Paid $18,000 for new pipes and drains for a 2bth raised house. Was told it would take 2 weeks to complete. Ended up having no water in my home for over 3 months! Had to make alternate living arrangements I Mr hay time. Hired them 5/5/2023 and passed final inspection 10/16/2023. Eventually the job was taken over by the Melbourne office and everything was job was completed. Everything the Orlando office touched took 5x longer than it should have and it was always done wrong. Piping was extremely sloppy. Many of the hot and cold lines were mixed up. On one occasion, I even had to beg my technician to go to Home Depot and even had to drive him there and walk the aisles with him and he still did the job incorrectly (see toilet and sink piping pictures, he was at our house for about 5 hours). They left all of the abandoned piping in the crawl space. Had to remove about 100’ of sharp galvanized steel and cast iron on my own. Was never offered an apology or any recourse from the Orlando office. Would HIGHLY NOT recommend using the Orlando office for anything plumbing and I will never hire them again. I have zero good things to say about the Orlando office.

The technician David Ealy was exceptional. I was able to have two projects completed instead of one. His availability to replace my end of life hot water heater the same day as replacing my broken garbage disposal was simply great timing. This was a huge win for me starting a new year.

Matthew was very helpful!! He helped me figure out what repair was needed and the cost. He didn’t pressure me into fixing it right at this second but that it could wait until it was in the budget. I appreciate his honesty and him coming out to take a look!

Eddie Marquez was absolutely amazing—he not only addressed everything on our list but also went above and beyond by checking the rest of the home’s plumbing to ensure everything was in good working order. Since this was a 1910 home, some of the faucets were special orders, and he took the extra time to make sure those were handled correctly.

His communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping me updated every step of the way. He was professional, reliable, and worked with true integrity. I would highly recommend Eddy Gerardo at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and have already added him to my trusted resource list.

I had such a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Orlando! The technician, Steve, was extremely helpful, professional, and thorough. He took the time to review my entire home from top to bottom and even provided a detailed report card so we could clearly see what needed attention.

Steve walked us through everything, gave us very fair pricing, and made sure we fully understood the recommendations. We ended up moving forward with installing three new toilets based on their advice, and the team did an excellent job with the installation. Everything looks and works perfectly.

Carlos Medina was the technician and he was outstandingly professional in checking things concerning my hot water heater and plumbing including water testing!! He was very friendly and folksy, so far so good!!! Carlos realized I needed this part to complete the repair of the water heater so he assured me that the task would be completed today and Steve came back with the part and completed the task in less than an hour, and he was friendly and carried himself in a very professional manner!! Nicholas B was a prompt, polite and pretty thorough tech who explained the causes of my water conditioner's issues and replaced the conditioner and whole house water valve in same day. only "nicer" thing would have been completing unit model, serial #, etc. i would absolutely use Ben Franklin again...and probably ask for Nicholas.

I am so happy! I had no cold water pressure in my shower and the tile on the wall around the cartridge was too small to even see the sides where the plumber needed to get to. Matthew was our plumber assigned and without hesitation he was able to get the tile cut to size to get to where he needed to fix the issue! He is amazing, his customer service is top notch! I am so impressed that every tool needed for the job was available and I say this because sometimes plumbers are just a plumbers and to get a job completed, other professionals are need like tile cutters etc. but not this time, not with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!
