night or next day. I am very disappointed, that I needed to reach out to another company. We ended up calling Emerald Plumbing. They sent a technician right out and fixed our issue.

We are so happy we found this company! We recently purchased a home and needed some small plumbing work done. Harvey Baker was affordable, reliable and honest. Unfortunately our small plumbing issues turned into a big plumbing issues and we had to have our house repiped. Harvey Baker spoke with us directly, gave us a great price and was able to fit us into their schedule in just a couple days. The entire team is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were very careful when cutting drywall and cleaned up after themselves! Hopefully our plumbing woes are over, but they’re the only company I will call if we have any other issues!

This is the second time we’ve used Harvey Baker plumbing and again we were very impressed with the plumbers professionalism and expertise and most importantly their honesty.
I had a few items that needed to be fixed for insurance purposes. They came over and got to work right away. They explained what needed to be done and the parts needed.
I also had a faucet that needed to be installed in the garden tub. Wayne, the plumber, took his time and figured out what needed to be done to get it to work. He never gave up and got the job done.
I want to publicly thank the 2 plumbers, Wayne and Luca, for being ever so professional, patient and efficient. I will use Harvey Baker for all my plumbing needs without hesitation.

The team at Harvey Baker promptly answers the phone, scheduled a timely appointment that worked with my schedule, and delivered their promises to call before arriving, were on time and efficient. Plumbers just left. They did a great job. They explained to me what happened and how they were going to fix it. This is the second time I used them. I would recommend this company.

I am happy to have found my go-to plumber. I got an overage report from OUC and they recommended a leak detection company that came out within 2 hours. Once the leak was detected, Harvey Baker Plumbing was at my house within hours and the problem had been solved withing 24 hours of my receiving the initial notice. Fast, reasonably priced and professional- I could not have asked for more.

You would have 5 stars if It wasnt for your receptionist who screamed at me on the phone. I only have praises for your business so that was very unprofessional when she could have definitely carried herself alot better than that because I am very sure she has been key in all your good reviews.. You should be professional 100% of the time. That was extremely uncalled for. I hope she has a better day and doesn't take it out on anyone else.

Great experience! I called yesterday after another plumber recommended them and they came out today to fix my issue. Juan was personable, professional, and most importantly, he fixed my issue quickly! I will definitely call again if I am in need of a plumber.

First Time User: Very happy the plumber was able to come for an emergency pluming issue on a Saturday over a holiday weekend. The drain from the kitchen main line for my condo building was backing up into my kitchen sink, I was very worried he would not be able to repair it, but he was able to snake the drain and said that should resolve the issue, and noted there's a 30 day warranty on their work. Fingers crossed I won't need to call a plumber again, but if I do I'm happy to call Harvey Baker Pluming. My technician was quick, courteous and professional, answered all my detailed questions and both he and the dispatcher were clear and upfront about pricing and did their best to be helpful.

I had a shower which leaked into the condo downstairs. The technician arrived on time, preceded by a phone call informing he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem quickly and solved it in a short amount of time. He also fixed the bathroom sink faucet and installed a new shower head. All at a reasonable price. Six Stars. ******

I initially had issues with the circulating pump piping, and multiple plumbers attempted to fix it, but their repairs always resulted in leaks in the garage. Thankfully, the management team at Harvey stepped in and resolved the problem efficiently and correctly. Their timely and professional service made all the difference!

So we have a downstairs toilet that we were having backup issues and we tried everything to unclog. Finally the toilet and tub exposed with overflow. It was a horrible site and we were freakin out since everyone is coming to our house for Christmas. I called Harvey Baker Sunday night and left a message for them to call me first thing this morning. They called me immediately and had someone out to the house within a couple of hours. We had Tyler and Scott troubleshoot the issue. The main line was clogged and they unclogged it right away. Not only did they unclog the toilet but Scott took it upon himself to clean the tub, toilet and floor where debris from the backup had exploded all over the place. My daughter and I were dreading the clean up, which was a complete disaster. After he cleaned he even spray bleach all over that I had sitting on the counter. Now that is SERVICE!!! We were so grateful for the both of them but Scott went above and beyond! My daughter and I will be forever grateful🙏🏻 I will never use anyone else but Harvey Baker Plumbing and hopefully always get the same gentlemen. Thank you, thank you for making our Christmas a whole lot better!

Excellent company! Easy to make an appointment. Friendly office staff. The techs Nate, and Alex arrived at the time that was scheduled. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. They resolved the plumbing issues, and checked other plumbing in the house for problems. Will call this company again for plumbing service. Very knowledgeable. 5 stars !!!!

Every member of Harvey Baker’s team - Marcia, Morning, Harvey and Nate - are fully committed to getting the job DONE and done WELL. While this is a small(ish) operation, they operate very efficiently while fielding many requests for help in the plumbing arena. I highly recommend Harvey Baker plumbing for small jobs (installing shower fixtures) to large jobs (installing shower pans) and everything in between.

I had a plumbing issue in the master bathroom underneath the floor I can say that I thought it would take pretty much all day which in turn to maybe 4 hours. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I got and the work was done properly and efficiently. I became acquainted with Harvey Baker Plumbing through this medium (Google Reviews) when looking for a plumber who was rated positively by previous customers. I would have given them a 5 star rating if everything was perfect but I feel it is important to mention the following two items that may help somebody else who is planning to use Harvey Baker Plumbing. Just as a heads up, remove any items from the work area that could become soiled. I should have or they should have moved my thick white cotton bath mats in front of each sink where they were repairing faucets. They are full of grease (or something?) spots now and the four facet areas that they did great work changing out hot and cold valves were left dirty. I know repairmen usually leave dirt where they were working but it would be nice if they made some attempt to clean up their work area! They also changed out four aerators on the spigots and one was left spraying out the back so my partner had to get out his wrench and rag and redo that installation. These are minor problems in light of the fact that overall was a job well done and I WILL definitely call Harvey Baker plumbing again, should the need arise. Their fee was very fair also and I already referred them to my neighbor who happened to need a plumber the next day!
